Proven experience scaling manufacturing operations from pilot production to mass production. Strong expertise in factory automation, process engineering and industrial process control. Hands-on experience in production line design, commissioning and optimisation. Experience working with automation suppliers and system integrators. Strong leadership, project management and stakeholder management skills. Experience from one or more of the following industries is highly desirable: Graphene and advanced materials Battery manufacturing and energy storage Semiconductors Electronics manufacturing Other high-tech industrial environments Additional Advantages Experience participating in factory build-ups from concept to mass production.
