Management Consultant – Technology Transformation

Influence Tech is growing, and we are looking for a Management Consultant with 3–6 years of experience who enjoys working at the

intersection of business and technology.

As a Management Consultant at Influence Tech, you will contribute to initiatives that help our clients navigate complex technology

transformations and unlock new opportunities through digital innovation. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to

support projects related to ERP and core business systems, technology strategy, automation, and cloud transformation.

In this role, you will support project workstreams, contribute with strategic insights and analysis, and help translate business

needs into actionable technology initiatives. You will also collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to

create real and lasting value for our clients.

You enjoy working at the intersection of business strategy and technology transformation, helping organizations navigate complex

change.

You have experience from management consulting, technology consulting, or digital transformation projects, and are comfortable

contributing to client-facing engagements.

You are curious about how emerging technologies such as automation, AI, and cloud platforms can reshape organizations and

industries.

You enjoy solving complex problems, performing analysis, and working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to drive

meaningful outcomes.

• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience within management consulting, technology consulting, or digital transformation

roles.

• Experience from working with technology-driven transformation initiatives, such as ERP or core business system implementations,

automation, AI initiatives, or cloud transformation.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across business and

technology teams.

• A proactive and structured way of working, with the ability to contribute to high-paced consulting projects and manage

workstreams.
