Turn ship physics into software people actually use At Cetasol we build the monitoring and analytics platform that commercial fleets use to cut fuel consumption, understand how their vessels really perform, and stay on the right side of CII and EU MRV reporting. A growing part of that platform is predictive maintenance: catching when an engine, generator, thruster, or the vessel as a whole starts behaving differently than it should, before it becomes a failure. Getting there takes two things that rarely live in the same person: an understanding of the physics behind how these assets actually behave, and the engineering skill to ship that understanding as a working product. We're looking for that person. What you'll do Build physical and data-driven models of vessel assets — engines, generators, thrusters, and the ship as a whole — that capture what "normal" operation looks like Detect when an asset deviates from its expected behaviour, and trace that deviation back to the sensors and signals driving it Work with noisy, real-world sensor data from vessels: clean it, validate it, and decide what it can and cannot support Take your own models from notebook to production on AWS, and build the React interfaces where the results actually land in front of customers Own features end to end, with our UX designer, full stack developers and data scientist alongside you Help us decide where a first-principles model beats a statistical one, and where it doesn't What we're looking for The balance here is genuinely 50/50. You should be comfortable deriving a model and deploying it. On the modelling side: Strong applied mathematics, physics or engineering foundation — fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, control theory, numerical methods, or similar Experience with anomaly detection or condition monitoring on physical systems — knowing how to separate a genuine fault signature from normal operating variation Solid Python and the usual scientific stack; experience with time series and sensor data The judgement to know when a model is good enough and when it's fooling you On the engineering side: Practical experience building and running services on AWS Comfortable in React and modern frontend work — you don't need to be a specialist, but you should be able to build the view your model deserves Familiarity with the ordinary craft of software: version control, testing, code review, CI And: You explain technical work clearly to people who aren't specialists You're happy to sit somewhere between disciplines rather than in the middle of one We're open on years of experience. If you can do the work, the title follows. Nice to have Predictive maintenance or condition-based monitoring · maritime, automotive, aerospace or energy domain experience · digital twins or physics-informed machine learning · edge computing or embedded data collection Why Cetasol Shipping accounts for roughly 3% of global CO₂ emissions, and a meaningful share of that is avoidable through better operational decisions. The work here is technically interesting and the impact is measurable in tonnes of fuel. You'd be joining a small engineering team where your work is visible and your scope is wide. We're based in Gothenburg and work hybrid — we value time in the same room, without counting days.
Company Description Backed by leading climate and American dynamism investors, Terranova builds intelligent robotic systems to terraform the Earth itself: lifting land, restoring wetlands, and protecting critical infrastructure from floods and sea-level rise. Our mission is to preserve the built environment, create new habitats, and usher in an era of abundance. Our work supports climate resilience, disaster recovery, and defense across the United States and beyond. We're assembling a world-class team that wants to work on something real, physical, and civilization-scale. If you want your work to reshape the world (literally), this is the place to do it. The Deal You're a strong engineer. You're also mid-degree and wondering if the degree is worth finishing. We think the best engineers learn by building, not sitting in lectures. So here's the offer. Drop out and join us as an Associate Engineer for 6 months. You build real hardware that ships to the field from day one. After 6 months, we bump you to the exact salary we'd have paid you as a full engineer with the degree in hand. You skip the tuition, skip the debt, skip two more years of problem sets, and come out with real systems under your belt and full pay. The degree was going to get you a job. We're the job. We just cut out the wait. Open to Embedded Systems Engineer and Mechanical Engineer candidates. Review the Embedded or Mechanical job descriptions to see what the work looks like. If it's something you want, apply.
Mentimeter is an engagement tool with a clear goal in mind. To turn presentations into conversations. Through real-time interactivity and clear visualizations, we get people to participate, engage and become more productive. Transforming all those passive meetings, airless classrooms and drawn out trainings into valuable and memorable moments. We truly believe that you achieve the best results by doing things together. And that successful leaders need to adopt a curious and collaborative mindset in order to get there. So with you at Mentimeter, you’ll be a big part of the ambition to help over 1 billion people listen, learn and work better together. SUMMER HIRING NOTICE: DUE TO SUMMER VACATIONS, WE WILL BEGIN THE REVIEWING AND INTERVIEWING PROCESS FOR THIS ROLE FROM AUGUST. HOWEVER, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We're a product-led company where engineers don't just ship features; they shape what gets built and why. About the team Growth Lab helps self-service users start, return, and expand with Mentimeter, finding and acting on high-impact opportunities across the user lifecycle. Experimentation is at the heart of how we work: we form hypotheses, test them with real users, and let the results guide what we do next. We care about learning and impact over output. We move quickly, collaborate closely across engineering, product, and design, and hold our work loosely. We are happy to change direction, or throw