Velora is a digital healthcare provider focused on medically supported weight loss. We build products that make the patient journey smoother and help our care teams work more efficiently. Covering onboarding, payments and subscriptions, follow-ups, communication, knowledge content, and upcoming integrated care flows. Your impact will save lives. What you build at Velora helps more people access effective, medically supported weight loss, reducing their risk of serious conditions like cardiovascular disease and other obesity-related complications. Research suggests obesity can shorten life expectancy by up to around 10–15 years, often with years of avoidable health struggles. Here, your work can help change that trajectory. Why now: We’re in a phase where we’re scaling and evolving both our internal platform (“Velora Tools”) and patient-facing functionality, such as portal experiences, information/FAQ, profiles and payments, notifications, and upcoming integrations (e.g., BankID and additional care flows). How we work: We build for the long term: clear architecture, well-structured integrations, and a codebase that’s easy to maintain. You’re comfortable with our workflow: PRs, code reviews, and implementing design from Figma. After ~6 months: You reliably own medium-complexity features end-to-end (UI → API → DB → configuration/deploy). You actively improve quality: testing, integration robustness, and developer experience (CI/CD, DX). You’re a strong partner to the team in making the platform more scalable and easier to evolve. Key Responsibilities Frontend (React & React Native Develop and maintain applications in React. Build responsive, cross-platform mobile UI with React Native. You're free to choose your own editor and AI tooling — we don't mandate a specific setup. Collaborate with designers in Figma for accurate UI/UX implementation. Explore AI tools for development, testing, documentation, or automation. Participate in code reviews across both frontend and backend. Full-stack TypeScript, Go end-to-end across React + React Native, Hono on Bun, Drizzle, PostgreSQL, and GCP. You'll ship features that touch UI, APIs, data, and production, like it should be. ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. Our Enterprise and Strategic clients are among the most demanding legal teams in the world, and they expect a team that is prepared, consistent, and technically deep. In legal services, an error or a delayed response carries consequences beyond a frustrated customer: deadlines are fixed, privilege is non-negotiable, and the trust clients place in Legora reflects the trust they carry for their own clients. As a Platform Consultant, you are part of that global dedicated team, owning issues end-to-end and holding the enterprise readiness standard across every handoff. This is a high-judgment, high-craft seat, and an early one, so you will help build the function as you run it. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own it end-to-end: Take ownership of Enterprise and Strategic Premium issues from first signal to resolution. Maintain clean handoffs across a global team so clients experience continuity and enterprise-grade consistency, regardless of time zone or shift. * Master the platform: Build deep expertise across Legora, including Assistant, Tabular Review, Workflows, Editor, and the Word Add-in, to diagnose and resolve complex, high-impact issues that demand structured thinking and sound judgment. * Communicate with authority: Translate technical detail into concise, confident guidance for demanding professional users, and guide legal teams through complex workflows. * Resolve first: Own every issue to resolution before escalating. When escalation is the right call, route to the Technical Platform Expert or Principal Platform Advisor with complete diagnostics, clear impact, and a recommended path. Not a hand-off that creates more work. * Drive improvements: Spot recurring issues and user pain points, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal Engineering to fix them at the source. Produce reusable artifacts (playbook sections, troubleshooting guides, resolution templates) that raise the team's baseline. * Set the standard: The way you handle enterprise readiness, escalation precision, and handoff quality today becomes the benchmark the team scales from. * Cover the clock: Own your share of the global handoff rhythm. When you come on, pick up open issues with full context. When you hand off, leave nothing ambiguous. Enterprise clients should never feel the seams between regions. WHAT YOU BRING * You have owned complex, high-stakes B2B relationships and consistently delivered exceptional outcomes for demanding professional clients. * You turn frustrated users into advocates, and you take pride in the quality of every resolution. * You notice patterns, surface issues before they escalate, and collaborate across functions to fix them for good. * You are technically curious, learn new software quickly, and explain hard concepts simply. * You write clearly under pressure: crisp updates with confirmed facts, named owners, and next steps, without speculation. * You are fluent with support tooling such as Intercom, Zendesk, or similar platforms. * A background in SaaS, AI, or legal tech is a strong plus. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across regions, on work that crosses every major legal market. * Meaningful work: Your work shapes how the world’s leading legal teams adopt AI day to day. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and the tools to do your best work. * In-person environment: A workspace built for ambitious builders. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. What you’ll be doing Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a traditional box. It's part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer. If you enjoy roles that stay static, this probably isn't it. Your mission is to help our clients, some of the most sophisticated tax and legal advisory teams in the world, get the absolute most out of our platform. Some of what you'll be up to: Acting as a thought partner to tax partners, legal advisory leaders, and consulting teams - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora across service lines and jurisdictions. Working together with Go To Market and Customer Success in taking full ownership of client relationships - from running pilots with key practice areas, to onboarding new team members across tax, legal and consulting functions, and ultimately guiding firm-wide adoption across Big 4 and professional services firms. Be the voice of tax and legal advisory users inside Legora - sharing insights from tax structuring teams, regulatory advisory practices, and legal consulting functions