THE ROLE We're hiring a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to define and scale our member communications strategy. In this role, you'll build a best-in-class, global omni-channel lifecycle engine, optimizing the member experience while developing the strategy, systems, and playbooks that drive engagement across our hosting and traveling flywheel. You'll partner cross-functionally to connect a strong digital product experience with the storytelling and emotional connection of a lifestyle brand, creating personalized customer journeys that deepen engagement and drive long-term loyalty. This is a player-coach role: you'll be hands-on to build Kindred’s lifecycle marketing foundation before scaling impact through a team you hire and develop. As such, success in this role requires equal parts thought leadership and execution. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own hosting and travel activation communications experience: Own the strategic roadmap, execution, and optimization of customer communications across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and emerging lifecycle channels. Optimize existing programs, as well as leverage insights to iterate and launch new strategies to activate Kindred members across various audience segments. * Establish Lifecycle function. Establish cross-functional processes for campaign execution, measurement, and reporting. Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics to develop actionable lifecycle performance insights and evolve the data infrastructure that powers personalization, automation, and decision-making. Define lifecycle messaging best practices to deliver consistent, customer-centric experiences, and proactively identify and advocate for the people, tools, and resources needed to support the team's growth and long-term success. * Hone our GTM muscles. Develop messaging playbooks in partnership with PMM for new product launches and marketing campaigns, continuously improving with each iteration. Partner across Product, Engineering, Creative, and Marketing to bring together technical, creative, and lifecycle requirements and deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences. * Be a thought leader on existing members. Serve as the voice of the member by translating lifecycle performance into actionable insights. Regularly share results, learnings, and customer trends to deepen the organization's understanding of member segments, their journeys, and the behaviors that drive hosting, travel activation and long-term engagement. * Build a world-class lifecycle engine. Continually evolve the strategic direction of Kindred's lifecycle marketing discipline by bringing the latest advances in AI, personalization, experimentation, and marketing technology into our member experience. Champion new ways of working that improve efficiency, increase relevance, and unlock step-function growth. WHAT'S REQUIRED * 12+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing and CRM strategy, ideally in consumer marketplace, membership, or network-based products. * Proven track record in building high volume lifecycle programs that drive measurable business outcomes. * You've worked closely with PM’s, Brand, Data, and Engineering teams and have strong project management and communication skills. You can write actionable engineering requirements and creative briefs in the same week. * Analytical mindset, with proven ability to gain insights from high-volume, complex, and omni-channel existing programs, and turn them into actionable results. Strong point of view on lifecycle data infrastructure and pipelines. * Mobile-first experience preferred. Deep experience with mobile and app channels – push, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp – with a strong point of view on channel strategy. * Hands-on experience in building campaigns and workflows, and working knowledge of optimal build-out of canvases, customer segments, and automations. * Equally comfortable rolling up sleeves to execute campaigns on an ongoing basis as you are building a strategy * Scrappy and self-directed: you don't wait for perfect data or a perfect brief. You can make progress toward goals even when there’s ambiguity or a lack of existing process. * Must have experience with Braze, CDP integrations, AI personalization and localization tooling. THE ROLE We're hiring an APAC Payroll Specialist to help build and scale payroll as Legora continues to grow across the region. Working closely with our Global Payroll Manager, you'll help ensure payroll runs smoothly across multiple APAC countries in an outsourced setup, while also shaping the processes, controls, and ways of working that will support our continued expansion. This is not a role where you'll spend most of your time processing payroll yourself. THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. This role owns the engine room of marketing: the martech stack, campaign hierarchy, lead scoring and routing, and budget, that determine how fast, how well, and how cost-effectively marketing-generated demand converts into pipeline impact. You'll work hand-in-hand with RevOps and the wider marketing team, and in particular a regional marketing director, to make sure every region has the reporting it needs to run its business. You're equally comfortable in the weeds of a routing rule and in a room with regional leadership explaining what the numbers mean. