We enable anyone to be an investor. Our mission is to grow investing opportunities for all European customers and businesses. By
empowering FinTechs, banks, and wealth managers to offer investment products, we help create financial well-being for their
customers.
lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform: simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. Our API-first
infrastructure abstracts brokerage complexity with a well-documented API, a self-service customer operations portal, and a clear
regulatory framework, so partners can launch customer-centric, compliant products in weeks, not months.
As part of the dwpbank Group, we share a clear goal: we enable anyone to be an investor by making investing in capital markets
more accessible. By combining dwpbank’s long-standing expertise and stability with lemon.markets’ technology-first mindset and
speed, we are building a modern, modular securities services ecosystem. Together, we offer faster time-to-market, modular
services, and a modern customer experience that helps financial service providers stay competitive and respond more flexibly in a
changing market.
As a Solutions Architect, you will be a pivotal force in driving the success of our commercial partnerships. You'll act as the
crucial technical liaison, bridging the gap between our external partners and internal product development teams - ensuring that
the solutions we shape with prospects are both commercially compelling and operationally deliverable. You help prospects
understand how their investment use case maps to the lemon.markets platform and what it takes across teams to bring that use case
to life.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the entire partner and product lifecycle, from supporting pre-sales
go-to-market initiatives to ensuring seamless partner onboarding post-sales. You guide prospects from post‑discovery into deep
qualification, uniting internal teams around a shared understanding of requirements, risks and solution paths. You turn complexity
into clarity - structuring workshops, mapping operating models and coordinating across disciplines to make sure we design
solutions that work end‑to‑end.
You are a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a passionate advocate for both our partners and our product. You thrive in a
dynamic, collaborative environment and are driven by the challenge of building lasting partnerships that drive innovation and
growth. This is not a pure technical architecture role. It’s a highly cross‑functional, business‑aware role where you connect the
dots across departments, shape how we present our product, and ensure we deliver comprehensive solutions - ultimately enabling
Europe’s top FinTechs, Banks and Wealth Managers to build modern investment experiences.

ABOUT LEMON.MARKETS 🍋 We grow investing opportunities for all European customers and businesses, providing seamless access to capital markets. We enable everyone to be an investor. lemon.markets builds infrastructure for financial services and technology companies powering the next generation of investment products. From enabling a FinTech to launch their first investment product, over allowing e.g. a Neobank to embed investing into their product to bringing investing into a completely new context. Our API-first infrastructure makes launching an investment product customer-centric and compliant. We abstract all complexity for our partners through a well documented API, a self-service customer operations portal and operating in a clear regulatory framework. Enabling partners to launch in weeks, not months. We have experienced first hand that brokerage infrastructure is broken. Building an investment product used to be highly expensive, challenging and cumbersome. We ease this pain by shielding our partners & their customers from the underlying complexity - and with that we make investing more accessible to everyone. Because that’s exactly what we enjoy, going to places nobody else dares and solving hard problems. This not only creates tons of value when done right, but attracts the smartest minds - because outlier companies are built by exceptional (& diverse) people like you. YOUR MISSION: As Principal Product Manager (Enterprise), your core mission is to establish the product direction and strategic direction for our Enterprise product which is powered by the joint capabilities of lemon.markets and dwpbank. This is a high-impact, newly created role that sits across product strategy, product management and cross-organisational collaboration and drives opportunities from concept to launch and adoption. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will drive work autonomously with deep ownership, collaborating with the leadership team at lemon.markets and dwpbank, with our product organisation and our cross-functional domains and broader functions. This is a unique opportunity to shape our enterprise strategy, delivering a direct and measurable impact on our future growth. YOU WILL: * Shape and drive forward our Enterprise product by identifying, evaluating and prioritising customer needs through a deep understanding of the market, our organisational context, our existing capabilities and the new capabilities we need. * Take a critical view of current product opportunities, group opportunities and propose a clear roadmap and influence both lemon.markets and dwpbank to deliver it * Act as the primary product interface between lemon.markets and dwpbank for Enterprise opportunities, managing stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership. * Lead by example, demonstrating strong product craft across the product development lifecycle by providing clear product direction, clarifying scope, making key priority calls, distilling alignment and creating clarity on new product and partner launches. * Work cross-function and cross-domain across engineering, operations, compliance, risk and business development to scope solutions and ensure execution. * Support org-wide craft standards and build scalable frameworks for how Enterprise product work is structured, documented and measured. * Manage and develop your direct report, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality delivery. * Anticipate market and regulatory shifts that affect Enterprise opportunities and proactively adapt the strategy. * Drive decision-making with data, continuously forming hypotheses, running experiments and measuring impact. * Represent the product function externally with partners, vendors and enterprise clients where appropriate. YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF: * You bring 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record building and scaling complex, mission-critical platforms in financial services. * You have hands-on experience working in a highly regulated environment and understand what “regulated” means day-to-day (risk, compliance, controls, auditability). * You navigate complex stakeholder landscapes across multiple companies, create leadership-level buy-in, and drive alignment with a strong writing culture (clear docs, decisions, narratives). * You are based in Germany, have the right to work in Germany, and are professionally fluent in English and German. * You’re effective at bridging a fast-moving scale-up and a long-standing industry leader, working across organisational boundaries, diverse stakeholders, and different working cultures (your path into PM can have taken some twists and turns). * You shape product strategy across domains, find cross-domain opportunities, connect delivery to company strategy, and thrive on ownership, defining ambiguous problem spaces, creating