Since 1975 Klättermusen has been a pioneer in making refined Scandinavian Mountaineering Equipment. The designs combine utility and extreme durability, always with consideration of the environment in mind. Klättermusen supports and inspires outdoor enthusiasts through unforgiving weather conditions and unpredictable terrains. Rigorously tested in real-world conditions, the equipment embodies Klättermusen’s commitment to creating the best and most sustainable equipment available. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Role As a Retail Marketing Manager you'll own the retail experience engine and shape how people experience Klättermusen wherever they meet us physically within our own retail stores and retail pop-ups. You'll translate our global campaigns into thoughtful retail experiences that invite people in, tell our story, and help them understand why our products exist. You will mindfully consider local tastes and habits of our customers to tailor retail marketing initiatives with maximum impact, collaborating with retail store staff and local community managers. This is a role for someone who enjoys connecting the details. Creative campaigns, visual merchandising, local community activations, retail events, product launches, store openings - they all need to feel like one coherent brand experience. You'll work across marketing, retail and commercial teams to ensure every retail touchpoint reflects the same care, clarity and Scandinavian mountaineering mindset that goes into every product we make. What You’ll Own * Retail Marketing Strategy: Translate Klättermusen's brand marketing strategy into relevant retail specific marketing initiatives and tactics. Lead the retail brand marketing channel assignments every season. * Retail campaign execution: Bring our seasonal campaigns to life across owned retail through windows, POS materials, in-store storytelling, new product launches and customer experiences. * Retail experience: Continuously develop and improve our stores experience from campaign installations and product storytelling to events, signage and customer journeys. * Project Leadership & Collaboration: Manage projects from brief to execution, including planning, production, rollout, and follow-up. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. * Store launches & key moments: Support new store openings, seasonal launches and major brand moments with integrated retail marketing plans. * Cross-functional planning: Connect retail marketing with campaigns, digital channels, community activations and commercial priorities to create one joined-up consumer experience. * Visual storytelling: Work closely with Visual Merchandising, Creative and Production teams to ensure every retail execution feels unmistakably Klättermusen. * Performance & optimization: Track retail marketing activity, identify what's working and continuously improve how our stores support awareness, engagement and sales. * Budget Management: Manage the retail marketing budget with discipline and transparency. Track and analyze the effectiveness of our retail marketing investments. Use insights to refine future campaigns and demonstrate ROI. What you’ll Deliver * A clear and actionable Retail Marketing Blueprint connecting brand campaigns with local execution. * Retail experiences that turn our stores into destinations, bringing our products, stories, and community to life. * Seasonal campaign launches and commercial drops executed consistently across all owned retail points. * Stronger connections between retail, community, digital and PR, creating one seamless brand experience across every touchpoint. * Increased store traffic, community participation and measurable commercial impact across key markets. * Best-in-class visual storytelling and in-store communication that inspire exploration, discovery and confidence in our products. * Deep collaboration across Marketing, Retail, Creative and Commercial teams. From initial brief through execution, reporting and continuous improvement. * Strong partnerships with retail teams ensuring every activation feels authentic to Klättermusen while supporting local business goals. * A continuous feedback loop of insights and learnings that improve future campaigns, retail experiences and customer journeys. What You’ll Bring * You’re obsessed: You’re genuinely fired up about the culture we live and breathe; hiking, skiing, trail running and climbing. You get why technical gear matters, and you’re all in on inspiring others to get out there. * You think big: You understand how retail connects to brand building, community, digital and commercial success. * You’re a team player: Hungry, humble and smart; you bring people with you, align different perspectives and keep things moving forward. * You’ve got fire: You want to build, grow, win. You’re not afraid of a stretch goal, and you’ve got the work ethic to match your ambition. You roll up your sleeves and dive in. * You find a way: When things get messy (they will) you don’t freeze, you get curious. You ask smart questions, figure out what matters and propose solutions that work in the real world. * You sweat the details: You care. About the commas, the small print, the timing of a store event. Details matter to you because they shape the bigger picture and you don’t let them slide. * You build trust: You create strong relationships with store teams and colleagues because people know they can rely on you. * You own it: You take responsibility, learn fast and show up consistently for the team. You believe in what Klättermusen stands for, what we’re building, and the role you play in it. The Essentials * 7+ years' experience in retail marketing, trade marketing or brand marketing within premium retail, outdoor, fashion or lifestyle brands. * Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across owned retail environments. * Strong understanding of consumer journeys and how physical retail complements digital channels. * Experience planning store launches, retail activations and seasonal campaign rollouts. * Confident managing multiple stakeholders, agencies and external partners. * Excellent project management, prioritization and organisational skills. * Comfortable working with budgets, timelines and reporting. * Strong presentation and communication skills in English. Additional European languages are a plus. * A creative eye with an appreciation for premium retail environments and visual storytelling. * A genuine connection to outdoor culture and an appreciation for functional product design. What You’re Signing Up For * A rare chance to help shape how a technical outdoor brand shows up for adventurers around the world. * A fast-moving, entrepreneurial team where ideas fly, sleeves are rolled up, and no two days look the same. * A global playground, our gear reaches over 50 countries, and you’ll get to connect with communities and culture across borders and time zones. * A seat at the table shaping global comms, concepts and experiences for the world’s most refined mountaineering brand. This position is based in Stockholm, London or Munich and starting as soon as possible. We Look for People Who Raise the Bar You take ownership. You care deeply about the details and about getting things right. You’re always learning, open to feedback, and not afraid to ask the tough questions. You bring focus, clarity, and a high standard to everything you do. You believe in what we’re building and you see the potential in where it can go. You’re not just good at your job, you’re trusted, respected, and someone others want to work with.

