We make those insights accessible, searchable, and actionable. Our products are used daily by some of the most sophisticated teams in finance and tech, including major hedge funds and Magnificent 7 companies, and over a million finance professionals have downloaded our mobile app. We're backed by some of the smartest minds in our industry and growing fast at a global scale, and we're still at the very beginning of what we expect to be a multi-decade journey. You'll own the systems that keep our data consistent, queryable, and discoverable across an evolving landscape of storage and indexing technologies. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Design, build, and operate production database systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and correctness at scale. * Architect and maintain real-time sync pipelines between primary databases and secondary query stores (e.g., search, vector, graph, analytics). * Own schema versioning and distribution. REQUIRED SKILLS * Hands-on relational database experience: query optimization, schema design, scaling, and operational concerns. Strong SQL experience is also required. * Proven experience syncing databases in near real time, database-to-database or database-to-query-store (e.g., Typesense, Elasticsearch) * Experience with at least one secondary indexing category: search, vector, graph, or analytics. * Cloud infrastructure experience, preferably AWS. Benefitting from almost nine decades of deep experience and guided by our values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness, we create sustainable value by helping our clients optimize their operations and protect what matters most - their people and assets. AI Team at Securitas At Securitas, our colleagues show up every day to help keep communities and organizations safe. Our job in the AI team is to make sure they're equipped with the best tools and intelligence possible. We are Securitas' Specialized AI Team - the internal center of excellence for advanced, custom AI. We don't work on generic tools or off-the-shelf solutions. We build the AI capabilities that require deep technical and domain expertise, and that directly move the needle on how Securitas operates at scale. About the role You will be a key technical voice in a small, focused team - someone who shapes how we approach problems, not just solves them. You'll lead the design, development, and production deployment of ML and GenAI solutions that turn raw data into actionable intelligence across a range of real-world problems. The stack we work with Python · PyTorch · LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, open-source) · RAG pipelines, Hugging Face · Python analytical tools (DuckDB, polars, Pandas, and more) · Streamlit & Dash · Claude Code · GitHub Copilot · React · Databricks · Docker · SQL/NoSQL · Azure/GCP Responsibilities Owning the architecture of LLM-powered pipelines that extract structure and insight from large volumes of unstructured text, such as incident reports, operational logs, client data. Designing and stress-testing end-to-end GenAI architectures (e.g. RAG), prompt strategies, and evaluation frameworks - relevance, faithfulness, hallucination rates, latency tradeoffs - and setting the bar for what "good" looks like on the team. Building and productionizing workforce management models - demand forecasting, shift scheduling optimization, and attrition modeling - that help deploy officers more effectively. Developing client churn models that give the business early, actionable retention signals. Driving the end-to-end ML lifecycle: from problem framing and data strategy through to monitored, production-grade systems. Translating ambiguous business problems into concrete technical roadmaps - and pushing back when the framing is wrong. Mentoring junior data scientists and setting technical standards across the team. Presenting findings, model behavior, and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders clearly and credibly. What you'll bring Must-haves Around 5+ years of professional data science experience, with a clear track record of successes. Deep Python skills and strong software engineering habits - your code is readable, tested, and maintainable. Advanced NLP experience and hands-on work with LLMs at a level beyond prompt experimentation - fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment. A rigorous approach to GenAI evaluation: you've built frameworks to measure output quality, catch failure modes, and make principled tradeoffs with full lifecycle thinking. Experience with MLOps fundamentals: deployment, serving, and monitoring of models, CI/CD, Docker, application and service logging, and reproducible pipelines. Using modern AI coding tools to work as a highly productive data scientist - rapidly exploring ideas, writing and refactoring code, and debugging faster while keeping a critical eye on outputs. Strong analytical instincts - you can tell when a result is too good to be true and you know how to find out why. Communication skills sharp enough to run a stakeholder presentation and a code review on the same day. Nice-to-haves Experience with Databricks for large-scale data processing and collaborative workflows. Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks (Ragas, LangSmith, or similar). Hands-on experience with forecasting and optimization problems - scheduling, demand planning, or similar. Experience building interactive data tools for end users, including front-end design, authentication layers, and logging. Background in a domain where decisions have real operational consequences - logistics, healthcare, security, or similar. Working conditions The role is open for candidates based in Malmö or Stockholm (with preference for applicants in Malmö). It's a hybrid working model. What we offer At Securitas we believe in doing the right thing and doing it well. For our customers and our employees. Our employees come from all walks of life and bring with them many talents and perspectives. We aim for diverse representation throughout the company, and we are committed to equal pay, safe working conditions, gender balance and an inclusive work environment with a wide range of skills and development opportunities. The stack we work with Python · PyTorch · LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, open-source) · RAG pipelines, Hugging Face · Python analytical tools (DuckDB, polars, Pandas, and