TrackSights

Account Executive, SMB About TrackSights & your role Every day, thousands of used cars change hands between traders, dealer groups and leasing companies across Europe, and most of those decisions are still made on gut feeling, spreadsheets and phone calls. TrackSights changes that. We turn live market, VIN, government, proprietary and other data into instant, trusted answers on what a car is worth, where it sells fastest and what it will return, so B2B traders, sourcing departments and remarketing teams can price, source and sell with confidence. And with every user we welcome, we're steadily building a network of trusted professional B2B players across Europe's automotive trade, a network our product roadmap is designed to bring closer together. We started in 2025 and are already used across Europe, backed by Maki.vc and Cox Automotive, one of the world's largest automotive services companies. The product works, users stay and renew, and the sales playbook is proven: the founders have closed every deal themselves. That's exactly the problem worth having. Inbound is arriving, we're welcoming new users from all over Europe, and the founders can't be the whole sales team anymore. So we're building one. This is the moment where TrackSights goes from founder-led sales to a commercial organisation, and from a Nordic start to the trusted data and insights partner for the used-car trade across Europe. You'd be joining at the start of that, taking over outbound and helping turn traction into real growth. What you'll be doing Originate & own deals end-to-end: prospecting, demo, negotiation, close, handover to Customer Success Handle SME sales to traders, sourcing and remarketing teams across our ICP in Europe, with no single-country focus, but a strong ICP focus Book your own meetings through consistent outbound: phone, LinkedIn, email, sequences in HubSpot and other relevant channels Build and manage your own pipeline; your numbers are shared with the team weekly/monthly Work with the founders on messaging, ICP and how we sell, and help improve the playbook Work closely with our two commercial founders and our Director of Customer Success You – you’re a good match if: You're a self-starter and entrepreneurial go-getter who's motivated by growing sales while getting your hands dirty and owning your targets. We're building an organisation of good, kind, smart and ambitious people, with low ego, high ambitions and a can-do attitude. Relentlessly driven to close. High outbound activity and a constant push to move deals to signature. This is our number one criterion. Relentlessly driven on outbound. No one hands you leads here. You build your own pipeline from week one, because without the hard outbound work there are no deals to close. Hungry for growth. You want to help build a company with international ambitions, and to grow your own responsibility within TrackSights as you deliver. Either 2–4 years in B2B or SaaS sales where you generated your own pipeline (not relying on inbound or SDRs), or a strong network and experience in the automotive B2B field plus sales experience A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Driven to originate your own meetings, not waiting for inbound or SDRs to book them for you Builder mindset: you've written your own messaging or sequences before, you test and improve how you sell, and you're comfortable when not everything is defined CRM discipline: HubSpot preferred; structured in follow-ups, notes and pipeline, and you use the data to improve High ownership and consistency: you don't wait for direction, and you do the work You’re ambitious and want your commercial responsibility within TrackSights to grow over time, and take on larger projects or lead a team Languages English (required) and preferably, but not necessarily, Danish: full professional proficiency or native Danish, German or Dutch: a strong plus Your first 90 days Days 1–30: learn and get in the game already. Get up to speed on the product, the industry, the ICPs and the sales playbook. Shadow the founders on customer calls and start contributing with outreach and building your own network, already from week one. Days 31–60: build pipeline. You’ve already got several meetings in the books and held several. Run your own outbound, book your own meetings, run calls and demos end to end, find your rhythm in HubSpot, and maybe close your first customer. This is ultimately how you learn. Days 61–90: own it. Own your pipeline from first touch to close. Your first customers start to close, and you start contributing to how we scale sales. Clear expectations for activity and results are agreed in writing before you start, and reviewed together every week. Why join Join an amazing team full of good people Join a truly exciting growth and international journey together with ambitious people, where only you set the limits Real ownership and impact in a company that's building its commercial organisation now Work directly with founders who closed current customers and proved the playbook Shape how sales is done, rather than executing someone else's playbook Where it can go: larger accounts, new markets, strategic responsibility, and in time a leading role with people under you, if you’re up to it. An option, not a requirement Compensation and how we work Competitive base salary and an uncapped, attractive commission structure, with real upside tied to performance Warrant programme, so it feels like your company too Fully remote, with the option of an office (to be agreed) Danish holiday standards, team offsites (the last one was in Croatia!) and other perks High ownership, low bureaucracy, and a strong focus on culture and team fit (we only hire good-hearted people) Interested? Send us your CV and a short voice note on why this role and TrackSights make sense for you. We will consider applicants and hire on an ongoing basis, and conduct a structured 3–4-step interview process.
