Do you thrive on turning complex logistics challenges into clear priorities and measurable results? This is an opportunity to shape the global logistics agenda across cost, service, and sustainability, deciding what matters most, when, and why, and making the case that moves it. Why Seco? Collaboration, responsibility, curiosity, and continuous improvement guide how we work and grow. In this position, you’re given the opportunity to influence global logistics performance and contribute to long-term business success through data-driven decision-making and sustainable development. By joining Seco, you get to: Shape a global logistics agenda with visibility across the organization. Drive strategic priorities and influence senior decision-making. Be part of a collaborative environment where curiosity and continuous learning are valued. About the job You own the global logistics performance framework and agenda, ensuring that cost, service, and CO₂ objectives are translated into prioritized actions across the logistics network. Acting as a strategic and steering partner, you bring business cases, recommendations, and trade-off analyses that support informed decision-making and long-term development. This is a horizontal, steering role. You own priorities and trade-offs, not execution: carrier selection, tendering, routing, and day-to-day transport operations sit with the transport and carrier-management function. The role has no direct reports, and its influence comes from evidence and framing rather than line authority. Job responsibilities Own and develop the logistics performance system, including cost, service, and CO₂ metrics, dashboards, and reporting. Drive logistics priorities and maintain a focused portfolio of initiatives with clear sequencing and business impact. Build and present business cases, scenarios, and recommendations related to logistics cost and sustainability improvements. Lead governance activities such as performance reviews, quarterly business reviews, and executive-level discussions. Steer priorities and frame trade-offs across Transport, Finance, Planning, Procurement, and Digital, building alignment through evidence rather than authority. Monitor logistics performance trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations and long-term roadmaps. Own the logistics CO₂ agenda including baseline, targets, and tracking, and bring it into performance reviews and executive discussions. Location and flexibility The position is based in Fagersta, Västberga, or another location in Europe close to a Seco site. We offer a hybrid way of working with flexibility to combine office and remote work. Your profile You bring a strong background in logistics and supply chain performance, with experience working across complex distribution or logistics networks. Rather than focusing on local operations, you’re used to shaping priorities and driving improvements at a network level. A data-driven approach comes naturally, and you back recommendations with quantified insights and measurable business outcomes. Your background includes: Experience owning or influencing logistics performance across a regional or global logistics network, including cost, service, and sustainability metrics. A track record of delivering measurable business results through business cases, trade-off analyses, and performance improvement initiatives. Experience translating data and analytics into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers. Proven ability to influence outcomes across multiple functions such as Transport, Finance, Planning, Procurement, and Digital teams without formal line authority. Knowledge of sustainability and CO₂-related topics in logistics, including performance measurement and improvement initiatives. Success comes from combining strategic thinking with the confidence to challenge assumptions using facts and evidence. You’re comfortable navigating different stakeholder perspectives, building alignment across functions, and creating momentum through influence rather than authority. Naturally curious, you focus on the bigger picture while turning complexity into clear priorities and actionable decisions. Our Seco culture At Seco, we're united by a spirit of collaboration and a shared curiosity to learn and grow. We take responsibility for our actions, stay focused on our customers, and believe in winning together. For us, it’s also clear that our diversities form an amazing foundation for achieving great results. Curious about our workplace and benefits? Read more on our website. Join our global force of 400+ innovators, blending the latest in tech with the greatest in soundtracking — from our Stockholm HQ to offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Paris, Oslo, and Seoul. We're an industry leader with a startup mentality. We take what we do seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. Come create with us, and let the world feel your work. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll join an embedded, AI-native analytics team that sits inside the commercial and product domains driving our growth. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the VP of Revenue Operations and Global Sales Leadership as we scale our enterprise business — defining what success looks like across the full bow-tie funnel, from pipeline generation to expansion revenue, and proving it with data. You'll have a dedicated mandate within the Enterprise GTM org while drawing on the shared infrastructure, engineering support, and peers of our central Data & Analytics team. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to define success metrics, surface growth opportunities across the enterprise bow-tie funnel, and shape GTM strategy with evidence — proactively raising the questions stakeholders haven't thought to ask. * Build and refine the models that steer the business — customer segmentation for territory and capacity planning, lead and account scoring for pipeline quality, and forecasting for pipeline and revenue. * Make our data trustworthy for agentic analytics — enrich context and metadata, and use AI coding tools to ship instrumentation and data-quality fixes directly so both people and AI tools can rely on it. * Own the analytical backbone of how the enterprise business is steered — KPI and metric definitions aligned across Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and the monthly, quarterly, and annual performance forums, owning the narrative, not just the slides. * Close data gaps and build scalable, self-serve measurement infrastructure so GTM teams can monitor long-term performance without you in the loop. * Uphold rigor as self-serve expands — push back on false precision in pipeline and forecast numbers, set the bar for what good analysis looks like, and resist sophistication, statistical or AI, where a simpler approach serves the decision better. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * Senior-level influence. You've driven real business impact by shaping decisions at the leadership level and moving revenue outcomes. * High agency. Habit of driving decisions through tailored communication and data storytelling. * Sharp analytical instincts. You scope vague questions with vetted frameworks, state hypotheses up front, and reason to a defensible answer even with imperfect data. * Sound judgement about data. A solid grasp of statistics and the discernment to know when past data predicts the future and when to override it for where the business is heading. * Technical versatility. Proficiency across SQL and Python (notebooks in Hex), dbt (on BigQuery), plus experience with AI coding tools and techniques including context engineering and evals. * PLG/SaaS fluency. Hands-on experience in product-led and SaaS businesses, with a solid grasp of subscription economics and the metrics that drive them. MUSIC TO OUR EARS * Experience across the B2B GTM funnel — Sales, Marketing, and RevOps — with funnel, segmentation, and forecasting analytics. * Data modelling know-how and experience with semantic layers. * A track record of defining metrics and steering frameworks for enterprise or 0→1 commercial motions. WHAT WE'LL OFFER * A fast-paced environment with real room for personal growth and tangible impact on the business. * The chance to help write the new playbook for running Analytics in the AI era, combining timeless principles with fresh learnings from emerging tooling. * A diverse, collaborative team of Analysts and Engineers building together. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER We believe that bringing people together from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives makes for a healthy workplace, a more successful business and a better world. We value diversity and encourage everyone to come and soundtrack the world with us. APPLICATION Ready to make the world feel your work? Please apply, in English.