more) · Streamlit & Dash · Claude Code · GitHub Copilot · React · Databricks · Docker · SQL/NoSQL · Azure/GCP ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Responsibilities * Owning the architecture of LLM-powered pipelines that extract structure and insight from large volumes of unstructured text, such as incident reports, operational logs, client data. * Designing and stress-testing end-to-end GenAI architectures (e.g. RAG), prompt strategies, and evaluation frameworks - relevance, faithfulness, hallucination rates, latency tradeoffs - and setting the bar for what "good" looks like on the team. * Building and productionizing workforce management models - demand forecasting, shift scheduling optimization, and attrition modeling - that help deploy officers more effectively. * Developing client churn models that give the business early, actionable retention signals. * Driving the end-to-end ML lifecycle: from problem framing and data strategy through to monitored, production-grade systems. * Translating ambiguous business problems into concrete technical roadmaps - and pushing back when the framing is wrong. * Mentoring junior data scientists and setting technical standards across the team. * Presenting findings, model behavior, and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders clearly and credibly. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What you'll bring Must-haves * Around 5+ years of professional data science experience, with a clear track record of successes. * Deep Python skills and strong software engineering habits - your code is readable, tested, and maintainable. * Advanced NLP experience and hands-on work with LLMs at a level beyond prompt experimentation - fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment. * A rigorous approach to GenAI evaluation: you've built frameworks to measure output quality, catch failure modes, and make principled tradeoffs with full lifecycle thinking. * Experience with MLOps fundamentals: deployment, serving, and monitoring of models, CI/CD, Docker, application and service logging, and reproducible pipelines. * Using modern AI coding tools to work as a highly productive data scientist - rapidly exploring ideas, writing and refactoring code, and debugging faster while keeping a critical eye on outputs. * Strong analytical instincts - you can tell when a result is too good to be true and you know how to find out why. * Communication skills sharp enough to run a stakeholder presentation and a code review on the same day. Nice-to-haves * Experience with Databricks for large-scale data processing and collaborative workflows. * Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks (Ragas, LangSmith, or similar). * Hands-on experience with forecasting and optimization problems - scheduling, demand planning, or similar. * Experience building interactive data tools for end users, including front-end design, authentication layers, and logging. * Background in a domain where decisions have real operational consequences - logistics, healthcare, security, or similar. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Working conditions The role is open for candidates based in Malmö or Stockholm (with preference for applicants in Malmö). It's a hybrid working model. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What we offer At Securitas we believe in doing the right thing and doing it well. Residential heating is one of Europe’s largest sources of CO₂ emissions, while energy prices remain unpredictable for many households. At Aira, we’re on a mission to change that. Founded in 2022 and now employing more than 800 people, we develop and install clean energy solutions—including heat pumps, solar panels, and battery systems—powered by intelligent technology that helps homes operate more efficiently. Our goal is simple: to help households reduce both their carbon footprint and their energy costs. With headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Poland, and hubs across the UK, Germany, and Italy, Aira is rapidly scaling to bring clean energy technology to 5 million homes by 2034. About the role In the Energy Optimization team, we build optimization and machine learning systems that help control when heat pumps run, when batteries charge or discharge, and when it makes sense to export energy to the grid. We are also building new flexibility capabilities by coordinating fleets of homes to support the grid when it matters most. We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join this product team. You’ll work on models and systems that turn messy real-world signals into reliable decisions for customers’ homes. This includes building and improving forecasting and optimization models, productionising them, monitoring their performance, and iterating based on real-world outcomes. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams to ship customer-facing intelligence that is reliable, understandable, and valuable. We value clear communication, thoughtful collaboration, curiosity, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. If you enjoy turning ML models into production systems that create measurable customer impact, we would like to hear from you. What you’ll be doing * Build and improve ML and optimization models that power customer-facing energy optimization features. * Work on time-series forecasting, scheduling, and decision models for heat pumps, batteries, solar, tariffs, weather, and customer behaviour. * Productionise and own models end-to-end, including deployment, monitoring, reliability, and iteration based on real-world outcomes. * Run experiments on real customer systems, evaluate impact, and turn results into product decisions. * Contribute to initiatives from discovery to production impact, helping define success metrics and align with stakeholders. * Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, explaining trade-offs, uncertainty, model behaviour, and what is good enough to ship. What you’ll bring to the role * Experience building ML, data, or optimization systems that are used in real-world products. * Good programming skills in Python and software engineering fundamentals. * Experience taking models beyond notebooks, including evaluation, testing, deployment, or monitoring. