Lead the process of ensuring all manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with applicable safety regulations, environmental standards, and legal requirements. Quartr is a software company serving the world of finance. Every day, leading companies and financial institutions worldwide use our products to research faster and understand deeper. For too long, markets have been obsessed with numbers. Everyone has access to the same quantitative data, while qualitative insights – the words, the signals, the nuance – have remained mostly in the shadows. We make those insights accessible, searchable, and actionable. Our products are used daily by some of the most sophisticated teams in finance and tech, including major hedge funds and Magnificent 7 companies, and over a million finance professionals have downloaded our mobile app. We're backed by some of the smartest minds in our industry and growing fast at a global scale, and we're still at the very beginning of what we expect to be a multi-decade journey. ABOUT THE DATA EXTRACTION TEAM Our Document Extraction team turns unstructured financial content into reliable, structured knowledge. We work with financial filings, earnings call slide decks and earnings call transcripts. The goal is not just to pull text off a page, but to understand what a document means, structure it cleanly, and produce knowledge that downstream teams and products can trust. We are looking for a Senior Engineer to own the extraction and structuring pipelines end to end. You will design the systems that ingest messy, real-world documents and output accurate, well-modeled data at scale. This is a hands-on engineering role with deep ownership, suited to someone who is equally comfortable building robust pipelines and reasoning about data quality. WHO YOU ARE * 5+ years of professional experience as a backend engineer with a focus on Python * Hands-on experience with NLP and large language models, including prompting, fine-tuning, or retrieval-based approaches. * Practical experience with document AI, OCR, or information extraction from PDFs and other unstructured formats. * Experience designing data schemas and building pipelines that produce structured, validated output. TECH * Knowledge of ETL processes and data engineering workflows for data ingestion * Solid backend architecture skills for creating scalable and maintainable systems * Experience working with AWS * Proficiency with Docker for managing and deploying backend services WHAT WE OFFER * Do your life's work: The world's leading finance professionals use Quartr daily. We do fewer things better and hold a very high bar for quality. * Join the foundational team: We're still at the very beginning of a multi-decade journey. You'll have a big influence on product, culture, and how we win. * Real ownership: We believe in shared success. Every team member gets equity exposure, so we all benefit from the value we create. * Meritocracy over hierarchy: You'll join a culture where the best idea wins. We value clear thinking, leave ego at the door, and obsess over the details. * Office culture with flexibility: Join us in one of our offices. We value being together, while also offering the flexibility to work from home when needed. * Compensation & well-being: We offer competitive salaries, benefits, and a generous wellness allowance to support your physical and mental health. We include occupational pension for all employees in Sweden. Note: We are not seeking assistance from consultants or recruitment agencies.
Why Doktor.se Doktor.se is Sweden's largest digital healthcare provider. We combine physical clinics with a digital platform serving millions of consultations per year — backed by a profitable, international organization with 1,000+ employees and over 1B SEK in revenue. Our 25-person engineering team operates with startup autonomy inside enterprise stability. We're actively integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into patient and clinician experiences — and the mobile apps are where patients interact with all of it. The role You'll join a small, high-ownership mobile team: you, our iOS lead, and two Android engineers working closely together across platforms. This isn't a maintenance role. We're actively modernizing our iOS architecture, improving test coverage, and making real decisions about how we structure things going forward. You'll be shaping how we build iOS at Doktor.se — not just writing features to spec. What you'll work on Help settle on a clean, sustainable architecture — we're evaluating approaches now — and drive the migration. Build new features end-to-end in collaboration with product managers and designers. Improve testing practices and ideally bring TDD into the team's workflow. Bring AI capabilities into the patient experience — we're expanding what we do on the platform into the mobile apps. Own the release process and deployment pipeline. Work with our Android team to ensure a coherent experience across platforms. Shape how we build iOS — not just execute tickets. What we're looking for 5+ years of professional iOS development. Solid understanding of architecture patterns — and opinions about what works in practice, not just in theory. Experience across both modern and legacy UI frameworks. Our codebase uses both, and you should be comfortable navigating that. Experience writing tests and ideally bringing TDD practices into a team. Comfortable integrating with backend services. Experience with modular codebases or breaking monoliths into modules. Experience improving and refactoring production codebases — not just greenfield projects. University degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience. Who you are You see tech debt as an opportunity, not a chore. You enjoy the work of making things better. You're senior enough to drive work independently, suggest improvements, and push back when needed — but you're not looking to be the lead. You want to build, not manage. You care about craft: clean code, good tests, thoughtful architecture. But you're also pragmatic about shipping. Tech stack Language - Swift UI SwiftUI, UIKit Architecture - MVVM, Combine, Clean Architecture (evolving) Testing - XCTest, UI testing CI/CD - GitHub Actions, App Store Connect Backend integration - REST APIs AI - OpenAI, Anthropic (tooling & platform-wide, expanding to mobile) What we offer Technical ownership. You'll shape how iOS is built here, not just pick up tickets. Direct impact. Small team, millions of patients. Your work is visible immediately. AI-forward environment. We're running LLMs in production today — you'll bring that into the mobile experience. Stable employer. Profitable international healthcare organization, not a runway-burning startup. Collective agreement, 30 days vacation, ITP1 pension, wellness allowance, personal education budget. Practical details Start: As soon as possible. We'll accommodate your notice period. Employment: Permanent, full-time. Six month probation period. Location: On-site, Monday–Thursday at Sveavägen 63, Stockholm. Fridays are flexible. Language: English is our working language in tech. Swedish is a plus for collaborating with clinical and business teams, but not a hard requirement. Work permit: You must already have the right to work in Sweden. We handle recruitment internally — no agencies, no consultants, no external recruiters.

