Tjänsten är en deltidstjänst 58% nattetid. Södra Tibblevägen Södra Tibblevägen är ett boende för vuxna som omfattas av LSS, personkrets 1. Boendet ligger i Björklinge med gångavstånd till matbutik och bussförförbindelser med UL till Uppsala. På Södra Tibblevägens gruppbostad finns cirka 10 medarbetare med olika anställningsformer. Våra medarbetare har erfarenhet och kunskap för att arbeta med målgruppen. De har relevant utbildning inom social omsorg i form av till exempel omvårdnadsprogram, KY-utbildning inom social omsorg. Om rollen I rollen som boendestödjare utgår du från de boendes individuella behov och önskemål och ger stöd i det dagliga livet utifrån ett pedagogiskt förhållningssätt. Tillsammans med övriga medarbetare arbetar du med målet att göra dagen meningsfull och innehållsrik. Du stödjer och vägleder med bland annat personlig omvårdnad, måltider, medicinhantering, städning, samhällskontakter och kommunikation. En viktig del i arbetet är att stimulera och motivera den boende till att utveckla sina förmågor och att skapa möjligheter till en aktiv och meningsfull fritid. I dina uppgifter ingår även att dokumentera och planera utifrån genomförandeplaner. Arbetstiden för denna tjänst är nattetid, 20:30-07:45 + 2 arbetsplats träffar på 12 veckor dagtid. Du har en gruppledare eller gruppchef nära dig som delar av sin tid arbetar i verksamheten. Det kan även vara en framtida karriärmöjlighet för dig. Din erfarenhet och kunskap Du som söker har gymnasieutbildning inom vård och omsorg eller annan likvärdig utbildning. Du har goda kunskaper i svenska i både tal och skrift, god datorvana och erfarenhet av dokumentation. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med målgruppen.
