Together, you will build data products that are reliable, understandable, and designed to be reused across the company - not just for a single use case. At the same time, you will contribute to how we build our data platform and ways of working. We aim to continuously evolve - adapting to new technologies, improving how we design data, and staying aligned with modern best practices. You will also take a leading role in facilitating the data platform roadmap - aligning needs across domains, shaping priorities, and ensuring progress on key initiatives. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and products that enable Finance and HR to make reliable, data-driven decisions Work closely with business stakeholders and analysts to translate needs into scalable data models and solutions Help structure and expose data so it is consistent, understandable, and reusable across domains · Take an active role in improving how we work with data across teams - leading and driving improvements to platform capabilities, standards, and patterns Enable self-service use of data by making it accessible and usable beyond engineering teams Make thoughtful trade-offs in how data is designed and delivered - balancing batch vs near-real-time, handling historical data, and shaping metrics and semantics for usability Define and promote best practices for data quality, testing, documentation, and access control Explore how modern tooling, including AI-assisted development, can improve how we build, test, and maintain data products Support and coach colleagues in modern data engineering practices What you’ll bring You enjoy solving real problems and are motivated by building data solutions that are actually used. We’re building a culture rooted in safety, trust, and inclusion, where people feel supported to grow and thrive. Here’s what makes this role unique: Breadth, not silos: You’ll work across multiple technical areas - data, architecture, infrastructure and backend - gaining deep understanding of our digital ecosystem. Ownership from day one: You’ll support a specific domain and act as a bridge between operations and tech, and drive solutions all the way from need to implementation and iteration. Close to the action: You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, understand their workflows, and ensure your digital solutions create real value in their day-to-day operations. TL;DR: We’re looking for a full-stack engineer obsessed with Lovable’s growth engine - turning first touches into daily habits, and daily habits into a thriving ecosystem and real revenue. One sprint you’re shipping onboarding and activation flows; the next you’re crafting distribution rails and monetization features that help builders reach more users and keep them around. You think in React and APIs, but your first instinct is always: does this make users more successful, more often? Coding skills + excellent taste + growth instincts + product obsession = you. Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. What we’re looking for 5+ years of experience building and growing user-facing products in high-performing teams, ideally including growth work, marketplaces/platforms, or communities. Strong product sense and UX taste for multi-sided systems with creators, learners, and customers - you can see problems from multiple sides and design for all of them. Comfortable using data, funnels, analytics, attribution, and A/B testing to shape what you build and how you iterate. Skilled at designing, measuring, and iterating experiments, and thorough in setting up growth systems “right” from the start. Experience collaborating across functions (design, marketing, partnerships, support, data) to launch and grow new product surfaces and ecosystems. Enjoys designing reusable growth, ecosystem, and monetization tools that other builders can plug into, with a pragmatic and detail-oriented mindset. Motivated by helping others succeed and by seeing impact through engagement, measurable results, and revenue - you care about the scoreboard as much as the code. What you’ll do In one sentence: You will build the growth, ecosystem, and monetization systems that make Lovable - and the apps built on it - sticky, discoverable, and revenue-generating. Ship and iterate activation, monetization and retention experiences that create fast, repeatable value and turn first-time users into long-term fans. Build distribution rails for user apps: SEO and performance, shareable moments, social previews, email and lifecycle journeys, and other growth hooks. Ship marketplace and ecosystem features for publishing, discovering, and reusing apps, templates, components, and services - plus profiles, reviews, and matching between builders and customers. Design and implement monetization and pricing flows: payments, subscriptions, access control, plans, paywalls, billing integration, and revenue-share models that work for creators, customers, and Lovable. Build the analytics and experimentation foundations - events, funnels, attribution, and A/B tests - so the team can understand what works and double down on it. Collaborate closely with design, marketing, partnerships, and support to launch and grow new surfaces across the product and ecosystem. Keep the experience relentlessly Lovable while making growth the engine, not the afterthought. Our tech stack We're building with tools that both humans and AI love: Frontend: React Backend: Golang and Rust Cloud: Cloudflare, GCP, AWS, Many LLM providers DevOps & Tooling: Github Actions, Grafana, OTEL, infra-as-code (Terraform) About your application Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested, please apply through our careers portal.