code away, when the evidence points elsewhere. Exactly how we work keeps evolving; what stays constant is a curious team that learns fast together. What you'll do * Comfortable driving growth experiments end to end, ready to pick up any step (hypothesis and feasibility, implementation, tracking, analysis, and the decision to kill, iterate, or ship) while we work closely together as a team * Design and instrument experiments using our stack: Confidence for assignment and data quality and HEX for digging into data questions * Build tracking and instrumentation with discipline, so every experiment produces results we can actually trust * Take outcome-driven product problems and drive them to measurable movement in KPI’s spanning acquisition, activation, adoption, and conversion * Raise the bar on experimentation craft within the team: strengthen how we design, instrument, and analyse experiments, and lead technical discussions that bring clarity to fuzzy problems * Partner closely with the PM and Product Designer on framing and prioritising bets, and step in to drive the thinking when needed Who you are * Hands-on experience in growth engineering / experimentation, backed by solid all-round engineering experience - you're already up and running in the discipline and don't need to learn it from scratch * You've run the full growth loop yourself: hypothesis → ideation → implementation → post-experiment analysis, and you've used experimentation tooling (Confidence or similar) * You independently own and solve complicated problems: work with several moving parts and dependencies, weighing trade-offs and applying sound technical judgment to land a solid solution * Data-savvy: comfortable forming and answering your own data questions, and setting up experiments that produce clean, trustworthy results * A strong communicator who enjoys working with people outside the team - you can package an idea, bring others along, and step into a product-thinking role when the moment calls for it * You lift the people around you: you mentor teammates and raise craft standards rather than working in isolation * You hold your code loosely - motivated by impact on users and the business, not by the code itself, and happy to throw work away when an experiment says so * A genuine growth mindset, curious about problems beyond pure engineering and energised by ambiguity * Fluent in written and spoken English (Swedish is not required) Location & work arrangement This role is based at our Stockholm headquarters, with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days/week on-site. We're unable to offer relocation sponsorship for this position. We offer * Competitive compensation, including pension contributions * Leadership and professional development programs, plus access to external coaching * A budget and culture that supports continuous learning * Genuine flexibility and a healthy approach to work-life balance * A diverse, international team of 50+ nationalities who care about doing great work and having fun doing it At Mentimeter, we believe in fair and transparent compensation that grows with you. The salary range for this role is SEK 54,000–SEK 70,000 per month. It’s intentionally broad to reflect the different stages of growth within the role: from early development to deep expertise and meaningful impact. Where an individual is placed within the range depends on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements. We’re committed to supporting your growth. You’ll have ongoing development conversations with your manager, and your salary will evolve as you build skills and contribute to our mission. In addition to your monthly salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package—learn more about it here: https://www.mentimeter.com/benefits/stockholm. What Mentimeter can offer At Mentimeter we can offer a diverse and inclusive work environment supported by smart and driven colleagues. We believe in continuous professional development for all of our colleagues and therefore offer access to a leadership program (including external personal coach) and relevant education to ensure that we continue to be state-of-the-art when it comes to innovating and building Mentimeter. Your place will be in a growing company with lots of career opportunities, working on a beloved product used by more than 300 million people. It’s not all about work though, we also offer a very healthy view on work-life balance. All of this comes attached with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including pension contributions. Learn more about our benefits by visiting our Benefits & Perks page AI and Hiring at Mentimeter At Mentimeter, we believe AI helps us work smarter - but it never replaces the human assessment, curiosity, and personal connection that define our culture and our hiring. We use AI as a sparring partner: to bounce ideas, bring new perspectives, support structure, and make our work more efficient. But the meaning, decisions, and interactions always come from people. * AI does not screen or decide on candidates. * There is no automated filtering, ranking, or decision-making in our recruitment process. Every application is reviewed by a person. * Hiring teams may use AI to support their work - for example, to structure notes, prepare interview questions, or organize their thinking. In order to give everyone a voice, we need to be as diverse as our users. Learn more about our culture by visiting our Culture page. Review our Privacy Policy for more information.
