Influence Tech is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Technology Consultant with 7–10 years of experience who enjoys working
at the intersection of business and technology.

opportunities through digital innovation. From ERP and core business system transformations to automation, AI, and cloud
optimization, we work closely with our clients to turn strategy into real implementation.
As a Senior Technology Consultant, you will play a central role in delivering transformation initiatives and advising clients on
how to modernize their technology landscape. You will lead project workstreams, contribute with strategic insights, and work
closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution of complex technology initiatives.
In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, guiding clients through technology transformation
programs while collaborating with colleagues and cross-functional teams to create lasting value.

Qualifications
* To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- 7–10 years of relevant professional experience within technology consulting, management consulting, or digital transformation
roles.
- Experience leading or playing a key role in complex technology transformation initiatives, such as ERP or core business system
implementations, automation and AI initiatives, or cloud transformation programs.
- The ability to lead project workstreams and guide clients in translating business needs into technology strategies and
solutions.
- A commercial orientation with the ability to create value and identify new opportunities for clients, collaborating with
colleagues and senior leaders in client engagements.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization,
including C-level executives.
