Your key responsibilities include: * Managing and growing the Middle East business by delivering sales volume, revenue, margin, and profitability targets across the assigned territory. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, distributors, key opinion leaders, and industry stakeholders to identify new opportunities and create long-term partnerships. * Providing technical expertise and customer support by developing ROI calculations, supporting commercial trials, answering technical questions, and helping customers successfully implement Perstorp solutions. * Driving business development activities by generating leads, managing opportunities through the sales pipeline, and utilizing CRM tools to ensure strong commercial execution. * Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and scientific developments, translating insights into business opportunities and value-added customer solutions. * Representing Perstorp at conferences, customer events, and industry meetings while acting as a trusted technical and commercial partner throughout the region. What you bring to the table * You are located in Turkey and speak Turkish fluently * A Master's degree or equivalent experience in Agricultural Sciences, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Sciences, or a related field. * A proven track record in technical sales, business development, customer support, or research within the animal nutrition, feed additive, poultry, swine, ruminant, or aquaculture industries. * Strong practical, technical, and commercial understanding of the animal nutrition and feed industry in the Middle East region, combined with the cultural awareness and relationship-building skills needed to be successful in the region. * Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic would be considered a strong asset. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills with a deeply customer-focused mindset. * Proven ability to identify customer challenges and translate technical expertise into commercially valuable solutions. * Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across international teams. * A proactive, results-oriented approach combined with a high willingness to travel extensively throughout the Middle East region.
