Retail Operations Specialist

TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning

ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.

TOTEME is looking for a Retail Operations Specialist to join our Team in Stockholm full time. In this role you will oversee and

support the operations of our retail spaces and coordinate communication and planning to and from headquarters.

The role will function as a bridge between the store teams and the support functions at headquarters, and act as a retail advocate

to such teams; Supply Chain, Buying, Planning, E-commerce, Tech, Production, Finance & Store Development. You will report to the

Retail Operations Manager and work directly with the corporate retail team.

• Communicate company information, guidelines and updated procedures to store teams, and follow up on adaption, serving as a

liaison between HQ and store teams, ad-hoc and through planned touchpoints.

• Support and/or manage maintenance and store touch-ups and own contacts with local vendors, keeping track of budgets and

approvals from Store Design & Development.

• Encourage the use of tools and systems to drive operational excellence and improve communications, including point of sale

(POS) and Inventory Management Systems, Reporting tools and other retail programs or applications.

• Support with in-store tech and IT, such as keeping inventory of and ordering phones, tablets, printers and scanners when

needed.