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. * Comfort working with real-world data, including ambiguity, imperfect signals, and changing requirements. * A pragmatic, product-oriented mindset: you care about measurable customer impact, not model complexity for its own sake. * Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate well in cross-functional teams. Bonus points if you have * Experience with energy systems, electricity markets, demand response, or flexibility. * Experience with constrained optimization, control systems, or physical systems modelling. What is in it for you? * Gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing scale-up, with a supportive and inclusive culture, and career advancement opportunities. * Collaborate with diverse teams across international markets and launch products globally. * Develop and grow personally and professionally in an entrepreneurial-minded environment. * Thrive in a dynamic, solution-oriented culture, tackling challenges and driving meaningful solutions that make a positive impact on the world. * Influence the company's success, with a visible impact on product development and market growth. * Enjoy our brand-new office at Norra Stationsgatan 93 in Stockholm. Conveniently located near public transport, with Sankt Eriksplan and Odenplan stations just a few minutes walk away. At Aira, we champion next-generation energy as well as diversity and inclusion. We firmly believe that a diverse workforce fosters innovation and creativity, enhancing our ability to serve customers and communities effectively. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds, cultures and perspectives to join our team. Our commitment is to uphold equality and inclusivity, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to a better future for our people and the planet.

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE As a Go-to-Market Engineer you will build the systems that turn buyer intent into pipeline. Our revenue teams are evolving how we generate, qualify, and convert opportunities - and the technical setup needs to move just as fast. That means strong Salesforce architecture, clean data flows, smart automation, AI-powered workflows, and reliable integrations across the go-to-market stack. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Growth, Sales, Marketing, Data, and AI. Working closely with the Head of Revenue Operations and the Growth Management team, the mission is to identify friction across the funnel and engineer it away. Salesforce is being restructured to support more advanced automation and AI use cases. This role will help land that foundation, keep it scalable, and build the systems that allow our teams to act faster, smarter, and with less manual effort. This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm, with 2–3 days per week in the office. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Build and continuously improve the technical foundation behind Netigate’s go-to-market engine, with Salesforce at the centre of the revenue tech stack. * Shape Salesforce data models, objects, workflows, validation rules, deduplication logic, and automation standards that can scale with the business. * Support the ongoing Salesforce restructuring and turn it into a reliable base for AI, enrichment, routing, reporting, and sales execution. * Create lead detection, scoring, routing, and qualification systems that help sales teams respond to high-intent leads faster. * Automate the path from buyer signal to sales action, ensuring the right lead reaches the right person at the right moment. * Build enrichment workflows that transform raw contact, company, and account data into actionable sales intelligence. * Connect buying signals such as job changes, funding announcements, product usage, company news, and account activity to automated go-to-market workflows. * Design and operate AI workflows and agents for qualification, account research, outbound, follow-up, and pipeline generation. * Integrate tools across the revenue stack using APIs, SQL, automation platforms, and light coding. * Monitor automation performance, build error handling into workflows, and remove systems that no longer create measurable value. * Stay close to emerging AI, automation, and GTM technology to continuously improve how Netigate generates and converts pipeline. YOUR PROFILE * Experience building go-to-market, revenue operations, growth, or sales automation systems in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. * Deep Salesforce expertise, including hands-on experience designing data models, automations, integrations, and scalable revenue architecture. * Strong understanding of what a clean, reliable, and future-proof Salesforce setup needs to look like. * Practical experience with AI tools and LLM-based workflows, including Claude, Claude Code, or comparable platforms. * Familiarity with GTM automation, enrichment, and outbound tools such as Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, or similar solutions. * Confident working with SQL and able to connect systems through APIs. * Coding ability in Python, Node.js, or a similar language, with the confidence to build integrations and automate processes independently. * Strong understanding of how data moves between systems and how revenue teams use that data to prioritize action. * Track record of building systems that improved speed, conversion, data quality, pipeline generation, or sales productivity. * Ability to translate operational friction into technical solutions and move from idea to implementation quickly. Nice to have: * Experience building AI agents or LLM workflows for lead scoring, account research, qualification, signal extraction, or outbound automation. * Knowledge of cold email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, mailbox setup, and sequencer configuration. * Background in vertical SaaS, enterprise SaaS, or complex B2B sales environments. * Experience supporting go-to-market teams across multiple European markets or product lines. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT * A scaling international company with a strong AI first focus agenda. * An inclusive and supportive work environment where diversity and creativity are celebrated. * An environment where your ideas are valued, and you have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution from the start. * Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within an international growing company. * No matter your role, whether you're just starting out or in a leadership position, we focus on the value you bring to the table. Creativity and impact are what matter most. * We believe in celebrating our achievements. Wether it's a summer festival or New Year party: we make sure to enjoy our successes and build strong team connections. Summary of the Role: As Security Research Lead at Maze, your research directly shapes our products and how our AI understands real risk. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-funded Series A startup building at the intersection of generative AI and cybersecurity, leading the research function that makes our products sharper than anything else on the market — and gives Maze a credible technical voice in the security community. You'll set the bar for our vulnerability research: defining the methodologies that separate critical risk from noise, validating and contextualising the threats our AI surfaces, and feeding that expertise straight into product and engineering to improve how we detect, prioritise, and remediate. You'll work hand-in-hand with our AI/ML, product, and engineering teams — close to the roadmap and the code, not off to one side — turning what you find into capabilities that crush the competition. Alongside that, you'll amplify the work externally: surfacing novel vulnerabilities and building research narratives that earn real reach, giving Maze technical credibility with practitioners and customers. This role is perfect for a security researcher with real depth in cloud and application security who is ready to step up: someone who wants their research to ship as product, can lead a small research team, and can tell a story that lands with a technical audience. The ideal candidate has done this inside another security vendor and wants to build both great products and a research brand from a strong foundation. What you'll work on: * Make Our Products Brilliant: Feed research directly into product and engineering — work close to the roadmap and the codebase to sharpen how we detect, prioritise, and remediate, building capabilities that outclass the competition * Shape How Our AI Understands Risk: Translate deep threat research into the labels, signals, and product feedback that train our models to prioritise vulnerabilities like a seasoned researcher * Lead Our Security Research Function: Set the direction, standards, and methodologies for how Maze researches, validates, and prioritises cloud and application security threats, scaling a small team of researchers as we grow * Find Novel Vulnerabilities That Get Reach: Surface original research and build narratives — blog posts, technical talks, podcasts, video, conference presentations — that earn real reach and give Maze technical credibility with the security community * Build Authoritative Technical Intelligence: Produce detailed research on exploitation techniques, attack vectors, and remediation across cloud infrastructure and application security, enriched with CVE, advisory, and threat-intel sources * Set the Standard for Research Quality: Establish the frameworks and review processes that keep our vulnerability assessment consistent, defensible, and ahead of the threat landscape * Grow the Bench: Mentor and develop researchers, raising the technical bar of the team and creating a research culture others want to join What You Need to Be Successful: * Proven Security Research Depth:** 6+ years in hands-on security research, with a strong track record investigating complex vulnerabilities, building proof-of-concepts, and validating real-world threats * Cloud & Application Security Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud (AWS) and application security vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and how they actually get exploited at scale * Research That Ships as Product: A track record of turning research into product and engineering outcomes — working closely with eng, product, and ML teams to translate findings into shipped capabilities, not reports that sit on a shelf * A Public Track Record: Demonstrated ability to be the voice of security research externally — published research, conference talks, well-received technical content, or a recognised presence in the community * Vendor-Grade Perspective: Direct experience inside a security tooling or research organisation, with a view on what good research operations look like and how to build credibility in market * Technical Investigation Skills: Strong coding and scripting (Python, Go, or similar) for automating research, building validation tooling, and creating PoCs * Communication That Lands: Ability to translate complex security research for technical practitioners, customers, and internal AI/ML and product teams without losing rigour * Leadership Instinct: Experience leading or mentoring researchers, setting standards, and owning a domain end-to-end in a fast-moving environment * Startup Readiness: Comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited structure, prioritising ruthlessly, and building the function as you run it * Nice to haves: * Experience with AI/ML security or working with AI-generated security findings * An established personal brand or following in the security research community * Open-source contributions to security tools or research * Experience setting up or scaling a research/labeling operation * Industry certifications (OSCP, AWS Security, CISSP, etc.) Why Join Us: * Ambitious Challenge: We're using generative AI (LLMs and agents) to solve some of the most pressing challenges in cloud and application security. You'll define how AI understands and prioritises vulnerabilities — and how the market talks about it. * Expert Team: We are a team of hands-on leaders with experience in Big Tech and Scale-ups, who have been part of the leadership teams behind multiple acquisitions and an IPO. * Build Products and a Research Brand: A rare chance to build a security research function from a strong foundation where your research ships as product — directly shaping what we build and how Maze is seen in the security community. * Impactful Work: Cybersecurity is a force for good. Your research will directly improve how thousands of organisations understand and respond to threats, scaling expert security knowledge through AI. * Build an AI-native Company: Join early enough to shape everything from the ground up, with significant equity upside and the room to grow into senior security leadership.
