Lärarna på enheten studiehandleder och undervisar i omkring 20 olika språk och i svenska som andraspråk. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: ● P&L Management: Take complete ownership of the P&L, driving exponential growth and ensuring maximum profitability for the Finnish market. ● Collaboration with Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison and strategic partner to the Managing Director - Nordics, ensuring alignment between local market objectives and group-wide business strategy. ● Marketing Strategy Development: Define and champion the comprehensive marketing and brand strategy across all channels, ensuring market dominance while strictly adhering to local regulations. ● Campaign Planning: Direct the strategic input into the Group’s campaign planning process, translating market insights into high-impact marketing directives. ● Operational Collaboration: Direct cross-functional execution across all operational areas to optimize specific market needs and ensure high-quality delivery. ● Media Management: Establish the overarching media strategy and budget, leading high-level negotiations and managing relationships with key media partners and agencies. ● Product Liaison: Drive the Finnish product localization strategy in close collaboration with Global Product Directors (Casino/Bingo, Live Casino, and Sports) to maximize market impact and relevance. ● Performance Analysis: Define market-specific KPIs and transform performance analysis into strategic shifts, partnering with the Data & Analytics team to ensure strategic alignment and provide executive-level reporting. ● Market Knowledge: Serve as the definitive internal expert on the Finnish market, providing executive-level competitive intelligence, identifying new growth opportunities, and anticipating regulatory changes. ● Team Structure Advisory: Define the optimal organizational structure for the Finnish market, owning the strategy for recruiting, developing, and retaining top-tier local talent in partnership with Function Heads and Directors. OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: ● Substantial experience in a senior leadership role within a marketing-driven organisation, preferably in iGaming. ● Proven track record of managing P&L and delivering results against financial targets. ● Strong understanding of the Finnish market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment. ● Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decision-makingKnowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams. ● Previous experience in a cross-functional role or in managing distributed teams. ● Fluency in Finnish and English. ● Strong negotiation skills with a network of media contacts in Finland.
