Om verksamheten Verksamheten omfattar förädling och omlastning av avfall på SÖRABs anläggningar i regionen. Förädlingsdelen innefattar mottagning och behandling av bygg- och industriavfall, trädgårdsavfall samt grovavfall från ÅVC. Det är totalt 150 000 ton per år att behandla på anläggningarna Hagby återvinningsanläggning, Löt avfallsanläggning samt Görvälns och Södergarns trädgårdsavfallsanläggningar. Omlastningsverksamheten omfattar rest- och matavfall från SÖRABs ägarkommuner och externa avlämnare och sker på Hagby återvinningsanläggning, Smedby omlastning och Lidingö omlastning. Vi hanterar idag 85 000 ton restavfall och 19 000 ton matavfall. Om tjänsten Som Behandlingschef ska du leda och utveckla verksamheten genom att skapa tydliga mål, driva förbättringsarbete och säkerställa en säker, effektiv och hållbar drift. I rollen ingår bland annat: Leda, planera och följa upp verksamhetens processer inom förädling och omlastning. Ansvara för verksamhetens personal, kompetensutveckling samt styrning och uppföljning av underentreprenörer. Skapa tydliga mål, riktning och struktur för verksamheten. Arbeta med daglig styrning, standardisering och kontinuerliga förbättringar. Kostnadsbudgetering och löpande resultatuppföljning Säkerställa att arbetsmiljö-, miljö-, säkerhets- och brandskyddsarbete bedrivs enligt delegerade ansvarsområden. Bereda ärenden och ta fram beslutsunderlag till produktionschef och ledningsgrupp. Bedriva omvärldsbevakning och bidra till verksamhetens långsiktiga utveckling. Tjänsten är placerad på Hagby återvinningsanläggning i Täby, men regelbunden närvaro på övriga anläggningar ingår i uppdraget. Du ingår i produktionsledningen och deltar även i organisationens beredskapsfunktion (MIB). Om dig Vi söker dig som är en trygg och engagerande ledare med god samarbetsförmåga.
