ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. What You'll Do Let’s get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn’t fit neatly into a traditional box. It’s part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer. If you enjoy roles that stay static, this probably isn’t it. Your mission is to help our clients, some of the most respected legal teams in the world, get the absolute most out of our platform. Some of what you’ll be up to: * Acting as a thought partner to clients - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora. * Working together with Customer Success in taking full ownership of client relationship - from running pilots in the early stages, to onboarding new users, and ultimately guiding full-firm adoption across major law firms and corporate legal departments. * Be the voice of the user inside Legora - sharing insights that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. * Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life. * Documenting best practices, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally. * Confidently helping our clients navigate one of the biggest shifts in how the legal business operates - from evaluating the ROI and impact of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different practice areas. What You Bring You come from the world of law; but you’ve never been content with how things have always been done. You may have started out at a top-tier law firm. Maybe you’ve worked in a corporate legal team, seeing thorny operational problems from the inside. Perhaps you've even tried disrupting the status-quo through a legal tech company, or ventures of your own. Either way, you've had experience beyond the traditional legal career path. Either way, you know how legal teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. * Have a background in law, with experience at a top-tier firm or in-house legal team. * Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but passionate navigating technical conversations, especially around things like generative AI, technology implementation, innovation and productivity . * Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, both lawyers and engineers. I.e. translating across disciplines is second nature to you. * Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment. * Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies * Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once. * Care deeply about quality, but don’t get stuck in perfectionism - you get things done, and you make them better over time. * Native or professional fluency in French is required to support clients in the francophone Canadian market. A few more things: We're a fast-growing company with bold ambitions, so you'll be joining at a time when things are moving quickly - in the best possible way. You'll have a lot of autonomy, a lot of responsibility, and the chance to genuinely shape how this function evolves. Everyone here has a founder-mentality. If that sounds exciting rather than terrifying, we'd love to hear from you. What’s In It For You * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients domestic and internationally. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. * In-person environment: Toronto office designed for ambitious builders. * Professional License & Certification Reimbursement Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role This role sits at the intersection of law, technology, and product—supporting SMB clients across EMEA. You’ll help lean legal teams (often without large innovation/ops functions) adopt and scale Legora in a way that delivers real outcomes quickly. You’ll work closely with Legal Engineers, Customer Success, Product, and Go-To-Market to help clients move from first value to repeatable workflows—while feeding what you learn back into how the product evolves. What you’ll be doing Support SMB client onboarding, pilots, and adoption across EMEA—helping clients get to value quickly and confidently. Configure and run standard use cases end-to-end using templates (e.g. contract review, document analysis, drafting workflows), then refine based on user feedback. Deliver clear, tailored demos and training to different audiences—from day-to-day users to decision-makers—focusing on why each feature matters, not just how it works. Capture user insights and translate them into actionable product feedback, helping shape improvements that make the platform more scalable and intuitive. Document best practices and contribute to playbooks so we can deliver consistently excellent outcomes across a growing SMB client base. Own discrete workstreams on wider client programmes, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with increasing autonomy. Who you are You’ll thrive in this role if you’re curious, structured, and comfortable operating in ambiguity—while still delivering high-quality outcomes. Exposure to and interest in law: you’ve completed an LLB (2:1) or equivalent, with some legal work experience (e.g. paralegal, trainee, intern, in-house placement). Experience level: 0–2 years. Tech-curious and product-minded: you don’t need to code, but you enjoy experimenting with AI tools, learning product features quickly, and iterating on workflows (including basic prompt engineering). Strong communicator: you can translate between lawyers and technologists clearly and confidently, adapting your style to the room. Analytical and detail-oriented: you can evaluate outputs, spot issues, and propose pragmatic improvements. Proactive and reliable: you follow through, manage expectations, and know when to escalate risks or blockers. Comfortable with SMB dynamics: you understand that SMB clients value speed-to-impact, clarity, and practical guidance over long change programmes. What success looks like (Associate level) You execute defined client deliverables with growing autonomy, supporting multiple pilots simultaneously. You independently configure standard use cases using templates, explain the setup to users, and capture feedback in crisp notes. You deliver strong demos (especially to existing clients on new features), and follow up with clear summaries and next steps. You manage specific workstreams on broader programmes—owners, dependencies, deadlines—adjusting quickly when constraints change. You build trust with stakeholders through responsiveness, clarity, and reliable delivery. You can speak credibly about how AI is impacting legal work, and connect those implications to Legora’s capabilities. A few more things Legora is fast-growing, and this is a role with real autonomy and responsibility. If you’re excited by building from first principles, learning quickly, and helping SMB legal teams transform how they work—this is the moment. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law? Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Your mission is to help our clients, some of the most sophisticated in-house legal teams in the world, get the absolute most out of our platform. * Acting as a thought partner to General Counsels, Legal Operations leaders, and in-house teams - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora across their legal function. * Working together with Go To Market and Customer Success in taking full ownership of client relationships - from running pilots with key business units, to onboarding new team members, and ultimately guiding department-wide adoption across corporate legal teams. * Be the voice of in-house users inside Legora - sharing insights from legal ops teams, commercial lawyers, and compliance functions that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. * Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life - whether you're presenting to a GC, rolling out to regional teams, or training legal ops professionals. * Documenting best practices from leading legal departments, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally. * Confidently helping in-house teams navigate one of the biggest shifts in how corporate legal operates - from evaluating the ROI and efficiency gains of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different functions, from contract management to regulatory compliance. What You Bring You come from the world of in-house law; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may have worked in a corporate legal department, juggling competing business priorities and doing more with less. Perhaps you've been in legal operations, driving efficiency and transformation initiatives. Maybe you've even moved into legal tech or consultancy, helping in-house teams modernise. Either way, you know how in-house legal teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. * Have a background in law, with experience in an in-house legal team or corporate legal department - ideally with exposure to legal operations, process improvement, or technology implementation. * Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but passionate about navigating technical conversations, especially around things like generative AI, technology implementation, innovation and productivity. * Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, from General Counsels to business leaders, and from lawyers to engineers. I.e. translating across disciplines is second nature to you. * Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment. * Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies - whether that's streamlining contract workflows, improving matter management, or enhancing compliance processes. * Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once. * Care deeply about quality, but don't get stuck in perfectionism - you get things done, and you make them better over time. * Understand the commercial realities of in-house life: doing more with limited resources, demonstrating value to the business, balancing risk and commercial objectives, and being a strategic partner rather than just a cost centre. The role World-class legal AI is built on world-class legal data, and getting that right is one of the most critical and complex challenges at Legora. Every jurisdiction holds billions of pages of critical legal text scattered across hundreds of sources: statutes, case law, regulatory guidance, secondary materials, and more. Only about 3% is publicly accessible on the web. The rest is buried across courts, agencies, and archives. Getting this right doesn't just improve a product feature — it shapes how lawyers around the world navigate legal information for the next several decades. As a Legal Analyst at Legora, you will work at the heart of this challenge from day one. You'll contribute to mapping the legal source ecosystem, learn how we prioritize what we go after, and quickly take on real responsibility as you grow into the role. Few positions offer a more direct line to Legora's ability to navigate the law correctly — or a steeper learning curve. What you will be doing Contribute to building the best AI-native legal research product in the world, fueled by high-coverage, high-quality legal data Work closely with product lawyers and engineers to shape the legal data layer for the age of AI Map out the legal data landscape across key jurisdictions; learn how statutes, case law, secondary sources, and regulatory content interrelate, and build a clear picture of what exists, where it lives, and how it connects Conduct deep dives into individual sources, assess available material, document types, commercial value, and the legal preconditions for data acquisition Prioritize data acquisition based on client demand, user value, and Legora's broader data coverage strategy Who you are A newly graduated lawyer with a strong academic background and a sharp eye for detail You are excited about what AI is doing to the legal industry — and eager to be close to that shift from the very beginning Someone who finds legal source theory and jurisdictional complexity interesting, not intimidating — the kind of lawyer who has always enjoyed going deeper You are thorough and precise, with a natural attention to detail Curious, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where the answer isn't always obvious What's in it for you The legal data infrastructure you help build will be what lawyers across the world use to navigate law for decades to come Real responsibility from day one, with a clear path to growing into a senior role as Legora scales Career development opportunities at one of the fastest growing AI companies in the world Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. THE ROLE As a Legal Operations Specialist in Legora’s Stockholm office, you will play a central role in building and scaling the operational infrastructure of one of the fastest-growing legal technology companies globally. You will work at the intersection of legal, technology, and operations — owning the systems, workflows, and knowledge architecture that enable Legora's legal function and broader organisation to operate at scale. A core part of this role is building internal knowledge databases and driving integrations that unlock the full value of Legora's own platform within our organisation. This role requires a high degree of independence, strong systems thinking, and the ability to drive cross-functional change across multiple teams and time zones. You will partner closely with Legal, People, Finance, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success, becoming an integral part of how Legora operationalises its legal and commercial knowledge. You will report to the General Counsel, based at our Stockholm headquarters. Legora’s legal function is a forward-deployed, AI-first team working across multiple jurisdictions and legal disciplines. We act as trusted partners to the business, with particular focus on product development, operations, and commercial initiatives. As a legal technology company, we hold ourselves to the highest standard when it comes to our own legal operations — and we expect this role to help us lead by example. Beyond strong operational judgment, we value curiosity, problem-solving, and a proactive mindset. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING * Own the design and build-out of Legora's internal legal knowledge databases, ensuring that contracts, policies, playbooks, and institutional knowledge are structured, searchable, and organized. * Drive integrations between Legora's own platform and internal systems (CLM, CRM, HRIS, finance tools) to maximise the value Legora derives from its own product and ensure seamless data flows across the organisation. * Establish and maintain structured contract management infrastructure — including metadata schemas, parent-child contract linking, deduplication standards, and a deviation/exception registry for non-standard terms. * Design and implement cross-functional handoff protocols so that relevant contract terms, exceptions, and commitments automatically surface to Finance, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success at the point of execution. * Partner with the Legal, People, and Operations teams to identify process bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement, and ensure legal operations practices reflect Legora's standards and values. * Contribute to governance, compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives, ensuring that operational infrastructure supports Legora's obligations as it scales internationally. WHO YOU ARE * 2-5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a related operational role within a law firm or in-house legal team. * Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Additional European language skills are meritorious. * Deep, granular understanding of technology stacks, APIs, data architecture, and system interoperability. Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or building legal technology tools, knowledge management systems, or integration layers is essential. * Demonstrable experience in legal operations, legal technology, or a related technical-operational field. A relevant degree (e.g., law, computer science, engineering, or information systems) is meritorious but not required. Prior experience in knowledge management teams or in supporting legal professionals is particularly valued. * Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional change and influence senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations. * Experience in high-growth, international, or technology-driven organisations is highly valued. * You are operationally minded and solutions-oriented — you focus on building infrastructure that enables the business while appropriately managing risk. * You communicate complex operational and legal concepts clearly and translate them into structured, actionable processes. * You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and are comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity. * A deep technical and genuine excitement about building with technology is meritorious. You are likely not content to be a consumer of tools — you want to get under the hood, write code where needed, and architect systems that push the boundaries of what a best-in-class legal operations function looks like. A keen interest in AI, data infrastructure, and Legora's own platform is essential. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. The role As a Commercial Counsel in Legora’s Stockholm office, you will play a central role in supporting one of the fastest-growing legal technology companies globally. You will work closely with our commercial teams, advising on a broad range of matters with a primary focus on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. This role requires a high degree of independence and the ability to operate across multiple time zones, partnering closely with stakeholders to enable deals while managing risk. Beyond strong legal judgment, we value curiosity, problem-solving, and a proactive mindset — looking for pragmatic solutions as we help redefine how legal work is done globally. What you will be doing: * Act as a commercial legal partner to the business, working closely with senior stakeholders in Growth, Operations, and Procurement on customer and supplier engagements. * Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of customer and supplier contracts, with a strong focus on closing deals efficiently and pragmatically. * Advise on commercial risk allocation, pricing structures, liability, and contractual protections within customer and supplier agreements. * Support go-to-market and procurement activities by enabling scalable, repeatable commercial contracting practices. * Address data protection and compliance considerations primarily within the context of customer and supplier contracts, ensuring risks are appropriately managed without slowing execution. * Develop and maintain commercial templates, playbooks, and guidelines to standardise negotiations and improve deal velocity. Who you are * Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from Sweden, the UK, or an EU-jurisdiction, qualified to practice in that country. * Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Spanish and/or German language skills are considered a plus. * 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel. * Strong experience negotiating B2B SaaS agreements and supporting commercial teams. You’re an excellent negotiator. * Strong legal judgment and confidence in making decisions independently. * Experience in handling corporate matters and drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. * Experience with data privacy matters, IT security and/or corporate law is meritorious. * Your focus is on achieving meaningful business outcomes, translating into actionable advice delivered clearly and comprehensively. * You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic entrepreneurial environment and rapidly evolving business setting. You take initiative and are committed to delivering high-quality results. You are comfortable working independently and can effectively manage work across different time zones. * You are excited about the potential of technology to transform the legal industry. You have a keen interest in AI and legal tech, and you are eager to learn and apply these tools in real-world settings. * Please send your application in English and a copy of your university transcript in order for us to review your application fairly. ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. What You'll Do Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a traditional box. It's part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer. If you enjoy roles that stay static, this probably isn't it. A few more things We're a fast-growing company with bold ambitions, so you'll be joining at a time when things are moving quickly - in the best possible way. You'll have a lot of autonomy, a lot of responsibility, and the chance to genuinely shape how this function evolves. Everyone here has a founder-mentality. If that sounds exciting rather than terrifying, we'd love to hear from you. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
