Analytics Engineer, Stockholm Bravida is one of the Nordic region's leading installation and service companies covering electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, security & fire, and automation across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland with over 12,000 employees and around 300 local branches. Behind that scale sits serious operational complexity: projects, procurement, and finance functions that run on data. We're hiring an experienced Analytics Engineer to own the data models that ties it all together. The Role Data modelling is the core of this job. You'll design and own the semantic layer that makes Bravida's operational and financial data trustworthy, consistent, and accessible for reports today and generative BI tomorrow. AI isn't a side interest here; it's central to how we expect this role to operate and where we're taking our analytics capability. Architect and own data models in dbt on Snowflake as the primary deliverable Define and enforce modelling standards, documentation, and data contracts across domains Build and manage pipelines in Dagster Work with AI tooling actively to accelerate your own output and enable smarter self-service for the business Drive our move toward generative analytics, shaping how business users query and interpret data through natural language Work directly with operations, procurement, and finance to model their domains properly Lead analytics data quality and reliability improvements across the stack The Team The Data & Analytics team sits inside Operational Excellence, a fast-moving function with a mandate to improve how Bravida runs at every level. That means getting out into the business, building relationships with branch managers and project leads across the Nordics, and making data something people actually pull toward rather than have pushed at them. We move quickly, we're visible, and we don't accept "this is how we've always done it." If you need a perfectly quiet environment to do your best work, this probably isn't the right fit. If you thrive on direct feedback, short cycles, and seeing your work land in the real world fast, it is. What You Bring 3+ years as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or Data Analyst Deep dbt experience; you've built and maintained production-grade models others depend on Strong Snowflake or comparable modern platform experience Solid grasp of dimensional modelling, data contracts, and semantic layer design Active user of AI tools in your workflow and a view on how they change the job Genuine interest in generative BI and what it means for how businesses consume data beyond today Strong stakeholder management; you can hold a room, push back constructively, and get buy-in from people who weren't looking for it You spot problems before they're reported and propose solutions before they're requested You make good calls with incomplete information and don't wait to be told what to build next English required; Nordic languages a bonus What We Offer Ownership of a decision engine that matters at real scale A modern stack (Snowflake, dbt, Dagster) with active investment in AI and generative BI Direct access to senior stakeholders across operations, procurement, and finance A fast team with a real mandate, not a support function waiting for tasks Autonomy on your own career and continuous development The construction and installation industry is going through fundamental change in how projects are run, how decisions get made, and how value gets measured. The civic projects Bravida works on: the hospitals, schools, infrastructure, and buildings that society depends on, they deserve to be built and then operated on better data. We take that responsibility seriously. That's what this role is part of. Process: Intro call with hiring manager, then a practical technical case study followed by meeting the team and discussing the solution. Final step is meeting some of the Operations team and key stakeholders. You must be eligible to work in Sweden and the EU.

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a hands-on, technically fluent engineer to drive the adoption of AI across our entire development organization - someone who finds the friction in how teams work and turns it into automated, AI-powered solutions. As our AI Enablement Engineer, you will embed with engineering and product teams to identify where AI can remove repetitive, manual work, then build and ship the solutions that make it happen. You will work closely with our AI Efficiency Architects and AI Evangelist to turn high-level AI strategy into concrete, measurable wins on the ground. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, moves fast, and gets real satisfaction from seeing their work adopted and relied upon by teams across the company. Your Mission Accelerate how the entire development organization works by finding high-impact use cases for AI, building the solutions that automate them, and spreading those wins so they scale across teams. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Use Case Discovery: work directly with engineering and product teams to map their workflows, spot repetitive or slow processes, and identify the highest-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation across the development organization. Rapid Prototyping & Delivery: act as a builder - lead the technical design and implementation of working solutions such as prompt workflows, lightweight agents, scripts, and integrations that prove value fast, then partnering with the AI Efficiency Architects to harden anything that needs to run in production. Reusable Enablement Assets: create templates, playbooks, and repeatable patterns so a proven AI win can spread from one team to many without bespoke work each time. Adoption & Measurement: drive genuine adoption of AI tooling across teams and tie every solution back to concrete outcomes - time saved, throughput, and delivery speed - so impact is visible and quantifiable to leadership. Feedback to the Platform: surface recurring needs and friction back to the AI Efficiency