Build something monumental for Healthcare! At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care. We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you! About the Role We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in Stockholm and help us build the engineering, product and design teams behind Tandem. You’ll be at the heart of our mission - connecting brilliant people with meaningful work that’s reshaping how healthcare works. This role is all about people and impact. You’ll partner closely with our CTO and Engineering, Product and Design leaders to attract and hire exceptional builders - from software, security, data and AI engineers to product managers and designers. You’ll craft creative sourcing strategies, champion a high-touch hiring experience, and act as a true partner to the business as we scale our product and technology organisation. This is a demanding role with real substance. Our hiring bar is very high, the talent we go after is some of the most sought-after in Europe, and you’ll be trusted with real ownership from day one. You don’t need a decade in recruitment to thrive here - what matters most is your drive, how fast you learn and how much you want to push yourself. We’re growing fast - new products, new teams, new opportunities to make an impact. That means you’ll play a key role in building the foundations of how we hire tech talent at scale while keeping the heart of Tandem’s culture alive. If you love connecting people to purpose, thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments, and want to help shape the team that’s transforming healthcare across Europe - this role is for you. What You Will Do Partner with Tech, Product and Design leaders to understand their needs, define what great looks like, and bring the right people into every conversation. Own end-to-end hiring across tech, product and design roles - from first outreach to signed offer. Take real ownership of your searches: run them yourself, make the judgement calls, and be accountable for outcomes, not just activity. Craft and experiment with creative sourcing strategies to reach world-class engineers, product people and designers beyond the obvious channels, including passive and highly sought-after talent. Build a thoughtful, inclusive, and seamless candidate experience from first touch to offer, including technical interviews, case work and on-site visits. Help shape and scale our recruitment processes as Tandem grows - balancing speed with quality, and keeping the bar very high, and holding an uncompromising bar, even when that means saying no to a good candidate while we wait for a great one. Use data to keep our funnels healthy, share market insights with hiring managers, and continuously improve how we hire. Strengthen our employer brand among technical talent by telling authentic stories about our people, our product and our mission. Be a culture carrier: bring energy, curiosity, and passion into every interaction. What You Bring Proven experience as a Talent Partner or Technical Recruiter, ideally in a high-growth, international environment. Years matter less than results: we care about what you’ve achieved, how much responsibility you’ve already taken on and how quickly you’ve grown. A track record of hiring engineers, product managers and/or designers, including senior and specialist profiles. An appetite for hard problems and high standards: you hold yourself to a bar most people find uncomfortable, and you actively seek out more responsibility. Deep curiosity and creativity when it comes to sourcing - you find the people others overlook, and you know how to start a conversation that gets a reply. Enough technical fluency to understand what different engineering, product and design roles actually involve and to hold credible conversations with candidates and hiring managers. You’re excited by the plethora of Talent Acquisition enablement tools and embrace AI-driven tech and sourcing innovation to work smarter and uncover hidden talent. Strong stakeholder management skills - you build trust fast, push back when needed and communicate with clarity. A passion for creating a great candidate experience and championing diversity in every process. Comfort with ambiguity and change - you thrive where things are moving fast and are energised by high pace. ABOUT THE ROLE You care about making complex systems actually work, not just in theory, but in practice - across teams, stakeholders, and real-world constraints. In previous roles, you were likely the person who brought clarity to messy situations: aligning engineers, partners, and product teams to get things shipped. At Tandem, you'll drive how our platform connects with the external systems used across European healthcare - owning and driving some of the most critical technical initiatives we have. A big part of the role is deeply understanding both sides: the capabilities and constraints of external systems, and those of our own platform. From that understanding, you'll find ways to integrate them and shape concrete proposals for how integrations should work, together with external partners. You move fast, but not carelessly. You know how to break down complex problems, prioritize what matters, and keep momentum across multiple workstreams. You're comfortable going deep technically when needed, understanding APIs, data flows, and system constraints, while still keeping the bigger product picture in mind. This is a high-impact role where you'll not only deliver projects, but shape how we build and scale technical products at Tandem. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Lead integration work with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations. * Map external systems against our own platform and propose concrete integration designs to external partners. * Act as the central point of coordination between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders. * Translate complex technical requirements into clear priorities, plans, and deliverables. * Work closely with engineers to understand APIs, data models, and system architecture, and ensure solutions are robust and aligned with our platform. * Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving at high velocity. * Build and improve how we work - establishing processes, templates, and frameworks for integrations and technical delivery. * Ensure strong visibility across stakeholders - tracking progress, surfacing risks, and communicating clearly. WHAT YOU BRING * Experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a SaaS, platform, or healthtech environment. * Strong ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives involving both internal teams and external stakeholders. * Technical fluency - comfortable discussing APIs, authentication, integrations, and system design with engineers. * Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing clarity or momentum. * Strong communication skills, you can translate technical complexity into clear decisions and direction. * A product mindset - you care about building the right thing, not just delivering on time. Bonus Points * Experience working with healthcare systems or regulated environments * Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare data standards * Experience working with platform or API products * Some hands-on technical experience (e.g. scripting, debugging, light coding) * Experience scaling integration processes or working with multiple external partners LOCATION We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. Screening interview with Talent Acquisition 2. Technical interview with some of our Engineering team 3. Follow-up interview with one of our Team Leads 4. Home case and presentation at our office - Join us in the Stockholm office for a lunch, a presentation and som pair programming to experience our our culture firsthand, collaborate with our team, and see how you work in action. