Verksamhetsområdet Teknik och fastighet levererar professionella tjänster inom teknik och fastighet. Om arbetet Som drifttekniker kommer du främst att arbeta med tillsyn, skötsel och avhjälpande underhåll av tekniska installationer inom VVS. Sjukhusfastigheterna innehåller många tekniskt avancerade system som har mycket höga krav på tillgänglighet. Beroende på din ambitionsnivå finns här möjligheter att utvecklas inom flera inriktningar. I arbetet förekommer även utredningar av omfattande eller återkommande driftstörningar. Avdelningens ansvar är Region Hallands fastigheter i Halmstad, Hylte och Laholm. Merparten av arbetet kommer ske på sjukhuset i Halmstad och vårdcentraler i närområdet. Vi har kompetens inom bland annat teknisk förvaltning, el, VVS, gas, styr- & reglerteknik, mekanik, utemiljö och energi. Vi är cirka 80 anställda och finns i hela regionen. Vi löser vårt uppdrag med en mix av egen personal och underentreprenörer. Vår styrka är att vi är mångkunniga men på samma gång specialiserade på de system som upprätthåller en säker och trygg drift på de mer skyddsvärda fastigheterna i Halland. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig med utbildning inom fastighetsteknik eller motsvarande kunskaper förvärvade genom arbetslivserfarenhet. Du kan exempelvis ha arbetat som VA eller VVS-montör och har ett brett tekniskt kunnande och intresse. Vidare är det meriterande om du har kunskap inom något av områdena plåtarbeten, svetsning, elektronik, medicinska gaser eller mekaniska installationer. Vi förväntar oss inte att du kan allt innan du börjar hos oss men du behöver ha ett genuint intresse av teknik samt en vilja av att lära. Vidare har du mycket goda kunskaper i svenska språket, i såväl tal som skrift. Du har även vana av att arbeta i IT-system och har goda datorkunskaper. B-körkort är ett krav. The department The department consists of approximately 30 employees, including 15 radiographers, radiologists, assistant nurses and medical physicists. The unit operates in recently renovated facilities with newly upgraded CT, conventional X-ray, ultrasound and fluoroscopy equipment. An MRI replacement is planned. Both acute and elective imaging are performed. The department collaborates closely with primary care, inpatient services, the emergency department, private healthcare providers, and other radiology units within the county. This ensures a varied and clinically broad workload. Several radiographers have previously been internationally recruited and are now well established locally with their families, contributing to a supportive and inclusive working environment. The hospital serves approximately 27,000 inhabitants locally and around 39,000 in the wider catchment area. The area offers a safe, family-friendly environment with access to schools, childcare, and extensive natural surroundings. The role The position includes standard duties as a licensed radiographer, primarily within: Conventional radiography CT MRI (may become part of responsibilities over time) You will work with both emergency and planned examinations. A structured introduction programme lasting 6–12 months is provided, depending on previous experience, to ensure competence in equipment, routines, and Swedish clinical standards. Collaboration with a nearby radiology unit (approximately 40 minutes by car) may occur. Travel takes place during working hours. Evening standby duty is included. Approximately once per week. You are required to be on site within 30 minutes when on standby duty. Therefore, it is necessary that you either hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a car, or live within close distance of the hospital. About us The research at the Division of Microstructure Physics focuses on experimental investigations of engineering materials using advanced characterization techniques. We mainly use electron microscopy, atom probe tomography (APT) and large scale facilities (synchrotron and neutron scattering). The research primarily deals with the relation between microstructure and properties, and how this relationship is influenced by processing and in-service degradation. Among the materials studied, steel, hard coatings, zirconium alloys and high entropy materials are central. The applications are often related to energy and sustainability. About the research project Nuclear fuel is enclosed in cladding tubes made from zirconium alloys. To improve reactor safety and economic performance, new alloys are continuously being developed. In this project, the corrosion behaviour of a novel zirconium alloy will be investigated to improve our understanding of the underlying corrosion mechanisms and support the development of next-generation materials. Advanced characterization techniques, including electron microscopy and atom probe tomography, will be used to study corrosion processes at the atomic scale. Role Purpose The Lead Operator is responsible for the day-to-day performance of the operator team and the overall quality of scanning operations and member experience. Reporting to the Clinic Lead, the Lead Operator acts as the primary interface between HQ operational functions and the clinic floor, translating standards and priorities into consistent, high-quality delivery. This role is for someone who leads by example: a technically excellent operator who brings genuine people leadership capability, and a strong commitment to member experience. You will directly manage the operator team and work in close partnership with the Clinic Lead to keep the clinic running at its best every day. What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months Lead and coach the operator team through structured 1:1s, clear standards, and consistent embedding of Neko values. Act as the operational escalation point on the floor, triaging issues calmly and decisively. Own daily operator workflow, room readiness, and shift scheduling so the clinic runs efficiently at all times. Monitor operator KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. Support operator recruitment and lead on-floor training and competency checks. Ensure safety compliance and clinic floor standards, escalating equipment or environmental issues as needed. Partner with Operations, People, Training, Facilities, Tech, and Governance on scheduling, performance, and audit readiness.
