Service Manager – Network Services We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee and enhance enterprise network services. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable service delivery, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and driving service quality through continuous improvement initiatives. About the Role As a Service Manager, you will play a key role in managing network-related services throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams to ensure that services meet business needs, operational targets, and compliance requirements. Main Responsibilities Oversee the delivery and performance of network services. Develop and maintain service improvement plans aligned with business objectives. Monitor service quality using performance metrics and ensure agreed service levels are achieved. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate service performance, risks, and planned improvements. Support financial planning, budget monitoring, and cost control activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 3–7 years of experience in Service Management, IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Network Services. Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and service lifecycle processes. Experience managing suppliers, service providers, and operational governance. Knowledge of KPI and SLA management with a focus on service performance. Experience with financial planning, budgeting, or cost management is an advantage. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Preferred Experience Experience working within large organizations where IT services are delivered through external vendors or managed service providers. Personal Qualities Well-organized and proactive. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Results-driven with excellent planning skills. Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Collaborative, relationship-focused, and confident in working with diverse stakeholders.