About Terranova Backed by leading deep tech VCs, Terranova builds intelligent robotic systems to terraform the Earth itself - lifting land, restoring wetlands, and protecting critical infrastructure from floods. Our mission is to preserve the built environment, create new habitats, and usher in an era of abundance. Our work supports climate resilience, disaster recovery, housing development, and defense across the United States and beyond. We’re assembling a world-class team that wants to work on something real, physical, and civilization-scale. If you want your work to reshape the world (literally), this is the place to do it. What to Expect We are looking for a COO or a VP Operations who can function as a true company operator: owning execution across engineering, field operations, manufacturing, recruiting, finance, customer delivery, and internal systems. This is a cofounder-level role at a very early company. This person will lead from the front, run an extremely tight operating cadence, and make sure the hundreds of things required to keep projects moving get done. The upside is meaningful equity, ownership, and the chance to help build one of the defining hard-tech companies of the next decade. Key Responsibilities ● Own company-wide execution across engineering, operations, deployments, hiring, finance, procurement, legal coordination, and customer delivery. ● Build and run the operating system of the company: weekly cadence, project plans, dashboards, accountability loops, and decision-making processes. ● Manage and motivate a high-intensity technical team while earning credibility with engineers, field operators, and founders. ● Drive field deployments from planning through completion, ensuring projects do not slip because of logistics, staffing, materials, permitting, vendors, or customer coordination. ● Work directly with the CEO to support fundraising, board communication, strategic planning, and company priorities. ● Support GTM and customer execution across PE firms, developers, infrastructure owners, government agencies, USACE, and other defense-adjacent customers. ● Recruit, evaluate, and help close exceptional talent across technical, operational, and commercial roles. ● Thrive at the pace and intensity of early-stage startup life, including long days, and field hours when needed. Requirements ● Exceptional operational judgment, intensity, and ownership. ● Experience leading strategy, operations, deployment, product, or company-building functions at a high-growth deep tech, robotics, aerospace, defense, infrastructure, or hardware startup. ● Ability to manage technical teams and make high-quality decisions around complex engineering and field operations, even without being the deepest technical expert in the room. ● Strong comfort with customers, investors, board members, vendors, and government / defense stakeholders. ● Willingness to work on-site in Berkeley, CA. ● U.S. work authorization. We cannot sponsor H-1B visas at this time. Preferred Skills & Experience ● Prior experience as a VP / Director / Head of Strategy or Operations at a deep tech company. ● Prior experience as a COO, CPO, CTO, VP Ops, or GM experience at a Series B or later hardware startup. ● Experience deploying products that are hard to sell and hard to build. ● Founder or founder-level operating experience. Important to have seen 0->1. ● Strong finance, strategic planning, and fundraising fluency. Ideal Archetype ● A high-aptitude operator 3-15 years into their career who has already scaled unusually fast. They need to be the smartest person at our company. Wicked, cunning, fluent in the dark arts, blurry in pictures. ● Someone who could plausibly be a founder, but who chooses our rocket ship over starting from zero. ● Has built or run something real in robotics, aerospace, defense, infrastructure, construction tech, or complex hardware. ● Can walk into a messy early-stage company, create order, raise the bar, and make everyone more intense and effective. ● Has enough technical taste to manage engineers, enough commercial judgment to help sell, and enough operational force to keep the whole machine moving. ● Comes from a flagship deep tech company, an Elon-founded company, or a serious venture-backed hardware company. We are optimizing for aptitude, intensity, and company pedigree over title.
MEET BOB BOB is a free finance employee for businesses. Bob does the books, pays vendors, chases invoices, and answers any money question you throw at him. He works through regulated financial partners, with the controls and approvals needed to move real money safely. Our whole philosophy is that Bob is real. When work comes up, we ask one question: why not just give it to Bob? We believe AI agents are becoming economic actors. Done right, that gives every founder and business more leverage—not less control. We’re building the financial infrastructure that makes that future useful, safe, and available to anyone with a business to build. We’re backed by Circle Ventures and founders of PayPal, Zynga, and Plaid—including Peter Thiel, Mark Pincus, and Zach Perret. THE ROLE You’re our GTM hire and it’s heavy on the marketing side. You report directly to the founder and own how the world meets Bob. We want a growth hacker who is a beast with quality marketing. Cutting-edge ideas, executed with taste. You’ll own: * Paid media. Plan it, run it, and kill what doesn’t work. * Content funnels that actually convert. * Growth experiments on new channels before they become playbooks. * Product launches, landing pages, lifecycle, and the path from attention to activation. * The Bob brand. Everything you ship should feel like Bob. * The numbers. Know what’s working, why it’s working, and what we should do next. You should be great with AI. But we’re not hiring for AI slop. Human touch, AI support. WHO YOU ARE We hire for three things: * You really care. You love the mission and it shows in the work. * You have taste. You know amazing work from good enough, and you can’t ship good enough. * High agency. You don’t wait for the perfect brief or somebody else to solve the problem. You figure it out and get shit done. You’re an original thinker and a hands-on maker—not someone waiting for an agency or a large team. You can take feedback without becoming consensus-driven, and you keep producing when the first version doesn’t land. You’ve grown something real before. Show us the campaign, funnel, channel, or product—not the strategy deck. Fintech, developer tools, or AI experience is a big plus. You’ll be marketing a product that touches real money through regulated financial partners, so judgment matters. THE OFFICE In person at our Miami office on the Venetian Islands. Small team, high trust, zero bureaucracy. It’s a fun place to work. COMP Competitive salary + equity. Early hire, real ownership.

THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Workplace Integrations team. This is the product team that decides how Mentimeter shows up inside the Microsoft or Google suite, learning management systems, and the AI agents reshaping how people work. This is an ecosystem role, where Mentimeter’s thought leadership on engagement and participation gets combined with another product’s value to create something neither could produce alone. A PowerPoint deck that anticipates where attention will drift, an LMS course that reshapes next week's lesson from this week's class questions, an agent that calls Mentimeter to maximise active participation. You lead a team who ships integration features that connect directly to retention and the frequency of use that underpins our strategy. You’ll take over a team mid-execution, with some strategic calls made, other questions still open for you to resolve – you’ll own the next chapter as well as the team’s day-to-day direction. YOUR MISSION Set direction and lead the team * Own the 12-24 month integrations strategy: understand in depth how our customers work day to day, monitor where the relevant platforms (Microsoft, Google, LMSs, AI agents) are heading, and decide how Mentimeter best shows up in those workflows. * Resolve the load-bearing open questions, translating an ambitious thesis into a system the team and the broader Product department can act on. * You and the team own outcomes: name what success looks like for each integration – enterprise retention, frequency, or new-user acquisition – and measure accordingly. * Run rigorous discovery with customers, Sales, Customer Success and the platforms we integrate with, surfacing enterprise and third-party constraints (security, reliability, performance) early so they shape the plan rather than derail it. * Lead the team day to day and own scope, priorities, success criteria, and the tradeoffs, like how deep to invest in PowerPoint, or what capacity to allocate to established vs emerging workflows. * Ship into customers' hands every cycle, starting now with a stronger Menti in PowerPoint and Google Slides, and let usage data answer the open questions rather than parking them in a strategy doc. Operate across teams and functions * Point the other Product teams in the right direction on integrations; help each Menti tool PM see how integrations can strengthen and position their product, and set the shared patterns that keep the suite coherent without slowing them down. * Coach more junior PMs and partner with Product Department Leadership to feed integrations thinking back into the company-level product strategy. * Create alignment with other product teams and departments, and shape go-to-market readiness for significant releases so launches land in customer reality. Shape Mentimeter as an ecosystem product * Define how our AI designs participation moments inside the tools people already use, reading their context to know where and how. * Surface partnership opportunities as you spot them. BizDev owns partnerships, but you live in the integration space day to day and are best placed to see where a technical integration points to a partnership worth pursuing and to bring those forward with a clear rationale. * Co-own the cross-functional work on data security and access control which is the precondition for the ecosystem-level integrations we want to build. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experienced ecosystem PM * 5+ years in product management, owned product direction and business outcomes for integrations or platform products, ideally in B2B SaaS. * Thinks in ecosystems, ships features. Our integration strategy is about two value propositions combining to create something neither could produce alone. * Reads customer workflows and platform roadmaps together, and can spot when a technical integration is really a partnership opportunity worth handing to BizDev. * Experience with marketplaces or AI/agent surfaces is a plus. Technically fluent and commercially minded * Credible on APIs, OAuth and OIDC, SSO and SCIM, permission scopes and admin consent models, add-ins, MCP, and marketplace review constraints. * Connects the team's work to enterprise conversion, retention and expansion, and grounds prioritisation in customer reality. Senior judgment and influence * Raises decision quality by framing problems sharply and putting the reasoning on the page to make complex bets become workable. * Comfortable in ambiguity and able to take a space with real history and unresolved strategic questions and turn it into a plan the team and stakeholders can get behind. * Coaches more junior PMs and partners credibly with leaders across Sales, CS, Engineering, Design and Data. HOW YOU OPERATE * A clear communicator who builds alignment and creates clarity when inputs conflict or are incomplete. * Outcome-oriented and data-informed – sets explicit success measures and updates the plan as evidence lands. * Aligned with our core values and excited to help us stay true to them as we scale. Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? Please apply anyway and let us know why you’d enjoy working in this role at Mentimeter. PRACTICAL DETAILS * This role is based in our Stockholm office, primarily onsite with the option to work from home twice per week. * Swedish is not required. Daily work is carried out in English, and the Mentimeter team currently boasts 50+ nationalities. * A cover letter is not required as part of your application. COMPENSATION At Mentimeter, we believe in fair and transparent compensation that grows with you. The salary range for this role is SEK 70,000–SEK 91,000 per month. It’s intentionally broad to reflect the different stages of growth within the role: from early development to deep expertise and meaningful impact. Where an individual is placed within the range depends on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements. Coretura is a joint venture between Volvo Group and Daimler Truck, building the software platform for the next generation of commercial vehicles — with the pace of a scaleup and the backing of two industry leaders. This is a strategic, build-it-from-scratch role. As Supply Chain Manager, you'll design the process that connects our suppliers directly to our OEM customers, and then own it end to end as we move from