Om rollen I rollen som jurist blir du en viktig person i förberedelserna för de uppgifter som PTS föreslås få med anledning av EU:s AI-förordning och senare i den organisation som ska hantera de nya uppgifterna. Du arbetar med tolkning och tillämpning av AI-förordningen och angränsande regelverk såsom GDPR, förvaltningsrätt och EU-rätt. Arbetet omfattar bland annat marknadskontroll och tillsyn, juridiska utredningar, att ta fram vägledning och information till de som träffas av regleringen samt att utforma föreskrifter inom området. Du medverkar även i utvecklingen av regulatoriska testmiljöer och genomförandet av regulatoriska sandlådeprojekt. Rollen innebär nära samverkan med tekniska experter och andra kompetenser för att bidra till en rättssäker AI-användning. Du kommer också att samarbeta med andra svenska myndigheter och medlemsstater inom EU samt arbeta med utbildning för externa intressenter, exempelvis genom workshops och seminarier. Tjänsten kan innebära resor i varierad omfattning för deltagande i externa och internationella möten. Juridiska institutionen utlyser en postdoktoral anställning i rättsinformatik, inom ramen för forskningsprogrammet WASP-HS (Wallenberg AI, Autonomous Systems and Software Program – Humanity and Society). Postdoktorn kommer att vara anställd vid Juridiska institutionen. Juridiska institutionenär en av de större institutionerna vid Stockholms universitet med ca 150 anställda och ca 5 500 studenter. Behörighetskrav För att vara behörig för anställning som postdoktor krävs avlagd doktorsexamen eller utländsk examen som bedöms motsvara relevant doktorsexamen.