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you! ABOUT THE ROLE Tandem is scaling fast – and so is the volume and complexity of what we bring to market. We're building our PMM function to match that ambition, and this role is a core part of that build. You'll own the commercial narrative layer of our go-to-market: how we position ourselves in the market, how we enable sales to win, and how we turn clinical evidence and product data into stories that resonate with healthcare buyers and decision-makers. This is not a launch execution role – it is the role that makes sure the market understands what Tandem is, why it matters, and why it wins." If you're someone who thinks in outcomes, communicates with conviction, and knows how to make complex things feel simple – this role is for you. WHAT YOU WILL DO Define and maintain Tandem's differentiated positioning across segments, verticals, and geographies – from first principles, not a competitor's playbook Build and own the sales enablement library that lets sales tell the story independently – pitch decks, demo narratives, one-pagers, talk tracks, and competitive battlecards that are actually used Develop a deep, evolving view of the healthcare AI landscape – incumbents, point solutions, and the clinical status quo – and turn it into sharp competitive positioning Be the voice of the market internally – bring buyer perspective, competitor moves, and field objections to product and leadership Partner with Growth and Design to drive conversion across web, campaigns, and lifecycle touchpoints Own product storytelling across key growth surfaces, continuously optimising for clarity, differentiation, and conversion on product-related pages Synthesize customer conversations, win/loss analysis, usage data, and competitive intel into positioning and product decisions Track content and enablement contribution to pipeline – not output volume, but actual deal influence WHAT YOU BRING 3–5 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, with a strong track record in positioning, sales enablement, or competitive intelligence A strong communicator who doesn't just execute – you sell ideas internally, bring stakeholders along, and make complex decisions land clearly across the business Commercial instinct – you understand the business, not just the marketing, and know how to make trade-offs that actually move the needle Stakeholder management skills – you're comfortable navigating product, sales, design, and leadership simultaneously and making progress without full authority Fluent in English – you communicate clearly and confidently in spoken and written English Technically curious – you don't need to write code, but you ask the right questions to understand why we built X instead of Y, and what that means for how we go to market Healthcare experience is not required – what matters is the ability to get up to speed fast and communicate with credibility in a complex, regulated space LOCATION We believe the best ideas happen when we're together. In previous roles, you were likely the person who took a feature from idea to the App Store and made sure it kept working once real users got their hands on it. At Tandem, you'll own our mobile apps and shape where they go next. Our apps are newly launched and currently built around a web view, and we expect to move towards native over time. You'll play a key role in that journey: deciding what to build natively, when, and how, together with the team. Mobile will be your home base, but this is not a siloed role. You'll be a fullstack engineer at heart and will also help out across other products and parts of our platform, wherever your skills make the biggest difference. You move fast, but not carelessly. You work in a healthcare context where reliability, security and trust matter, and you know how to balance shipping quickly with building things that hold up. You care about the end user, whether that's a clinician between patients or a patient on the other side. This is a high-impact role where you'll not only ship features, but shape how we build and scale mobile at Tandem. Hands-on experience with native development on iOS and/or Android (Swift, Kotlin or similar). Experience shipping and maintaining apps through the App Store and Google Play, including review and compliance cycles. Experience working with web views and the connection between web and native. A product mindset - you think in user outcomes, not just tickets and APIs. Strong ownership: you've worked in high-pace environments where you wore multiple hats. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego way of working. Bonus Points Experience working with healthcare systems or regulated environments Experience with push notifications, authentication flows or other native device integrations Experience with a gradual migration from web to native Familiarity with CI/CD and release tooling for mobile (e.g. Fastlane, TestFlight) Interest in AI products, especially in a healthcare context Experience building audio-related or real-time features on mobile Location We believe the best ideas happen when we're together. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Brand Designer to join the Brand & Creative team and help raise the bar on how Tandem looks, feels, and shows up across product UI, marketing, events, and everything in between. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and the founders to evolve our visual identity, scale our design system, and produce high-quality creative for campaigns, launches, congresses, and partnerships across Europe. We want someone who'll come in and work across the team from day one, and who's genuinely interested in growing into more ownership over time. This is a role where you'll have real output and real impact on our brand and design system. Both are still actively being built, and there are some genuinely exciting challenges coming our way over the next year. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Evolve and maintain Tandem's visual identity across typography, color, illustration, motion, and photography direction. * Own and grow our Design Language System (Figma) so the rest of the team can self-serve on common assets. * Design marketing campaigns end-to-end: web pages, social, paid ads, email, video thumbnails, presentation decks. * Produce event and congress materials including booth design, print, swag, and signage, including for partner-led launches. * Partner with Product Marketing on launch creative (product visuals, case studies, one-pagers, sales collateral). * Work alongside our other Brand Designers to set creative direction and review each other's work. * Collaborate with Product Design when brand and product surfaces meet (onboarding, in-app moments, marketing-adjacent UI). * Brief and direct external partners (illustrators, motion designers, photographers, agencies) when we need extra firepower. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 3 to 5+ years of brand design experience, ideally with time spent in-house at a fast-moving B2B or consumer tech company. * A portfolio that shows strong typographic craft, systems thinking, and range across digital and print. * Confidence designing at both ends of the spectrum, from a polished hero campaign one week to a quick social asset the next. * Fluent in Figma; comfortable with motion tools (After Effects, Rive, or similar) and the Adobe suite. * Strong written and verbal English; able to brief, present, and defend creative choices clearly. * Bonus: experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or designing for multiple European markets. HOW WE WORK * We move fast and ship often. Decisions happen in small groups, and design has a seat at the table early. * We document in Notion, design in Figma, and ship through close collaboration with engineering and marketing. * We believe the best ideas happen when we're together. This role is based full time on-site at our HQ in the heart of Stockholm, where you'll collaborate, connect, and help build our culture.
