The opportunity The Digital Lead plays a key role in the company’s digital transformation journey. As part of a newly established function, this is a unique opportunity to join early and help shape how digitalization is done in practice. Together with the team, you drive, coordinate, and realize digital initiatives that create real value across both production and administrative functions. Acting as a bridge between business, IT and external partners, you help turn digital strategy into practical improvements that make every day work smarter and more efficient. This is an operational and broad role where you move between analysis, coordination, hands-on execution, and close collaboration with the business. You will be encouraged to test ideas, explore new technologies (including AI), and turn concepts into working solutions. The role combines drive, curiosity, a holistic perspective, and a strong focus on solving real problems in day-to-day operations The role reports to the Digital Transformation Manager and is part of a small, cross-functional digital team with a wide area of responsibility. You will work closely with operations and collaborate across functions such as engineering, production, logistics, sales, continuous improvement and support teams -helping to build the future way of working together. How you´ll make an impact Turn everyday pain points into “wow, that’s easier” moments — you’ll spot bottlenecks in production/office work and help turn them into smart digital improvements people actually use. Go from idea → prototype → real working solution — you’ll coordinate initiatives end-to-end and help embed them into daily routines. Get hands-on (because impact beats PowerPoints) — you’ll jump into config, data handling, testing, and simple programming when needed to move fast. Run “AI mini-pilots” with the team — we want to experiment, learn quickly, and scale what works (think practical AI that improves flow, quality, decisions and daily work). Be the connector that makes collaboration smooth — you’ll bridge operations, IT and external partners so we build the right thing, the right way. Help grow digital confidence in the organization — you’ll share learnings, inspire new ways of working and help build real digital momentum. Your background Ideally 2+ years of relevant experience (digitalization, production/industrial engineering, IT, data/BI, automation) You enjoy working in the sweet spot between people, process, and tech — and can communicate with both “business” and “tech” stakeholders. You have a hands-on, experimental mindset — you like testing ideas, iterating, and making things real (programming curiosity/experience is a big plus). You bring a solid foundation in IT systems / digital applications that support business processes (and you’re not afraid of learning new tools). Bonus if you’ve been close to manufacturing / industrial processes — but what matters most is curiosity and the ability to learn the environment fast. You’re a team player with a growth mindset — ambitious, collaborative, quick to learn and comfortable asking questions and trying again. THE VISION Coretura builds one world-class software platform for software-defined vehicles, delivered to multiple global OEMs simultaneously, continuously improving, always compliant, and ready to adapt as the industry evolves. That ambition is not just a product challenge. It is an organisational one. To ship safety-critical automotive software at speed, Coretura must itself operate as a well-architected system. The Enterprise Architect owns that. THE ROLE You take responsibility for the digital and technology architecture of Coretura as an organisation, not just the product we build, but the company that builds it. That means spanning engineering platforms, compliance systems, and the tools that support HR, finance, legal, and sourcing. It also means getting close enough to the problems to design actual solutions, not just draw boxes on diagrams. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Enterprise Technology Landscape Map, govern, and consolidate the tools and platforms Coretura operates across all functions. In a fast-growing company, shadow IT accumulates quickly, teams buy tools that solve local problems but create global complexity. You get ahead of that by providing better answers faster. Buy vs Build One of the highest-leverage decisions in a scaleup is knowing when to buy, when to build, and when to integrate more deeply. You own this decision framework and make sure every choice fits the broader architecture rather than creating a new island. Architecture Runway The systems that become blockers are almost always the ones nobody thought about until it was too late. You maintain a longterm view of what needs to be in place before the business needs it. Data Architecture You own how data flows between systems, how it is governed, and how it enables the data-driven decision-making Coretura's strategy depends on AI Adoption You are the architectural anchor for how AI tools and agents are adopted across the organisation, coding assistants, process automation, document generation, ensuring adoption is coherent, governed, and compliant with the EU AI Act. Compliance Systems Coretura operates under ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, EU AI Act, ASPICE, and ISO 9001. You ensure the systems supporting compliance generate evidence as a by-product of how people work, not as a separate administrative exercise. Integration & Vendor Governance You define how systems connect, manage the vendor and licence landscape, and ensure Coretura is not carrying redundant investments or accumulating integration debt that will slow it down later. WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE Designing the integration and consolidation strategy across a fragmented tool landscape. Architecting the systems that will produce ASPICE audit evidence without creating compliance overhead Building the data and tooling solution that gives leadership real-time visibility across teams and partners Governing AI agent adoption organisation-wide, from evaluation frameworks to guardrails Selecting and integrating the process tooling for release management, risk management, and quality workflows being formalised right now WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You have been through at least one scaleup journey and know what happens when architecture doesn't keep pace with the company. You combine strategic breadth with enough concreteness to design solutions that get built. You can talk to a CFO and a software engineer in the same day and be credible with both. Experience in a scaling technology company is essential. Exposure to regulated industries is a strong advantage. APPLY ANONYMOUSLY? It is completely understandable if you want to know more before putting yourself out there. Generate and apply with your anonymized resume and hidden mail here. This means we will review your profile without knowing your identity, and keep the initial dialogue to an untraceable mail address.