that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life - whether you're presenting to a tax partner, rolling out to a global advisory team, or training legal consulting professionals. Documenting best practices from leading professional services firms, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally. Confidently helping tax and legal advisory teams navigate one of the biggest shifts in how professional services operate - from evaluating the ROI and competitive advantage of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different service lines, from tax compliance to regulatory advisory. What you bring You come from the world of tax and legal advisory; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may have trained at a Big 4 firm, working across tax structuring, legal advisory, or consulting. Perhaps you've specialised in legal operations, innovation, or technology implementation within a professional services environment. Maybe you've even moved into legal tech or consultancy, helping advisory teams modernise and scale. Either way, you know how tax and legal advisory teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. You'll thrive in this role if you: Have a background in law or tax, with experience at a Big 4 firm or leading professional services practice - ideally with exposure to multiple service lines, jurisdictions, or innovation initiatives. Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but passionate about navigating technical conversations, especially around things like generative AI, technology implementation, innovation and productivity. Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, from tax partners to consulting leaders, and from lawyers to engineers. I.e. translating across disciplines is second nature to you. Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment. Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies - whether that's streamlining tax compliance workflows, enhancing regulatory analysis, or improving multi-jurisdictional advisory work. Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once. Care deeply about quality, but don't get stuck in perfectionism - you get things done, and you make them better over time. Understand the commercial realities of professional services: leveraging teams efficiently, demonstrating value to clients, managing complex multi-jurisdictional matters, and balancing technical excellence with commercial delivery. A few more things We're a fast-growing company with bold ambitions, so you'll be joining at a time when things are moving quickly - in the best possible way. You'll have a lot of autonomy, a lot of responsibility, and the chance to genuinely shape how this function evolves. Everyone here has a founder-mentality. If that sounds exciting rather than terrifying, we'd love to hear from you. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. You will combine sharp mechanical engineering judgment with the ability to align people, suppliers, and analyses toward a common technical goal. What you'll get to do Your work spans three interconnected areas. On the requirements and design basis side, you will define the steam generator's functional and design requirements, develop and maintain the design basis documentation, and lead trade-off studies on configuration, materials, and manufacturing approaches. On the mechanical design side, you will drive decisions on component architecture, assembly sequences, weldability, inspectability, and manufacturability — making sure the design is practical to fabricate, transport, install, test, and maintain. On the thermal-hydraulic and structural side, you will not run complex simulations yourself, but you will be the one asking the right questions: defining calculation scopes, providing inputs to analysts, and critically reviewing results. You should be comfortable performing hand calculations to sanity-check outputs and steer design iterations. On the coordination side, you will define the scope and technical content of supplier work packages, evaluate proposals and deliverables from manufacturers, lead design reviews, and keep component development aligned with plant requirements and the project schedule — working across internal teams as well as academic and industrial partners. Who you’ll get to work with The System Engineer - Heat Transfer Equipment sits within our Fluid Systems Engineering team at Blykalla, reporting to Federico Barbano. You will collaborate closely with thermal-hydraulic analysts, mechanical and system engineers and procurement team — as well as external suppliers and research partners. We are a diverse team that is passionate about our work and about Blykalla. Who you are We are looking for a candidate with up to five years of professional experience. There are a few things we think will help you succeed in this role: Degree in mechanical, energy, chemical, nuclear engineering or a closely related discipline A meaningful portion of your experience spent at a heat exchanger or pressure equipment manufacturer - ideally in a role combining thermohydraulic and mechanical design with production engineering and workshop interface Strong working knowledge of heat exchanger mechanical design (ideally steam generators) and applicable design codes and standards such as ASME, PED, or RCC-M Thermal-hydraulic and heat transfer fundamentals sufficient to steer and critically review calculations performed by others - including the ability to perform hand calculations to sanity-check results Comfort writing clear technical specifications, reviewing deliverables critically, and communicating effectively with both internal colleagues and external suppliers Familiarity with CAD tools and engineering software Fluent in English, spoken and written Nuclear experience is welcome but not required — candidates from oil and gas, power generation, petrochemical, and similar industries are highly relevant. Meritorious Hands-on experience with steam generators or shell-and-tube heat exchangers Experience with FEA or CFD — the priority is the ability to define, commission, and review such analyses rather than execute them Prior experience coordinating multidisciplinary design work or managing supplier technical interfaces Background in the nuclear industry If you are not sure that you are 100% qualified but are up for the challenge, we encourage you to apply. Location This position is based at our office in Stockholm. So, what do you think? Take the chance to be at the forefront of revolutionizing nuclear power. Join and help us shape the energy landscape of tomorrow. Apply today with your resume and a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and achievements. We offer competitive compensation aligned with our internal salary framework and growth potential in the role.

