Din roll Inom sektionen Airport Technology erbjuder vi tjänster riktade mot flygplatser. Vi är idag 12 kvalificerade medarbetare som har de rätta bemyndiganden som krävs för att leverera flygsäkerhetshöjande lösningar till flygplatser i Sverige. Vi jobbar både civilt och militärt och har ett brett kundunderlag, med flygplatser ifrån norr till söder. Du kommer arbeta tillsammans med erfarna systemförvaltare och flygplatstekniker där upplärningen till stor del består av samverkan. Du får inledningsvis en dedikerad mentor där vi tillsammans tar fram en utvecklingsplan så att vi kan nå våra mål tillsammans. För att få utföra denna roll krävs det även att du blir certifierad och bemyndigad. Certifieringen benämns ATSEP (Air Traffic Safety Electronics Personnel) och är en process där man går teorikurser, upplärning genom att gå bredvid en instruktör och till slut bli utcheckad och bemyndigad för respektive delsystem. Du kommer i rollen som ATSEP vara ansvarig, tillsammans med våra uppdragsledare, för att driva och säkerställa att flygplatsernas system uppfyller gällande regelkrav och teknisk stabilitet. De tekniska systemen består till stor del av radio-, navigations- och meteorologisystem som är placerade hos våra kunder flygplatserna. Din profil Vi söker dig som är kommunikativ och har en god samarbetsförmåga eftersom tjänsten innebär en hel del kundkontakt och många kontakter internt inom Saab. Det här är ett yrke för dig som gillar att ha koll på läget och där ingen dag är den andra lik. Du arbetar på plats på trafikcentralen tillsammans med erfarna kollegor med det gemensamma målet att både gods och passagerare ska komma fram säkert och i tid. För att vi ska lyckas med det är samarbete, gemenskap och laganda oerhört viktigt. Arbetet utförs via dator och telefon och dina beslut påverkar tusentals resenärer varje dag. Att jobba som tågtrafikledare innebär bland annat att du: Styr och övervakar järnvägstrafiken i realtid, dygnet runt under årets alla dagar. Hanterar störningar och förseningar, prioriterar och fattar beslut som påverkar järnvägstrafiken. Följer regelverk och säkerhetsrutiner för en säker järnvägstrafik. Samarbetar med bl.a. kollegor på trafikcentralen, kunder, lokförare och blåljuspersonal. Arbetar treskift enligt ett rullande schema. Kvalifikationer Vad krävs för att bli tågtrafikledare? Den här rollen passar dig som har en god analytisk förmåga och tar dig an problem på ett strukturerat och lösningsorienterat sätt. Som person är du stabil och växlar enkelt tempo när saker och ting händer. Du behåller lugnet och fattar självständigt välgrundade beslut även i pressade situationer. Du har en hög säkerhetsmedvetenhet, är noggrann, tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och ditt lärande. Du är en lagspelare som kommunicerar tydligt och värdesätter samarbete. Din förmåga att omsätta teori till praktik är avgörande för att kunna genomföra grundutbildningen på ett bra sätt. För att bli tågtrafikledare krävs att du: Har studerat på gymnasiet alternativt har motsvarande kunskaper från andra studier (ex. folkhögskola, Komvux, YH-utbildning). Har god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på svenska. Kan och vill arbeta skift (dag, kväll, natt, helg och röda dagar). Det är en fördel men inget krav om du har: Erfarenhet av arbete med snabba tempoväxlingar. Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en roll där det har varit viktigt att följa rutiner och regelverk. Erfarenhet av arbete där säkerheten stått i fokus. Erfarenhet av att i arbetet kommunicera muntligt via telefon och digitalt via dator. Övrig information Skiftarbete Alla tågtrafikledare arbetar omväxlande både dag, kväll, natt, helg och röda dagar enligt ett rullande schema. Det är viktigt att du funderar på dina möjligheter att arbeta skift innan du skickar in din ansökan. Grundutbildning och aspirantanställning Du anställs som aspirant med aspirantlön (ca 25 000 - 28 000 kr per månad) och genomgår en cirka ettårig betald utbildning som startar i vecka 2 januari 2027. Utbildningen består av 5-7 veckors teoretiska kurser på plats på Trafikverksskolan i Ängelholm uppdelat i olika perioder samt praktik på din trafikcentral. Efter godkänd examination erbjuds du tillsvidareanställning med individuell lönesättning. YOUR MISSION AND DAY-TO-DAY TASKS In this role, you will design, implement, and refine algorithms that improve and sharpen our perception stack. You’ll work across the full development cycle, from early concept exploration to testing in simulation, HIL setups, and real vehicles. Collaborating closely with experts in computer vision, deep learning, and platform engineering, you’ll help shape product direction while keeping performance, reliability, and safety at the core. Typical tasks on a day to day include:  * Developing new and improving existing algorithms and solutions for camera and LiDAR based real-time calibration and localization. * Developing geometric computer vision algorithms, including visual odometry, calibration, localization, and 3D reconstruction. * Driving product development from proof of concept and requirements through implementation, review, integration, and testing. * Writing and reviewing production-grade C++ for safety-critical, real-time systems running on Linux. * Running experiments and evaluations in HIL environments and in-vehicle testing. * Building tools in Python to monitor, evaluate, and visualize algorithm behavior. * Reading research, building proofs of concept, and transforming findings into production-ready code. INSIGHTS FROM THE TEAM You will join a team within the simulation unit that works with open-loop simulations, replay, and fleet re-simulations. The team helps other teams test and validate AD/ADAS features using recorded sensor data in a controlled setup. The team consists of five people with different backgrounds, most of whom have worked together for more than three years. This is a support-heavy role. A large part of the work is helping other teams run simulations, solve issues, and keep development moving. Many teams depend on this support, which means priorities can shift quickly and good communication matters every day. You will help keep simulation services stable, support internal users when issues arise, and improve the tools and workflows over time.
