This project addresses that gap through a mixed-method study combining survey data with in-depth interviews. An interdisciplinary approach, integrating systems and policy perspectives with behavioral psychology, will deepen the analysis. Who we are looking for The following requirements are mandatory: A doctoral degree in transportation, urban planning, psychology or other relevant fields. Department of Aquatic Sciences and Assessment Third-cycle subject area Environmental assessment, specialising in environmental chemistry. Description of the doctoral project     This doctoral project aims to improve the understanding of contaminants of emerging concern in food chains by using bioaccumulation and trophic transfer as a strategy for chemical prioritisation. The project will investigate how contaminants move from environmental sources into organisms and through food chains, and how these processes can be used to identify substances of relevance for ecosystems and One Health. The project will focus on one or more selected food-chain systems, depending on sample availability, collaborations and scientific relevance. About the position We are seeking a PhD student who will advance the understanding of contaminants of emerging concern in food chains, with a particular focus on bioaccumulation, trophic transfer and advanced chemical screening. To achieve this aim, you will develop and apply analytical workflows for the detection and identification of known and previously unknown compounds in complex biological matrices, including sample preparation, extraction and clean-up strategies. The position is part of a Formas-funded project developing dynamic synthetic populations and mobility digital twins for resilient and equitable transport planning. We invite applications for a postdoctoral researcher to join our research team in exploring the intersection of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence (AI) with a human-centered focus. The position is shared between the Cybersecurity and Privacy Research Group (CPR) and the Human-Centered Technology Group (HCT). The position is focused on the intersection of Cybersecurity and AI within the project SAVIOR (AI-Supported Alert Validation for Industrial SOC (Security Operations Center) Response). SAVIOR focuses on reducing the need for manual communication during the validation process and post-incident analysis reporting within an end-to-end SOC ecosystem comprising a technology provider, a SOC operator, and SOC customers.  We are seeking a candidate with a strong publication record to conduct daring research in this interdisciplinary and fast-moving field. More information for international employees about Jönköping University as a workplace and living in Jönköping.  Qualifications  We are seeking a candidate who: has been awarded a doctoral degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Cybersecurity, AI, Machine Learning (ML), Data Science, or another closely related subject, no more than three years before the application deadline; has documented knowledge of AI and ML; has demonstrated research experience in areas such as cybersecurity, AI-supported systems, data-driven security, or closely related fields; has experience in implementing, evaluating, or applying AI/ML-based methods, for example, ML, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, explainable AI, anomaly detection, or decision-support systems; has a strong publication record relative to career stage; has the ability to conduct independent research while also collaborating in interdisciplinary research environments. It is meritorious if you: have experience working with SOCs, SOC workflows, SOC data, alert validation, incident response, or post-incident analysis; have experience in human-computer interaction, human-centered AI, explainable AI, or user-centered design; have experience designing, conducting, and analysing empirical studies, for example, user studies, interviews, experiments, or field studies; have experience collaborating with industry or other external stakeholders; have a good ability to communicate in both spoken and written Swedish.