Architects, so the internal AI gateway and tooling evolve toward what teams actually need. Technical Mentorship & Influence: mentor senior engineers on AI best practices and influence engineering roadmaps. OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING: ESSENTIAL SKILLS Staff-Level Engineering Foundations: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience (Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript) with a proven track record of delivering complex, distributed systems in a production environment. Production-Ready AI Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience moving AI from a cool prototype to a real-world tool. You don’t just write basic prompts - you know how to build reliable agents and RAG workflows, and you understand the practical side of LLMs, like managing costs, speed, and context limits to make tools actually work for production. Strategic Problem-Solving: You have a strong bias for action and can take a vague problem and turn it into a working solution fast. While you focus on delivering value quickly rather than chasing perfection, you always think big - building smart, reusable tools that fix root problems for hundreds of developers, not just one team. Collaboration & Communication: excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work alongside many different teams, understand their needs, and bring them along on the adoption journey. SDLC/DevOps Familiarity: working knowledge of the tools that underpin the software delivery lifecycle (e.g., GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, source control) so that solutions fit naturally into how teams already work. Self-Direction: capacity to manage a varied portfolio of work across multiple teams, prioritize for impact, and deliver with minimal supervision. NICE TO HAVES Excellent presentation and training skills Previous experience running enablement, developer experience, or internal tooling initiatives WHO WE ARE At the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo. TL;DR: Lovable is building the future of software creation. We need a Lead Product Counsel who thinks like a systems engineer and understands that "zero risk" equals "zero growth." Your job is to be a support system for our product teams, navigating complex regulatory challenges by finding workable, high-speed solutions that keep us shipping. Why Lovable? Change the world, literally: 2026 is the year AI works. Lovable is building the most powerful AI software-creation platform. Work with exceptional people: We’re assembling one of Europe’s strongest technical teams. You’ll work alongside founders, execs, and sales leaders closing deals with the world’s largest enterprises. Legal as a growth lever: At Lovable, legal is not “back office.” Done right, you’ll be a direct driver of revenue velocity and customer trust. Top-of-market comp: Cash + equity. We pay above market for impact, not pedigree. Global stage: We’re a top AI brand. You’ll interact with leading companies, regulators, and advisors across the US, EU, and beyond. What we’re looking for: Relevant Experience: 6-12 years’ legal experience, with at least 2-4 years in-house at a high-growth tech company (Series A-C ideal). Regulatory Partner: You are the ultimate partner for our product teams. You dive deep into the product's goals and translate legal requirements into workable solutions at high speed. You’re comfortable with the EU AI Act, GDPR, EU Data Act and DSA. Automation First: You have a "developer mindset." If you have to give the same advice twice, you’d rather build a tool or an automated workflow to handle it. You likely use AI agents and LLMs daily to 10x your own output. Deep AI & IP Fluency: You understand the "how" behind LLMs, from data scraping and training sets to model weights and output ownership. You can navigate the intersection of copyright and AI-native software creation with ease. Master of the "Product Contract": You are comfortable drafting and iterating on T&Cs and User Agreements from scratch. You see a contract as product logic, it should be clear, fair, and designed to scale with new AI features. You can write terms that protect the company without creating a friction-filled user experience. Pragmatic Risk Tolerance: You understand that in a pre-consensus industry like Generative AI, waiting for 100% legal certainty means being too late. You are comfortable making high-stakes decisions with 70% of the data and a deep understanding of our strategic goals. Bias for action: you’d rather solve and improve than write long memos. Location: Willing to be based in Stockholm (or open to relocate). What you’ll do Embed with Product: Work with engineers daily to launch features that are compliant-by-design. Own legal for product-side vendor and technical partnership contracts that strengthen the platform. You are a core member of the product team, not an external consultant. Automate Legal Ops: Use Lovable and other AI tools to automate as much as possible - from privacy impact assessments to internal compliance checks. IP & Privacy Strategy: Design our global strategy for protecting AI-generated code and managing data provenance in a world of agentic workflows. Regulatory Navigation: Lead our stance on global AI, privacy and other regulation, ensuring Lovable is always two steps ahead of the shifting landscape. Turn complex legal questions into clear, practical guidance for product, engineering and leadership. Scale Prep: Build the systems now (templates, governance, compliance hygiene) that make later audits and fundraising easy. The Challenge This is not a job for someone who wants to “manage” or “delegate.” You’ll be hands-on, detail-obsessed, and directly responsible for the nuts and bolts of product legal. Think spending time with engineers to design new Lovable features. You’ll also have the chance to influence how Lovable’s legal function grows. Ready to make the engine that powers the most exciting AI company in the world? About your application Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested, please apply through our careers portal.