structure where there is none, mentoring and developing others, working data-driven with measurable impact, and embracing change/experimentation (incl. leveraging AI) end-to-end. * You thrive on ownership and building from scratch. Defining a new problem space, creating structure where there is none and seeing it through to tangible results is what gets you going. How we take care of you: * 🚀 Compensation package: We offer you a competitive salary, based on your experience and the value-add you bring to lemon.markets. * 🕑 Flexible working hours: We trust people to choose when they work best and avoid a rigid 9 to 5 mindset. You decide on the rhythm that helps you do your best work, with only shared core hours from 12:00 to 16:00 to support collaboration. * 🏢 Hybrid work setup: You can work from anywhere in Germany within a hybrid model. At the same time, in-person collaboration is a key part of our culture. That being said, individual contributer lemoneers work 4 days or more / leadership lemoneers work 7 days or more per month on-site in our Berlin office, spending quality time together with the team at events, onsites/offsites or over team dinners. * 📈 Grow with us: We take your personal development seriously! You’ll get regular mentorship and stretch opportunities, a clear career development framework with frequent feedback conversations as well as an annual learning budget. * 🌱 People & culture: You’ll feel our culture in the small things, like polaroids from our lemoneers’ first day, Friday food market strolls at Maybachufer, and our monthly new-joiner breakfast. But also in the bigger things: celebrating the onboarding of new partners, growing our teams, and owning a strong discussion culture. * 💛 Perks & benefits: We choose benefits that add actual value. We sponsor a Deutschlandticket for employees on unlimited contracts, plus 50% off on Beatvest - our partner for financial education and investing. * 🏝 Workation: Get out of here! At lemon.markets you can work remotely from anywhere in the EU for up to 10 consecutive days at a time, and up to 60 days per year in total. ABOUT LANGDOCK We help organizations drive internal AI adoption through our enterprise-ready AI platform. Our product suite includes AI Chat, Assistants, Search, API, and Workflows - enabling companies to roll out AI internally and build custom AI use cases. We serve over 7,000 customers, from DAX companies to startups, including enterprise clients like Merck KGaA, Der Spiegel, GetYourGuide, Babbel, and Personio. We are model-agnostic, fully GDPR-compliant, and ISO 27001 & SOC-2 Type 2 certified. Made in Germany, backed by Y Combinator. ABOUT THE ROLE AI is the biggest transformation of our lifetime. Most companies know they need to move. Few know how. This is where you come in. As a Solutions Engineer in Langdock's Customer Success team, you turn ambition into working solutions. You sit at the intersection of customer, product, and engineering: discovering high-value use cases, scoping them, building them, and making sure they stick. You understand a customer's workflows, identify where AI creates real leverage, and deliver solutions they can maintain and scale on their own. This is a technical role. You write code. You build MCP servers and custom integrations. You work with agentic coding tools daily. You understand our platform at the code level and you're comfortable operating at the boundary between product and engineering. Everyone at Langdock builds AI agents and workflows to automate their own work. As a Solutions Engineer, you set the standard for what that looks like. You work project-based with our most relevant customers: running use case workshops, leading on-site hackathons, building complex agents and integrations, and handing over production-ready solutions. You also serve as the technical expert during Sales conversations, helping prospects understand what's possible and how Langdock fits into their architecture. You work closely with Customer Success to drive adoption, with Product and Engineering to push the platform forward, and with Marketing to create reusable resources that help customers build independently. When you hit a platform limitation, you articulate what needs to change and why, and work with the team to make it happen. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Discover and scope high-value use cases: run AI Use Case Workshops, Department Deep-Dives, and Scoping Sessions to identify where AI creates the most impact for each customer. * Build and deploy solutions: lead On-Site Hackathons, Implementation Sprints, and Architecture Reviews; deliver working agents, integrations, and workflows that customers can own and maintain. * Serve as a technical expert during the Sales process: join sales conversations to answer technical questions, build tailored demos and proof-of-concept environments, evaluate integration architectures, and help prospects understand what Langdock can do for them. You are the person in the room who makes the product feel real for a technical buyer. * Drive use case adoption: make sure customers actually adopt what you build; create documentation, run Office Hours, provide hands-on support, and enable power users to build independently. * Create reusable resources: build templates, documentation, and reference architectures that Account Management and Marketing can share with customers and prospects. * Push the platform forward: identify product limitations blocking high-value use cases, articulate requirements clearly, and work directly with Product and Engineering to close the gaps. * Build your own tools: build MCP servers, develop custom integrations, and use agentic coding tools to build on top of the platform and automate your own workflows. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You have 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role - Solutions Engineering, Technical Customer Success, Technical Consulting, or similar - where you both built things and worked directly with customers on a real technical product. You have experience working with enterprise customers on high-impact use cases: scoping projects, managing stakeholders, and delivering outcomes in large organizations where things move slowly, people change roles, and requirements shift. You've also supported the sales side: building demos that close deals, translating a product's capabilities into a prospect's language, and making complex technical products feel tangible. You are comfortable running workshops with senior stakeholders and following up with a sharp scoping document that aligns everyone afterwards. You know how to listen for the real problem behind a feature request. You translate complex technical concepts into language non-technical stakeholders understand, and turn customer needs into concrete, buildable specifications. You understand AI deeply and know how to turn it into working systems. You can judge when an LLM-based approach is the right tool and when it isn't, and you can hold your own in technical conversations with engineering teams. You write production-quality code in JavaScript and Python, and are comfortable with HTML/CSS, APIs, and integration architectures. You can build an MCP server, design a multi-step agent workflow, or debug a customer's integration setup. Agentic coding tools are a core part of how you operate. You are fluent in English (C1+). German is a strong plus, since many of our customers are German-speaking enterprises. Bonus: you come from a technical consulting background, an AI-native company, or an early-stage startup. Experience with enterprise software, developer tools, or platform products is a plus.