concept to scale. You'll decide how the flow should work, and the decisions you make will shape how a brand-new supply chain is built. What you'll do You'll design and own the end-to-end hardware flow, from supplier to OEM line. That means defining the process: the order flow, the financial flow, and the call on when and where to add inventory buffers. On the supplier side, you'll set logistics requirements and SLAs: lead times, delivery precision, capacity, and escalation. On the OEM side, you'll own the details that make deliveries land: EDI, shipping notifications, packaging and labelling, and logistics portals. Day to day you'll run order-to-delivery and keep the physical and financial flows aligned with Finance. You'll also track the KPIs that matter: OTD, delivery precision, lead times, and fill rates, and drive improvement together with Procurement and IT. Ideally, you've done some of this before: in commercial vehicles or automotive supply chains, with drop-shipment models, or building a supply chain from scratch in a scale-up. If so, you'll feel right at home. To thrive in this position, we believe you bring: Solid experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (ideally automotive, electronics, or industrial) Strong grasp of end-to-end flows, order management, and planning Experience with OEM customers or complex B2B logistics, plus ERP/EDI tools A hands-on builder who's as comfortable setting strategy as executing it Why Coretura? You'll build something that doesn't exist yet, with the freedom to decide how it should work — and then see it run. You’ll have the freedom to drive projects forward, contribute ideas, and help shape the future of commercial vehicle technology. Our lean innovative team is always learning and adapting, your contributions will truly matter. Next steps Ready to build the future of commercial vehicles? Due to summer vacation, we will review all applicants during the first week of August. Last application date: 3rd of August 2026. Questions? Don’t hesitate to reach out to Victor Holkert at victor.holkert@coretura.com if you have any questions regarding the position or the process. Please note we do not accept any applications via email. About our recruitment process We are committed to a safe and secure working environment. As a mandatory part of our recruitment process, we carry out drug and alcohol testing and background checks via 2Secure on the final candidate. The background check covers personal details, financial information, company engagements, legal matters, CV verification, media and internet presence, as well as a risk analysis and recommendation. A negative drug and alcohol test and an approved background check are required before a formal offer can be made. This is a rare chance to define entirely new categories of legal software, not iterate on the old ones. What You'll Do * Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one of our core user-facing product areas, such as drafting, tabular review, task management, or research and regulatory products. * Build 0-to-1 products and features from the ground up, taking ideas from concept to launch and iterating quickly based on real user feedback. * Partner closely with design and engineering to ship polished, AI-native experiences with a strong bar for craft. * Deeply understand how legal professionals work, and translate their needs into intuitive, opinionated product decisions. * Use AI as a core building block, shaping how legal professionals work with and trust AI in their day-to-day. * Run experiments, instrument the right metrics, and turn data and qualitative insight into a prioritized roadmap. * Move fast in a high-growth environment, balancing speed with quality and a relentless focus on user impact. What You Bring * An experienced, senior Product Manager with a strong background building user-facing products at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. * A track record of building 0-to-1 products that have had a major impact on users. * Hands-on experience building AI-native products, where AI is a central part of the experience. * Strong product judgment and the ability to balance qualitative insight with quantitative rigor. * Excellent collaboration skills, with a history of partnering tightly with design, engineering, and other functions to ship products. * A genuine interest in revolutionizing a legacy profession and making complex software feel simple, fast, and enjoyable. * High standards, low ego, and a bias toward ownership and outcomes. ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. About the role: As a Product Operations Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of how Legora scales its product. You’ll help us turn complexity into clarity by solving stakeholder alignment challenges, enabling cross‑functional collaboration at scale, and ensuring our teams can ship high‑quality AI products — fast and smoothly. This is a front‑row role at the edge of our product and release engine. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Enablement, and Client Support to ensure launches land smoothly, insights flow back into product decisions, and operational friction never slows us down. You’ll also be hands‑on with AI‑driven problem solving: using modern AI tools, building and defining agents, and designing systems that help teams make better decisions and move faster. If you enjoy connecting dots across teams, designing scalable systems, and being the person who makes complex things work — this role is for you. What you will be doing * Own product operations at scale: create clarity across fast‑moving teams by defining processes, rituals, and tooling that keep Product, Engineering, and Go‑to‑Market aligned as we grow. * Be the connective tissue between teams: proactively identify stakeholder misalignment, surface trade‑offs, and drive resolution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Enablement, and Client Support. * Operate at the front edge of releases: coordinate complex, multi‑track launches; manage timelines, dependencies, and communications; and ensure every release is impactful, predictable, and well‑understood across the company. * Solve problems with AI: leverage AI tools and analytics