The opportunity This is a founding role. As one of the first hires into the manufacturing team, you will help build the structure, not just step into it. From authoring SOPs and batch records to training operators and leading quality investigations, this role sits at the operational heart of CCRM Nordic's manufacturing capability. You will lead a team of up to six GMP operators across multiple processing rooms, manage day-to-day scheduling and training, and act as the department's SME for quality systems. You will work alongside PD and MSAT colleagues on new product introductions and technology transfers, and collaborate with our Validation team on equipment qualification and process establishment. It is a leading engineering and manufacturing company that operates in a number of areas and in various ways within the steel industry. We are participating in a project where Stegra AB establishes a steel mill in Norra Svartbyn in Boden where steel will be produced through an almost fossil-free process using hydrogen gas. Our mission is, among other things, to install machines used in steel production and includes work in mechanics, electronics and plumbing. We are seeking diligent Maintenance Technicians to join our team for the preservation and protection of mechanical equipment at a DRI plant. This role focuses on ensuring that machinery, currently stored or installed in open-air environments without HVAC systems, remains in optimal condition through rigorous preservation protocols. The work tasks may include but are not limited to: Job Description Environmental Protection: Implement measures to protect exposed machinery and equipment from adverse weather conditions and humidity. Corrosion Control: Apply VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) treatments and other surface protection methods to machined parts and sensitive surfaces. Mechanical Maintenance: Perform routine greasing of bearings and execute periodic shaft rotations (turning) to prevent equipment degradation.
