Trelleborgs församling söker ny krematorieföreståndare! Krematorieverksamheten ingår i Kyrkogårdsförvaltningen som ansvarar för begravningsverksamheten. Begravningsverksamhetens mål är att lyhört och hjälpsamt bemöta kommuninvånare, gravrättsinnehavare, anhöriga i samband med dödsfall och besökande på kyrkogårdarna. Vår erfarne krematorieföreståndare går nu i pension och därför söker vi en ersättare. Du arbetar administrativt större delen av din arbetstid, men kremerar själv cirka var 6:e vecka. I krematoriet arbetar även två krematorietekniker med kremation. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter och arbetsområden - Ta emot och administrera begravnings- och kremationsbeställningar - Ta emot anhöriga och visa gravplatser för urnor och kistor, samt förklara olika gravskick - Hålla kontakt med stenhuggare så att stenar för askgravplatser och plaketter för askgravlundar blir intagna för gravering - Hålla kontakt med begravningsbyråer, Skatteverket, Länsstyrelsen etc. - Kontrollera askkvitton och hantera att alla askor blir gravsatta inom ett år efter kremering - Skapa kremationshandlingar med tillhörande kremationsschema - Lämna ut urnor till begravningsbyråer, församlingar och privatpersoner - Övergripande ansvara för skötsel, tillsyn och underhåll på hela kremationsanläggningen, inklusive processutrustning och kylanläggning - Ta fram och skicka in årligen diverse rapporter såsom kylanläggningens service- och läcksökningsrapport samt miljörapport över krematorieverksamheten - Ta emot kommunens miljöenhet för tillsynsbesök, samt hantera ev. åtgärder - Beställa service, reparationsarbeten och hantera metallåtervinning från krematoriet - Ombesörja att erforderliga mätningar blir gjorda såsom ljudimmissionsmätningar, stoftmätningar och kvicksilvermätningar - Skapa kostnads- och beslutsunderlag för större underhåll och inköp rörande krematoriet, men inget budget- eller ekonomiskt ansvar. - Samordna personal i krematoriet och kremera enligt rullande schema, men inget personal- och arbetsmiljöansvar. - Sköta tillsyn och underhåll av fastigheter - Förstärka vid behov som begravningsvaktmästare eller kistbärare - Utföra övriga vanligt förekommande uppgifter inom administration av begravningsverksamheten Ansvar och befogenheter Övergripande ansvar för skötsel, tillsyn och underhåll av krematoriet samt underhåll av processutrustning och kylanläggning. Grad av självständighet och eget initiativ Krematorieföreståndaren rapporterar till Kyrkogårds- och fastighetschefen. Rollen förutsätter hög grad av självständighet och eget initiativ. Du har stor frihet att lägga upp din arbetsdag som du önskar.