WHY OATLY? Across the world people’s consumption habits and diets are evolving to be more plant-based. Enter Oatly, the #1 oat based dairy alternative producer in the world with products spanning multiple categories. We’re determined to be part of the discussion on the long-term future of the food and beverage industry. To keep this movement going, we need more brilliant minds to come work with us to keep the momentum going and the Oatly flowing. Our sole purpose as a company is to make it easy for people to turn what they eat and drink into personal moments of healthy joy without recklessly taxing the planet’s resources in the process. Sustainability, nutritional health, and trust are at the heart of what we do. We are building a culture that constantly upgrades to each other so we can upgrade the planet. This is a company that shows great respect and a fearless approach to make positive changes. Does this feel exciting? Well, this is where you come in. WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO Guess what! Every single department inside Oatly has a role to play in making their area more sustainable. We believe that all our people are contributing to this quest, and in this temporary assignment during 14 months starting from the 1st of September, you will be supporting our Master Data team in their work updating our vendor, customer and product data. Basically, you'll get to work with the master data file (obviously!), and the related automations we are building around that! But most importantly of all, whilst getting some practical experience you will also contribute to a more sustainable planet! More fun things you would do: Work closely with IT and Data/Master Data topics, contributing to improved data quality and structure. Support with maintaining accurate and consistent master data in D365, including validating and updating information according to our governance standards. Help identify data issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and process improvements. Handle various tasks within data and product administration, ensuring accuracy and smooth processes. Work in a structured and compliance-focused environment, helping with documentation and ensuring our data processes are followed consistently. Perform and enjoy administrative work, providing reliable support to the team and stakeholders. Apply your post-secondary knowledge from IT, engineering or related fields (1+ year) to drive operational efficiency. Communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written, as part of our global environment. But, you know. These are just the things we can think of right now! This might be the job today, but tomorrow brings more change, so being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help. ARE YOU THE OATSOME PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR? You have read about the role and now your imagination is flying at full speed. Here are the qualities we are looking for… do you recognize them in yourself? Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or similar work experience. Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365. Experience with Logic Apps or Power Apps/Automate Experience with data quality tools or processes. WHO WE NEED YOU TO BE You’re curious by nature and love figuring things out. You enjoy solving problems and turning challenges into simple, smart solutions. You like staying organized, but you’re flexible enough to roll with whatever comes your way. You take ownership of your work and follow through — it’s just how you’re wired. You appreciate good teamwork and enjoy learning from others. You communicate clearly and help make things easier for the people around you. YOUR APPLICATION Phew! Well done if you’ve got this far. We’re glad we’ve still got your attention because we’ve got one last super important point to make. As you can probably know, we’re a norm-breaking company. For us, diversity and differences are an obvious asset. We know that amazing candidates can sometimes be put off applying for a job unless they can tick every box, and that makes us really sad. So please trust your gut and pop in your application if it’s feeling right. If you have the curiosity, passion, and collaborative spirit, let’s do this together! It will be fun! Last day of application: 28th July. We treat all candidates equally: If you are interested, please apply through our application system - any correspondence should come from there. This will ensure that the candidate experience is smooth and fair to everyone! Öppen för alla Vi fokuserar på din kompetens, inte dina övriga förutsättningar. Vi är öppna för att anpassa rollen eller arbetsplatsen efter dina behov.
