Vad du kommer bidra med I rollen som verksamhetskonsult för Ciceron e-arkiv ansvarar du för att maximera kundernas nytta av våra produkter och tjänster. I praktiken innebär detta oftast att hjälpa kunderna att komma igång med våra lösningar samt utbilda kunderna i vårt system. Du har uppdrag som omfattar verksamhetsutveckling, input till produktutveckling och kvalitetssäkring av produkten, utbildning och verksamhetsnära support. I samband med införanden är du projektledarens högra hand genom att bistå med stöd i bland annat kravkontroll. Majoriteten av Cicerons medarbetare sitter på vårt kontor i Skellefteå och vi ser med fördel placering här men det fungerar även bra att jobba på distans. Eftersom våra kunder är geografiskt spridda över hela landet, är du ibland på resande fot och bygger nära relationer med våra kunder, men den mesta tiden möter du kunderna på distans via teams eller annat verktyg. Dina erfarenheter Med god kännedom om lagar och förordningar som styr offentlig sektor brinner du för arkivering och långsiktigt digitalt bevarande. Din sociala förmåga kombineras med ett starkt IT-intresse och du trivs i rollen som brobyggare mellan teknik och verksamhet. Att skapa nya kontakter och samarbeta i team faller sig naturligt, och du kommunicerar obehindrat i både tal och skrift. Nyfikenheten att ständigt utvecklas är en självklar del av din personlighet, och du har ett analytiskt sinne som kompletteras av noggrannhet och en god struktur i arbetet. För att lyckas i rollen krävs att du har en arkivarieutbildning eller motsvarande meriter. Det är även meriterande om du har arbetat med Ciceron e-arkiv eller något liknande system och/eller har arbetat i tjänster som ger dig djupgående kunskaper inom arkivering.
