At Region Dalarna, you have the opportunity to make a real difference - both professionally and personally - while living close to nature in one of Sweden's most scenic mountain areas. About Särna and life outside work Särna is a small, friendly mountain village in northern Dalarna with just under 700 inhabitants. It is situated close to forests, rivers, lakes and hiking trails. Life here offers a rare balance: fresh air, silence, space and a strong sense of community. The area is known for its outdoor life all year round - skiing and snowshoeing in winter, hiking, fishing and cycling in summer. In Särna you also have the unique "fifth season" of spring winter that locals cherish. Despite its size, Särna attracts many visitors during peak seasons with around 30,000 tourist beds in the area. This gives the work a varied and dynamic character, while everyday life remains peaceful and nature-oriented. It is an ideal place for those who value quality of life, safety and closeness to nature - for individuals, couples or families. About the Health Care Centre Särna Primary Health Care Centre has approximately 2,200 registered patients and a team of around 35 employees. You will work broadly with both planned and acute care which offers excellent opportunities to maintain and develop a wide clinical skill set. During high seasons (winter and summer), we extend our opening hours to meet increased acute care needs from both residents and visitors. We place great importance on teamwork, support and a welcoming work environment. You will never feel alone here as a new colleague - we discuss cases together, help each other daily and maintain an open and supportive atmosphere. Hej! Intervjuer sker fortlöpande under ansökningstiden.

🇮🇹 Head Chef Wanted - Traditional Italian Osteria | Malmö, Sweden 🇸🇪 We are a family-owned restaurant group operating three authentic Italian restaurants in Malmö, Sweden, and we are looking for an experienced Head Chef to become the heart of one of our kitchens. This is not a fine dining restaurant. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves traditional Italian food, enjoys cooking every day, and wants to lead a small kitchen where quality, flavour, teamwork, and consistency are more important than complicated techniques or large menus. We would especially love to hear from experienced chefs, including those aged 55+, who are looking for a stable, long-term position where their knowledge and experience are truly appreciated. Who are you? Passionate about authentic Italian cuisine. Strong knowledge of traditional fresh pasta, meat dishes, sauces, and regional Italian recipes. You believe an Osteria should offer a small, carefully selected menu rather than a large one. You understand food cost, stock control, portion control, and how to avoid unnecessary waste. You enjoy working in a small team where everyone helps each other. You are calm, organised, reliable, and positive. You understand restaurant pace and know how to switch gears during busy service. You have experience with HACCP, food safety, hygiene routines, and kitchen organisation. You take pride in keeping a clean and well-organised kitchen. Our Kitchen We believe small teams create the best atmosphere. There are never more than two chefs working at the same time, together with one pizzaiolo. On quieter days, the kitchen is run by one chef and one pizzaiolo, working closely together. You will also have the support of our dishwasher, who assists with kitchen cleaning and daily closing routines, allowing the kitchen team to focus on cooking and service. You will work alongside an experienced chef who already knows all of our recipes, routines, and daily operations, making your transition smooth and enjoyable. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience. A private bedroom in a shared apartment with three other chefs. Minimum one-year contract. Either a 5-day work week (approximately 40 hours) or a 6-day work week, depending on what suits both parties. A long-term opportunity within a growing family-owned restaurant group. A respectful workplace where experience, loyalty, and teamwork are valued. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a family business, values stability, and wants to cook honest, traditional Italian food for many years to come. If you are searching for a place where you can truly make a difference without the pressure of fine dining, we would love to hear from you. TL;DR: We're hiring a Global Mobility & Immigration Lead to own immigration, relocation, and expat support as Lovable scales across Sweden, the UK, the US, and beyond. You'll set policy, run cases end-to-end, manage vendors, and personally support employees and their families through complex cross-border moves — while building the AI-native systems and self-service guidance that make global mobility easy to navigate as we grow. This is an in-office role based in either Stockholm or London. Why Lovable? Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we’re just getting started. We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. The Role This role sits at the intersection of policy design, operational execution, and human support. You’ll be the single accountable owner for immigration, relocation, and expatriate matters globally. You’ll set frameworks, manage vendors, and personally support employees (and their families) through complex and often stressful cross-border transitions. This isn’t a paperwork-processing role. It requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the emotional intelligence to support employees - while using AI to build scalable, well-instrumented systems as our hiring and relocation volume grows. This is an operator role with the ability to execute pragmatically and strategically. What You’ll Own * Global Mobility & Relocation — Design, implement, and iterate relocation and mobility policy and execution for international hires and internal transfers (housing, registrations, personal number pathways, social security, tax onboarding, benefits coordination). * Employee & Family Support — Be the trusted point of contact for relocating employees and their families. Deliver calm, clear guidance through high-stakes moments, balancing policy consistency with individual context. * Vendor & Stakeholder Management — Own relationships with immigration counsel and relocation vendors. Partner deeply with People Ops, Legal, Finance, Talent, and leadership on workforce planning, location strategy, and risk mitigation. * Build AI-Native Global Mobility Function — Redesign how mobility is delivered using AI: * Build employee-facing “next step” guidance that is personalized, multilingual, and always up to date. * Create internal copilots and checklists for case management, document quality, and exception handling. * Instrument the journey with metrics (time-to-permit, time-to-settle, employee satisfaction) and use insights to continuously improve. * Maintain strict privacy and compliance boundaries—AI should increase trust, not reduce it. What We’re Looking For * In-house global mobility/immigration experience required (vendor-side experience is a plus) * Built or scaled a mobility function in-house at a high-growth tech company * Personally managed immigration/relocation cases end-to-end — visa filings, case exceptions, escalations — not just oversight of a team or vendor doing the work * Has both designed mobility policy/frameworks AND executed individual cases (not a policy-only or ops-only background) * Managed external vendors — relocation companies, immigration law firms — including setting SLAs and evaluating performance * Demonstrated use of AI/automation to improve operations or employee experience. About your application Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested, please apply through our careers portal.
