Bakgrund Fritidsforum – Riksförbundet Sveriges fritidsgårdar och mötesplatser är en idéburen ideell riksorganisation. Vi tror på ungas egna krafter och resurser och driver på och agerar för öppna demokratiska mötesplatser för alla åldrar. Förbundet grundades 1937 och har sedan bildandet slagit vakt om ungas egenorganisering, bildning, lärande, föreningsbildande och att det finns goda förutsättningar för fritidsgårdar och mötesplatser som vilar på en demokratisk grund. Medlemmar är mötesplatser och ungdomsföreningar, som internt kan delas upp i ordinarie och associerade medlemmar. De ordinarie medlemmarna består av ideella föreningar som driver mötesplatser, hemgårdar, ungdomens hus-verksamheter, allaktivitetshus, kulturhus, hemgårdar och liknande för alla åldrar och med verksamhet för unga, samt ungdomsföreningar med minst 60% unga i åldrarna 13–25 år. De associerade medlemmarna är kommunala fritidsgårdar och andra öppna mötesplatser. Förbundet söker nu en processledare på halvtid (50 %) för att stärka vår kapacitet i kontakten med medlemmar. Uppdraget sträcker sig från september till december. Tjänsten som processledare innebär att ha kontakt med medlemsföreningar och stötta handläggandet av medlemsansökningar. Visst fokus kommer att ligga på stöd att stötta medlemsföreningar med deras årsmöten och styrdokument. Ett fåtal inrikesresor förväntas under hösten 2026. I den här rollen förväntar vi oss att du arbetar strukturerat, självständigt och målinriktat. Urval av arbetsuppgifter Handlägga ansökningar från nya medlemsföreningar. Stötta existerande medlemsföreningar med att hålla årsmöten och fatta beslut om styrdokument som exempelvis stadgar, verksamhetsberättelser, och protokoll. Handlägga ansökningar av medel till medlemsföreningar. Stötta medlemsföreningar i administrationen av medlemsregistret. Förväntad arbetslivserfarenhet Minst ett års erfarenhet av att stötta föreningar att hålla årsmöten, författa stadgar och övriga styrdokument. Tidigare erfarenhet av stötta unga som organiserar sig på sin fritid. Tidigare erfarenhet av medlemsadministration och hantering av medlemsregister. Dokumenterad och mycket god föreningskunskap och kunskap om hur man håller årsmöten. Meriterande erfarenhet Dokumenterad kunskap om villkoren för att en medlemsförening ska vara bidragsgrundande för MUCF:s statsbidrag för barn- och ungdomsorganisationer. Erfarenhet av att handlägga vidareförmedling av medel. Yrkeserfarenhet eller ideellt engagemang i en barn- och/eller ungdomsorganisation. Anställningsvillkor Tjänsten är en visstidsanställning med goda möjligheter till förlängning under förutsättning att finansiering säkras. Placeringsort är Stockholm och ett fåtal inrikesresor förväntas. Kvällsarbete kan förekomma. Tillträde är senast i slutet på september, gärna tidigare.