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own campaign hierarchy and structure: Build and maintain a clean, consistent campaign hierarchy in Salesforce (and connected tools) so every initiative, a single webinar, a third-party event, a sponsorship, a paid campaign, rolls up correctly into its parent program and ultimately into channel and pipeline reporting. * Enable campaign-level analytics: Make sure every campaign is structured and tagged so its performance can be isolated on its own or rolled up to the program level. Partner with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how those metrics get modeled and presented, so at any given point we know exactly which campaigns are driving pipeline and which aren't. * Own the martech stack: Administer and continuously improve our marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, BI/analytics tools), keeping tools integrated, clean, and trusted. * Manage the marketing ops budget: Monitor spend across tools, campaigns, and vendors; ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget; and flag cost-effectiveness issues before they become a problem. * Improve speed-to-lead: In close partnership with RevOps, design, implement, and iterate lead scoring models and routing logic so the right leads reach the right rep as fast as possible. * Partner with RevOps: Be marketing's counterpart to RevOps on funnel definitions, handoffs, SLAs, and data hygiene across the lead-to-opportunity process. * Support regional marketing leadership: Work closely with regional marketing directors, alongside RevOps and the Data Analytics team, to make sure each region has the dashboards and reporting it needs for visibility into pipeline, funnel performance, and campaign impact. * Drive data integrity: Own the data model connecting marketing systems to Salesforce, and Hubspot, ensuring consistent fields, campaign attribution, and reporting logic across the funnel. * Enable the marketing team: Act as the go-to person for marketing systems and reporting questions, training the wider team on tools, processes, and self-serve dashboards. WHAT YOU BRING * An analytical, AI-enabled business mindset: 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, equally comfortable building a report and explaining what it means for the business, is a campaign underperforming because of targeting, creative, or timing, and what should we do about it. You're quick to bring in AI tools (e.g., Clay) to work faster and smarter, not just to keep up with them. * Campaign reporting expertise: A track record of designing campaign hierarchies and reporting structures that let stakeholders drill from a single event or ad down to individual performance, and back up to full program-level ROI. * Salesforce expertise: Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including the Campaign object, campaign hierarchies, and reporting/dashboards. This is a requirement. * Marketing automation and BI fluency: Experience with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Customer.io) and comfortable working in analytics/BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau, enough to partner effectively with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how metrics get modeled and presented. You don't need to build every dashboard solo. * Lead scoring and routing experience: Proven experience designing lead scoring models and routing logic, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. * Systems thinking: You see how tools, data, and process connect, and default to fixing the underlying system rather than patching one-off issues. * Clear communicator: You can explain technical or data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including regional leaders who need answers, not jargon. At Enginzyme, we’re pioneering biomanufacturing by combining the power of enzymes, process engineering, and an automated smart lab. We are seeking an IT & Software Engineer to join our team with a 50/50 split in maintaining our IT infrastructure and developing the software that powers our smart lab and data pipelines. The role has a natural home in two parts of the company. On the IT side, you'll work closely with Operations, keeping our systems secure, reliable, and fit for purpose. On the software side, you'll be embedded in R&D, building the smart lab and tools that turn operational data into insight researchers can act on. We've deliberately built a lean, largely self-hosted IT system with minimal reliance on cloud and SaaS. It's a considered choice as we value the control, simplicity, and predictability it gives us. We're looking for someone who'll appreciate working within that framework rather than an over-reliance on external tools. Must have Qualifications: * Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Appian delivery programmes within complex consulting environments. * Clear experience architecting Appian applications across Records, Record Types, Relationships, SAIL, Process Models, Sites, Reports and CDTs, with the ability to plan application structure for reuse and scale across multiple applications. * Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, data modelling, stored procedures, triggers and views, with the judgement to decide when logic belongs in the database layer versus the application layer. * Experience designing enterprise integration architectures spanning multiple systems and Connected Systems, including evaluating build-vs-buy decisions for custom plug-ins and setting integration standards for delivery teams to follow. * Experience planning for scalability across data growth, user load and application extension over time, including proactive monitoring, application performance tuning, and CI/CD pipeline management across environments. * Skilled at establishing effective ways of working across blended teams (e.g. client staff, third-party vendors and other consultancies), setting collaboration norms, resolving friction between parties, and representing Valtech's delivery approach credibly to external stakeholders. * Strong understanding of Appian security implementation across data, interface and user levels, applied consistently across a multi-application landscape, and ownership of platform governance and design standards for other developers to follow. * Experience owning deployment workflows and CI/CD strategy across a programme, including environment strategy and release governance spanning multiple applications and teams. * Experience leading Agile Scrum delivery teams, including Sprint 0 activities, backlog refinement, estimation, sprint demonstrations and technical leadership. * Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Leaders and senior client stakeholders. * Proven experience mentoring developers and leading high-performing technical teams. * Experience contributing to pre-sales, solution design, proposals or technical bid responses. * A passion for continuous learning, innovation and advancing Appian best practice across delivery teams.
