WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO As Project Engineering Manager (PEM), you lead the engineering execution of Blykalla’s SEALER reactor programme. You sit at the intersection of technical leadership, project delivery, and regulatory compliance — ensuring that multidisciplinary teams move in sync, milestones are met, and engineering output is robust and licensable. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you both define how we work and ensure it gets done. Job Scope High level purpose of function. Maintenance Technician (Utilities, Facilities) responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of critical site infrastructure. The role ensures that utilities (such as water, heating/cooling, compressed air, gases, and electrical distribution) and facility systems (buildings, workshops, access, and general services) are maintained at high standards to support production and workplace safety. The Quality & Product Assurance team within OHB Sweden plans, manage, and execute quality assurance aspects from initial product design, manufacturing, and testing, all the way to delivery.