to uncover insights, automate workflows, and build or define agents that help teams scale decision‑making, triage issues, and learn faster from customers. * Translate signal into action: synthesize data, feedback, and operational insights into clear narratives that shape roadmaps, priorities, and product strategy. * Drive product excellence: partner with Product to define success metrics, track adoption and product health, and recommend improvements grounded in both qualitative and quantitative insights. * Design scalable systems: build and continuously improve processes for release management, incident handling, feedback loops, and cross‑functional execution. * Lead through ambiguity: manage high‑severity incidents and escalations, advocate for tech‑debt reduction, and help teams focus on the highest‑impact problems. What We’re Looking For * A strong generalist with 2–6 years of experience, ideally with a background in Computer Science, Business, Data, or similar — and a deep interest in product, systems thinking, and how organizations scale. * Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, influence without authority, and drive alignment across multiple teams. * Comfort working with data and AI‑powered tools: experience with SQL and analytics platforms is a nice to have, but curiosity about using AI agents and automation to solve operational problems is a must have. * A builder’s mindset: you enjoy designing processes from scratch, iterating quickly, and improving systems over time. * Clear, confident communicator who can turn messy inputs into structured plans, decisions, and narratives. * Thrives in ambiguity, moves fast with a bias for action, and cares deeply about making teams and products more effective. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. THE ROLE AI is reshaping how legal work gets done, and at Legora we're not just watching that happen — we're building it from the inside. Our AI Enablement function exists to make sure every team at Legora can build, use, and govern AI well. The function is young, the mandate is broad, and right now it's one person. You'd be joining to own a significant slice of that work — managing engineers, translating business needs into action, and becoming the go-to for anything AI across the organization. This is a high-ownership generalist seat for someone energized by ambiguity who would rather figure it out and ship than wait for a perfect brief. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING We operate across three streams — you'll own initiatives in all of them, from rough idea to shipped result: Build * Coordinate agent and internal tool builds with engineers, keeping projects moving and translating between business needs and technical direction. Enable * Run training, workshops, and documentation that help teams adopt AI. * Build and grow an AI champions program across the org. * Be the day-to-day support that makes enablement actually land. Govern * Draft and operationalize guidelines, access policies, and usage guardrails. * Put the standards in place that let us move fast safely. Across all three, you'll act as a connector — building the relationships and touchpoints that make the function visible and trusted. WHO YOU ARE * Technical foundation: engineering degree (or equivalent), enough coding exposure to hold your own with engineers. * A few years in a fast-moving environment — ops, strategy, product, consulting, program management, or similar. Shape matters more than title. * Genuinely AI-native, or clearly on the way: you reach for AI tools by default and want to go deeper. * True generalist: comfortable switching between strategy, delivery, and people work in the same day. * Exceptional learning speed — you get to depth on unfamiliar things fast and take feedback in quickly. * Strong communicator with a low-ego, collaborative style. NICE TO HAVE * Exposure to legal, GTM, or a regulated / high-trust environment. * Experience with agent platforms, workflow tools, or no/low-code AI. * A track record of starting something from scratch. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (THE FIRST 6 MONTHS) * You’re independently owning initiatives end-to-end across all three streams. * You've taken real ground on at least one initiative in each stream. * You’re a go to person for questions on AI Enablement at Legora. *Please note that due to summer holidays, our response times may be a little longer than usual. We'll be reviewing applications from late July/early August. Thank you for your patience! Our expertise is built on deep AI knowledge acquired through 1,000+ client engagements across the globe. Find out more at artefact.com. What You Will Be Doing As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll be the technical engine behind some of our most complex and consequential client engagements. You'll move fluidly between data exploration, model development, and executive communication — bringing scientific rigor to business problems and translating results into strategies that clients actually implement. This isn't a role where you hand off findings and walk away. You'll be embedded with clients, co-owning outcomes, and ensuring that the models you build don't just perform in a test environment — they create real, lasting impact in production. You'll also be a technical anchor for our US team, setting standards, mentoring junior data scientists, and contributing to the methodologies that define Artefact's edge. Key responsibilities include: * Designing and building end-to-end machine learning and statistical models that solve high-stakes business problems — from framing the question to deploying the solution * Conducting rigorous exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, anomalies, and opportunities that inform both technical and strategic decisions * Translating complex model outputs and analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for senior client stakeholders — making the technical accessible without dumbing it down * Partnering with client teams and data engineers to ensure models are production-ready, scalable, and built on clean, reliable data pipelines * Defining the analytical approach for client engagements — selecting the right