The Role (What’s in the Box) Our Nordic Product team shapes the meals, assortment and new concepts that customers experience every week across Denmark, Sweden and Norway. As Head of Strategic Product Development, you will shape and drive HelloFresh Nordics' physical product vision in close partnership with the Product Director. You'll balance two lenses: an outside-in view, tracking how our industry and competitors are evolving and how customer tastes and needs are shifting more broadly, and an inside-out view, grounded in how our own product and assortment are actually performing and what our existing customers are telling us. Bringing these together, you'll build a roadmap in close partnership with Marketing, so our biggest product bets and go-to-market efforts move as one. Beyond setting direction, you'll own execution — leading cross-functional initiatives, scaling our assortment innovation program, and commercially managing our monetised product portfolio. The team you'll lead is still young, so a significant part of this role is building it: shaping its structure, its processes, and the way it works with stakeholders across the business, turning it into a mature, reliable engine for product strategy in the Nordics. What You’ll Do (The Recipe) Strategic product roadmap — building & execution Own the view of what our physical product should look like, grounded both in an outside-in read of industry, competitor, and customer trends, and in a solid understanding of how our existing product and assortment are performing and what our current customers tell us through feedback Identify, assess, and quantify strategic opportunities to evolve the product and grow the business profitably Co-shape the overall product strategy in close partnership with the Product Director Align the roadmap tightly with Marketing, so that our big bets are jointly defined and brought to customers as a single, coherent play to drive acquisition and retention Anchor the roadmap with other key stakeholders, including Operations and the International Product team Lead the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives. Assortment innovation strategy & execution Own the assortment innovation program: identify and develop new concepts, seasonal and thematic offerings, and limited-time offers. Coordinate execution and implementation of new concepts across Menu Planning, Recipe & Ingredient Development, and Marketing Monetised product — commercial & operational ownership Manage and optimise the performance of our monetised products Own the commercial results (average order value (AOV) and profit contribution) and operational execution of this portfolio. Team building & ways of working Shape and structure a still-young team so it can deliver reliably — Define clear roles, priorities and ways of working so the team can deliver reliably Build robust processes with key stakeholders (Marketing, Menu Planning, Operations, International Product) so cross-functional work runs smoothly rather than on an ad hoc basis. What You’ll Bring (Your Ingredients) You bring relevant experience—typically 5–10 years—in FMCG, consumer products, management consulting or a similar field. You have proven experience directly managing and developing a team. A hands-on player-coach: as comfortable doing the strategic and analytical work yourself as you are developing and directing a team Genuinely curious about consumer and food trends and the competitive landscape, while equally grounded in what our existing product performance and customer feedback are telling us Comfortable building team structure and processes from a fairly blank slate, not just running an established machine Strong stakeholder management skills — able to align Product, Marketing, Operations, and international counterparts around a shared plan Excellent business acumen: able to identify, quantify, and business-case strategic opportunities Working language is English; proficiency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is a plus; knowledge and understanding of Scandinavian food culture and consumers is a strong plus Team & Location You'll report directly to the Product Director, Nordics, and lead a team of 2 Product Managers and 1 Senior Product Strategy Manager. The role covers Denmark, Sweden and Norway and is based in our Copenhagen office. What We Offer (The Toppings) HelloFresh Discounts – Enjoy 65% off your HelloFresh Meal Box and 40% off Factor_ subscriptions.
