What will you be doing? As Sales Manager – Private Care, you will own and drive sales and business development across our Private Care Provider segment in Sweden. You’ll develop our existing strategic accounts while actively opening doors to new customers and partners. You’ll work with decision-makers, executives, procurement teams and operational stakeholders, building trusted relationships and understanding where Tunstall can create real value. A key part of the role will also be developing our strategic partner ecosystem. You’ll strengthen relationships with established partners while identifying new partnerships that can help us reach new customers and accelerate growth. You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Operations, Delivery, Product Management, Marketing and Customer Support to make sure we deliver great solutions and strong outcomes for our customers. Ultimately, your mission is simple: grow the business, win new customers and partnerships, and strengthen Tunstall’s position in the Swedish private care market. The role will involve regular travel across Sweden to meet with and visit our customers Who are we looking for? You’re an experienced B2B sales professional who knows how to navigate complex sales processes, build relationships at senior level and turn commercial opportunities into long-term business. You’re comfortable taking ownership of ambitious targets and enjoy the challenge of creating new opportunities rather than waiting for them to appear. You combine a strategic mindset with the energy and persistence to get things done. We believe you’ll bring: * Extensive experience in senior B2B sales and/or Key Account Management * A strong track record of developing strategic customer relationships and closing complex deals * Strong commercial, negotiation and presentation skills * Experience working with strategic partners, indirect sales channels or ecosystem sales models * The ability to manage long sales cycles, procurement processes and multiple opportunities simultaneously * Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English Experience from healthcare, care services, welfare technology, digital health, the public sector or a related industry would be a strong advantage. Above all, we’re looking for someone with drive, curiosity and a will to win. You build trust naturally, enjoy meeting customers and partners, and are confident enough to challenge thinking when you see a better opportunity. You’re structured and analytical when needed, but you’re also hands-on and ready to make things happen. If you’re reading this and thinking “I can do most of that, but maybe not everything” – apply anyway. It only takes a few minutes, and we’d much rather have the opportunity to get to know you than have you rule yourself out. Why Tunstall? You’ll join a skilled and experienced sales team of 12 colleagues and become part of a warm, welcoming environment where people work together to succeed. We offer: * Collective agreement, service pension and healthcare allowance * A modern office in Hyllie, Malmö * Flexibility to work from home one day per week * Great opportunities to develop and build your career * Exciting technology and services in a growing industry * Most importantly, the chance to work with solutions that make a meaningful difference to people every day A bit about us Tunstall is a market-leading health and care technology provider, delivering lifesaving and life-changing technology and services to millions of people across 18 countries.