methods, tools, and frameworks for the problem at hand, not just the ones you're most comfortable with * Contributing to new business proposals — helping articulate Artefact's technical capabilities and translating data science into clear client value * Developing thought leadership and internal methodologies — publishing research, building reusable frameworks, and raising the technical bar across the practice * Mentoring junior data scientists and analysts, actively investing in the team's technical depth and growth What We Are Looking For We want someone who is as comfortable whiteboarding a modeling strategy with a client's Chief Analytics Officer as they are debugging a pipeline at 11pm before a big delivery. You've shipped models that people actually use. You've sat in rooms where the business stakes were real, and you've delivered. You know the difference between a technically elegant solution and a practically useful one — and you always choose useful. You'll arrive ready with the following: * 4–7 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics — with a demonstrable track record of end-to-end model delivery in a client-facing or high-stakes business environment * Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a quantitative field — statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent; strong undergraduate candidates with exceptional experience will be considered * Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or R; you write clean, maintainable, production-quality code * Deep expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling — regression, classification, clustering, time series, NLP, recommendation systems, and/or deep learning, depending on your specialization * Strong command of SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets across cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) * Experience with MLOps practices — model versioning, monitoring, deployment pipelines, and productionization — is a significant differentiator * Exceptional communication skills — you can explain a gradient boosting model to a CFO and a business case to an ML engineer, and both conversations land * Demonstrated ability to lead technical workstreams and mentor junior team members * Consulting or client-facing experience is highly desirable; the ability to manage ambiguity, scope problems, and deliver under pressure is essential * Exposure to marketing analytics, customer analytics, or demand forecasting in a consumer-facing industry is a meaningful asset Why You Should Join Us At this level, you're not just looking for a job — you're looking for the right environment to do your best work. Here's what makes Artefact different: Variety that keeps you sharp. In a product role, you go deep on one problem. Here, you'll work across industries, business functions, and problem types — building the kind of range that makes exceptional data scientists exceptional. No two engagements are the same. Your work actually ships. We have a relentless focus on adoption and impact. The models you build are designed from day one to live in production, influence decisions, and create measurable value — not to gather dust in a final report. A global technical community. With 2,000 data and AI specialists across 36 offices, you'll have access to some of the most sophisticated data science thinking in the world. You'll contribute to — and benefit from — a community of practitioners working on the frontier. Founding team energy. We're building our US practice, which means the norms, standards, and culture you help create now will define Artefact in North America for years to come. That's a rare opportunity at any stage of a career. We are united by our values and strengthened by our hybrid expertise: * There is always a way — We're builders, diggers, and makers. Ideas only count if they get executed. * Client trust is won in the field — We show up where it matters, working side by side with our clients to solve what's real. * If not used, it is useless — We build for adoption and impact. True brilliance is measured by what changes, not what's delivered. * If not shared, our work is not done — Sharing knowledge is how we close the loop — for our clients and for each other. * We learn every day — In a field moving at the speed of light, intellectual curiosity isn't optional. It's survival. our clients grow their data and digital capabilities, and that we’re also growing in parallel. We have 2,000 employees across 26 offices who are focused on accelerating digital transformation. Our state-of-the-art data technologies, lean AI agile methodologies, and cohesive teams of the finest business consultants, data analysts, data scientists, data engineers, and digital experts are all dedicated to bringing extra value to every client. We design data-based solutions to meet our clients' specific needs, always conceived with a business-centric approach and delivered with tangible results. Our data-driven services are built upon the deep AI expertise we've acquired with our 1000+ client base around the globe. Find out more at artefact.com. What You'll Be Doing As a Junior Data Consultant, you'll sit at the intersection of business strategy and data — helping clients make smarter decisions, faster. You'll work directly with clients to understand their challenges, dig into their data, uncover insights that change how they operate, and communicate those findings in ways that drive action. This is not a back-office analytics role. You'll be client-facing, intellectually challenged, and given real responsibility from day one. Our best junior consultants don't stay junior for long. Day-to-day responsibilities include: * Collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from diverse sources — databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and web-based tools * Preparing and structuring data for analysis, including quality checks, error correction, and formatting for statistical software * Analyzing data using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R to surface trends, patterns, and actionable insights * Translating complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences * Partnering with clients to deeply understand their