Data-driven understanding & predictive modelling of sediment accumulation in urban drainage infrastructures Do you want to develop your research and teaching in an environment where collaboration with industry and society is a natural part of the work? With us, you will collaborate with dedicated colleagues, have access to modern research infrastructure, and enjoy strong opportunities to attract external funding. You will have the space to make a real difference for your students, your research, and society at large. The Urban Water Engineering research group seeks a driven and committed postdoc with a focus on data-driven monitoring and predictive modelling of sediment accumulation in urban drainage infrastructures to support evidence-based maintenance that contributes to improved water quality and enhanced urban resilience to flooding. Take the opportunity to join one of the leading stormwater research groups in the world with an international, creative and dynamic environment and close cooperation with the industry and universities worldwide. The group consists of about 50 members including senior researchers, Swedish and international adjunct professors and about 20 doctoral students. The group has an extensive national and international collaboration network. The group's overall goal is to contribute to the development of sustainable urban water systems. Subject description Urban Water Engineering encompasses the entire urban water system (storm drains, drinking water supply and wastewater) with respect to collection, transport and treatment, as well as organisation and planning. The research aims to encourage a strong economy, clean environment and the wise use of resources, while preserving the public’s health and safety. Project description Stormwater transports a wide range of pollutants from urban environments to receiving waters, posing major challenges for the protection of surface waters and coastal ecosystems. Urban drainage infrastructures, such as gully pots and stormwater ponds, play a critical role by retaining sediments and associated contaminants. However, their performance depends on effective operation and maintenance (O&M), which in practice is often reactive or based on fixed schedules, despite large spatial and temporal variability in sediment accumulation. This PhD project is part of a larger interdisciplinary research initiative aiming to enable a transition towards more data-driven and environmentally responsible maintenance of urban drainage infrastructures. The research work will focus on developing a data-driven understanding of sediment accumulation processes in urban drainage infrastructures. This includes long-term monitoring using high-resolution sensors to capture sediment dynamics across rainfall events and seasons. Based on these data, predictive models will be developed to estimate sediment accumulation and infra-structure’s remaining functionality. The results will support more effective maintenance strategies by identifying when and where maintenances are needed to maximise environmental performance and operational efficiency. Within this project, the postdoc will be involved in collaboration with stakeholders in the water and wastewater industry and will communicate results both with the industry and international researchers through well-established competence network. Duties As a Postdoctoral researcher you independently plan and carry out your research work. Further tasks include the writing of scientific papers and the participation in Swedish and international conferences. You may also have the opportunity to teach in undergraduate courses, and administrative tasks may be included (up to 20% of fulltime). You will have two supervisors who will support you. The research work for this project will specifically include field sampling work. Qualifications In order to be eligible for employment as postdoc you must have a PhD or a foreign degree equivalent to a PhD in in the field of water and environment, natural resources engineering, civil engineering or environmental chemistry. A doctoral degree awarded no more than three years before the application deadline provides a useful qualification. Candidates who have been awarded a doctoral degree at an earlier date may also be considered if there are special grounds, for example, different types of statutory leave of absence. The applicant should have the ability to work independently and take own initiative as well as being able to independently address new research areas. Good oral and written skills in English are essential to facilitate presentation of research outcomes in international conferences and scientific papers. It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience of: - stormwater management, Bayesian statistics, sediment transport processes, hydraulics/hydrology, thermodynamics (e.g. heat transfer processes) - experience of sensor-based monitoring, field sampling, machine learning, programming as well as working with large environmental measurement data sets Swedish/Scandinavian language skills are beneficial, as they will facilitate communication with stakeholders and participation in teaching activities. Having a driver’s license is meritorious, as it will facilitate research work. Applicants should provide contact details to minimum two reference persons upon request.
