You will own a portfolio of OEM customers, meaning manufacturers of products such as machines and vehicles, and Tier 1 suppliers. You will build relationships across engineering, product management, procurement, and senior management. By understanding your customers’ operations, technology, and future plans, you will identify where we can create value. Together with our engineers and project managers, you will turn those needs into solutions and business opportunities across hardware, software, and services. The role combines long-term account development with active prospecting. You will report to the Sales Director, Industry & Integration, and represent CPAC Systems at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events. You will primarily work from our office in Mölndal, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week. The role includes travel to customers, trade fairs, and industry events. Develop long-term account plans, run regular business reviews, and identify opportunities for upselling, new projects, and continued collaboration. * Develop new business. Identify and approach new OEM customers, primarily in agriculture and construction machinery, while exploring opportunities in other relevant industries. * Lead commercial negotiations. Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and secure profitable agreements, renewals, and long-term supply commitments. * Demonstrate customer value. Build business cases and ROI calculations that show the value of our technology, and structure paid pilots and proofs of concept. * Connect customers and technology. Work with engineering, project management, and operations to support deliveries that meet expectations on cost, quality, and timing. * Bring market insights into CPAC. Follow customer roadmaps, technology shifts, and competitors, and contribute these insights to product and business development. * Keep sales activities structured. Maintain account plans and opportunities in CRM, prepare sales forecasts, and track account growth. You will share knowledge and experience with your colleagues and use AI tools to support activities such as account research, meeting preparation, and customer communication. WHO ARE YOU? You combine commercial drive with a genuine interest in technology and your customers’ operations. You have a solid technical understanding, stay curious, and keep up with new developments. You want to understand how your customers’ machines and products work, the challenges they face, and how our solutions can help. You spot opportunities when a customer develops a new platform, updates a product, or needs to solve a technical challenge. You take initiative, open doors, and move business forward. At the same time, you know that lasting partnerships are built on trust, listening, and delivering on your promises. You are confident in negotiations and can explain the value of a technical solution to both engineers and commercial decision-makers. QUALIFICATIONS * At least five years of experience in business development, technical sales, or Key Account Management. * A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. * Experience leading complex negotiations with multiple decision-makers and closing deals. * An understanding of embedded hardware and software, with the ability to explain the value of technology based on customer needs. * Fluency in English. NICE TO HAVE * Experience selling to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. * An established network of contacts at OEMs in relevant markets. * Experience selling electronics, embedded systems, or industrial technology. * Experience working with a CRM tool. * Experience working with customers in agriculture or construction machinery. * Fluency in Swedish. WHY CPAC? At CPAC, you will work close to both the technology and the people behind it. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues, follow solutions from idea to finished product, and see how they are used in real machines and vehicles.