Some of what you'll be up to: * Acting as a thought partner to tax partners, legal advisory leaders, and consulting teams - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora across service lines and jurisdictions. * Working together with Go To Market and Customer Success in taking full ownership of client relationships - from running pilots with key practice areas, to onboarding new team members across tax, legal and consulting functions, and ultimately guiding firm-wide adoption across Big 4 and professional services firms. * Be the voice of tax and legal advisory users inside Legora - sharing insights from tax structuring teams, regulatory advisory practices, and legal consulting functions that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. * Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life - whether you're presenting to a tax partner, rolling out to a global advisory team, or training legal consulting professionals. * Documenting best practices from leading professional services firms, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally. * Confidently helping tax and legal advisory teams navigate one of the biggest shifts in how professional services operate - from evaluating the ROI and competitive advantage of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different service lines, from tax compliance to regulatory advisory. You'll thrive in this role if you: * Have a background in law or tax, with experience at a Big 4 firm or leading professional services practice - ideally with exposure to multiple service lines, jurisdictions, or innovation initiatives. * Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but passionate about navigating technical conversations, especially around things like generative AI, technology implementation, innovation and productivity. * Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, from tax partners to consulting leaders, and from lawyers to engineers. I.e. translating across disciplines is second nature to you. * Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment. * Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies - whether that's streamlining tax compliance workflows, enhancing regulatory analysis, or improving multi-jurisdictional advisory work. * Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once. * Care deeply about quality, but don't get stuck in perfectionism - you get things done, and you make them better over time. * Understand the commercial realities of professional services: leveraging teams efficiently, demonstrating value to clients, managing complex multi-jurisdictional matters, and balancing technical excellence with commercial delivery. QA Automation Engineer Albert Group is building next-generation maths learning products for school and home. AI is a genuine and relevant part of the solution. Quality and accuracy are core to what we do — especially as we build with AI coding agents doing meaningful parts of implementation, which raises the bar on review rather than lowering it. We're looking for someone who can own testing broadly — not just executing test plans, but setting the testing strategy for a small, fast-moving product team and working hands-on across the full range of automated and manual testing. We want to push testing itself to be heavily AI-driven — using AI to help generate, maintain, and expand test coverage, not just to test AI-built features. What you'll do: Set our overall testing strategy — what gets tested, how, and at what level, across a growing product surface Define standards and coverage expectations for unit and component-level testing, which developers write themselves as part of their agentic development workflow — you set the bar and help maintain consistency, rather than writing these tests yourself Build and maintain end-to-end tests covering real user flows across the school and home products Explore and apply AI-assisted test generation and automation — using AI to produce, expand, and maintain test suites, not just relying on manually written tests Do manual and ad-hoc testing where automation isn't practical yet or where human judgment catches things scripts won't — particularly around subtle product logic and learner-facing behavior Build a strong review discipline specifically around AI-agent-generated code and features Work with Python where relevant for testing/validating learner data pipelines Work embedded within the product development team — not a separate QA function bolted on at the end, but part of the daily build process Work closely with our learning scientist and pedagogical lead to catch subtle logic errors, not just software bugs What we're looking for: Strong, broad QA background spanning test strategy, E2E testing, and manual/exploratory testing Experience setting testing strategy and standards for a product team, including for unit/component tests written by developers — not necessarily writing these yourself Real experience reviewing AI-generated output critically — this is central to the role, not incidental Experience using AI to generate or automate tests is a strong plus — we recognize this is still an emerging practice, so we're not requiring deep professional experience here, just genuine interest and some hands-on exploration Comfort with Python for data validation tasks Ideally some exposure to education or assessment products Detail-oriented, self-directed — flat team, no management layer