This is Adyen Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice. At Adyen, everything we do is engineered for ambition. Our Payment Solutions team is the engine behind this, processing billions of transactions while empowering businesses to create seamless payment experiences. As Adyen and our merchants scale globally, the complexity and volume of our operational knowledge are growing exponentially. Senior Software Engineer AI/ML - Payments To position our Payments organization at the technological forefront, we are establishing a GenAI team focused on identifying high-impact use cases for automation through agentic capabilities. As a Senior Software Engineer AI/ML, you will undertake some of the most technically demanding work in applied AI: designing agents that reason over complex, multi-step tasks, building the infrastructure to ensure production-grade reliability, and shaping how humans and AI collaborate at scale within a global payments company. This is not a narrow research role. You will take full ownership of your work, from early research through deployed production systems, influence the team's technical direction, and act as a force multiplier for the broader AI organization, including contributing to custom model development for structured financial data, and working toward our longer-term ambition of defining how humans and AI collaborate at scale across the company. What you’ll do: * Discover and Build: You will be an explorer within Adyen, proactively engaging with product and engineering teams to uncover their most critical challenges. You won't wait for instructions; you'll find high-impact opportunities and rapidly design and build AI prototypes (MVPs) to demonstrate value. * Develop Strategic AI Products: You will own the end-to-end development of bespoke AI tools that solve problems unique to Adyen's scale. Whether it's optimizing merchant experience, enhancing pricing models, or improving internal workflows, you will build intelligent solutions. * Own Evaluation and Benchmarking: Define and lead the evaluation strategy for the agentic systems and LLMs your team builds and deploys. Design internal benchmarks grounded in real domain complexity, probing for genuine capabilities, edge cases, and failure modes that standard metrics miss. Build reusable evaluation infrastructure that is embedded in the development process, not bolted on after the fact. * Provide AI Expertise Across the Organization: Serve as a technical resource for AI initiatives across Adyen - evaluating agentic frameworks, retrieval and search strategies, or agent tool-use approaches across partner teams. Surface connections across initiatives and help teams avoid duplicating work or converging on the wrong approach. * Raise the Bar: Set engineering standards for the team and company. Provide mentorship through problem decomposition, research methodology, and code review. Champion reproducibility, documentation, and rigorous evaluation practices across the AI organization. Who you are: * You have 7+ years of hands-on experience in applied AI/ML research or engineering, with a clear track record of shipping AI systems, including agentic or LLM-powered systems, in production environments. * You have deep expertise in language models and Generative AI, with hands-on depth across several of: architecture, post-training (fine-tuning, RLHF), inference optimization, context engineering (RAG), and failure modes at scale. * You have proven experience designing and operating agentic systems at scale, multi-agent orchestration, tool use, memory and context management, state handling for long-running workflows, and human-in-the-loop design. You understand what separates production agents from research prototypes. * You are rigorous and systematic about evaluation. You have designed evaluation frameworks or internal benchmarks that go beyond standard metrics. You understand the failure modes of LLM-as-judge approaches and know how to measure what actually matters for a given system and use-case. * You have a strong foundation in classical machine learning: supervised learning, ensemble methods, optimization, probabilistic modeling, and statistics. You reach for the appropriate tool for the problem. * You write clean, well-structured, production-ready code, primarily Python, and you hold research code to an engineering standard. * You have hands-on experience with at least one production-grade agentic framework. Nice to Have (tell us about them!) * Familiarity with financial data, payments, fraud detection, or risk systems. * Track record of external visibility: publications, conference presentations, or open-source contributions. * Experience with observability and evaluation tooling. * Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines in large-scale environments. Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives. This diversity of backgrounds and cultures is essential in helping us maintain our momentum. Our business and technical challenges are unique, and we need as many different voices as possible to join us in solving them - voices like yours. No matter who you are or where you’re from, we welcome you to be your true self at Adyen. Studies show that women and members of underrepresented communities apply for jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. Does this sound like you? If so, Adyen encourages you to reconsider and apply. We look forward to your application! What’s next? Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable candidate experience is critical for us. We aim to get back to you regarding your application within 5 business days. Our interview process tends to take about 4 weeks to complete, but may fluctuate depending on the role. At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest open customer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust! As our AI and Technical Learning Manager, you are the architect of Trustpilot’s AI-first culture. Your primary mission is to build the confidence, curiosity, and capability our people need to work with AI in meaningful and practical ways. You will design the strategy that embeds AI into how Trusties think and work, shifting our culture from one that talks about AI to one that uses it every day. Alongside this, you will ensure our people have the technical skills they need to do their jobs brilliantly, whether that is through Tech Academies, apprenticeship-funded programmes, or bespoke functional upskilling in our Technology teams. Your success is measured by your ability to move the dial on technical proficiency, AI confidence, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. What you'll be doing: * Drive AI adoption across Trustpilot. This is the core of your role. You will design and run the initiatives, campaigns, and learning experiences that shift how Trusties think about and use AI in their day-to-day work. The goal is practical, confident, widespread adoption. * Build an AI learning strategy that goes beyond awareness. You will create a structured approach to AI capability building that moves people from curiosity to fluency. That means understanding where Trusties are starting from, what good looks like, and how to get them there quickly and confidently. * Consult with functional leaders on AI use cases. You will work alongside leaders across the business to identify where AI and new tools can genuinely change how their teams work. You will then design the learning and change support to make those shifts happen. * Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous learning. You will create the conditions where Trusties feel safe to explore, try things out, and build their own efficiencies with technology. This is about mindset as much as skills. * Design and oversee technical skills programmes. Supporting the AI agenda, you will also ensure Trusties have access to strong technical skills development, including through Tech Academies and other structured learning pathways that build deep functional capability in our technology teams. * Make the most of Apprenticeship Levy funding. You will manage and deploy the Apprenticeship Levy strategically, ensuring eligible Trusties can access high-quality, formally accredited training in AI, technology, and data. * Measure adoption, confidence, and impact. You will define the metrics that matter, track them consistently, and give leadership a clear picture of how AI capability is developing across the business. Data will inform every iteration of your strategy. * Keep Trustpilot at the leading edge. You will benchmark our AI and technical learning maturity against industry standards, bring in emerging best practices, and make sure our strategy evolves as the landscape does. Who you are: * Passionate about AI and how it changes the way people work. You have hands-on experience driving AI adoption and digital transformation. You understand the technology, but more importantly, you understand people and how to bring them on the journey. * A strategic architect, not just a programme manager. You build systems and frameworks that create lasting change. You have a track record of designing and deploying learning and adoption strategies that result in real, measurable shifts in how people work. * Technically fluent. You are deeply comfortable in the current AI landscape, including Generative AI and LLMs. You can hold a credible conversation with Product and Tech leaders and translate complex concepts into accessible learning. * A skilled change manager. You understand that learning alone does not change behaviour. You know how to address resistance, build confidence, and design adoption journeys that account for the human side of change. * Experienced in technical capability building. You have designed and delivered technical skills programmes, including managing Tech Academy-style frameworks, and you know how to build functional capability at scale. * Savvy with Apprenticeship Levy funding. You understand how to use Levy funding strategically to accelerate skills development in technology and AI, and you can navigate the requirements to maximise its value. * A confident stakeholder consultant.