business objectives and co-developing data-driven strategies to meet them * Staying sharp: actively investing in your own professional development as the data and AI landscape evolves rapidly What we are looking for We want builders, thinkers, and fast learners — people who are energized by ambiguity, motivated by impact, and who can hold their own in a room with a senior client. You're the kind of person who asks "why?" before jumping to "how," and you never stop at "good enough." * An undergraduate degree with strong academic performance * 1–2 years of full-time experience in consulting, data/analytics, marketing, finance, or tech * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills — you can represent Artefact confidently in front of clients * Proven ability to collaborate across diverse, multicultural teams; strong intercultural communication skills are essential * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint * A genuine passion for data, digital, and the broader tech economy * A natural desire to teach and develop others; you lift the people around you * Exposure to strategy consulting and/or digital marketing is a strong asset, but not a dealbreaker Why Join Artefact? We're not just a workplace — we're a community of people who believe that data, applied well, can change how businesses operate and how the world works. We move fast, we challenge each other, and we celebrate people who make things happen. Our values aren't decorations on a wall — they're how we actually work: * There is always a way — We're builders and problem-solvers. An idea only counts if it gets executed. * Client trust is won in the field — We show up, sleeves rolled up, working side by side with our clients. * If it's not used, it's useless — We build for adoption and impact, not for slide decks. * If it's not shared, we're not done — Knowledge shared compounds. We invest in each other's growth. * We learn every day — In a field that moves this fast, standing still means falling behind. We embrace the challenge. Compensation & Benefits The estimated base compensation for this role is $125,000 - $135,000. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, this role is eligible for competitive benefits.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE: As a Product Designer at Maze, you'll define what product design looks like for AI agents in cybersecurity — a problem space where the design patterns don't exist yet. This is an early-hire role at a well-funded Series A startup building at the intersection of generative AI and security, and you'll own the product surface end-to-end while working directly with our Head of Product, engineering, and founders. The product challenge is genuinely new. Our AI agents investigate vulnerabilities autonomously, surface findings with real context, and collaborate with security teams to cut through noise. Your job is to design how humans and agents work together — how trust gets built, how decisions get communicated, how complex security workflows become understandable. There's no playbook for this. You'll create one. This role suits someone who operates closer to a product director than a screen-shipper — driving direction, influencing strategy, and making business-impact calls, alongside the visual craft to deliver them. You'll be using AI tools daily to move faster, but your craft is the floor: every design choice should hold up on its own merits, independent of how it was generated. Success looks like a design system shipped and adopted across the product, and concrete product outcomes — feature adoption, POC-to-customer conversion, and customer satisfaction with the experiences you ship. YOUR CONTRIBUTION: * Define AI-Agent UX Patterns: Design how security teams collaborate with autonomous AI agents — how investigations get presented, how trust is established, how humans steer the agent without slowing it down. You're inventing patterns, not applying existing ones. * Drive Product Direction, Not Just Design: Operate as a product-led designer — shaping roadmap, challenging requirements, influencing leadership with research and business reasoning. The bar is "what should we build, and why" alongside "how should it look." * Own the Product Surface End-to-End: Take features from problem framing through shipped product, working in tight partnership with PMs and engineers — including backend. Run discovery, prototype rapidly, validate with customers, and stay close to implementation. No throwing designs over the wall, no shipping around the engineering team. * Build the Design System: Create and scale a component-based design system that becomes the foundation for everything we ship. Establish patterns for AI-human collaboration that the team can build on as we grow. * Pioneer AI-Assisted Design Workflows: Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and exploration — and develop the methodologies the rest of the team will adopt. Your daily workflow is itself a contribution. * Translate Research Into Design: Run customer research, talk to security teams directly, and turn what you learn into shipped product. Use AI-assisted analysis to move from insight to prototype in days, not weeks. * Set the Quality Bar: Establish what "good" looks like for product design at Maze across craft, consistency, and customer impact — as the foundation for a design team that scales behind you. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: * Visual Craft for Data-Dense UI: A portfolio that holds up to detailed scrutiny — strong colour theory, deliberate visual hierarchy, considered information architecture for complex workflows. This is the bar, not a nice-to-have. Your interview will dig into specific design choices and why you made them. * Product Design Track Record: 4-7 years of professional product design experience, with shipped work in B2B SaaS. We're flexible on years; demonstrated craft and clear ownership matter more than time served. * Data-Heavy B2B Interfaces: Direct experience designing for complex workflows, dense data, and technical audiences. Dashboards, investigation tools, developer products, security platforms — the kind of UI where information density and decision support actually matter. * AI as Tool, Not Crutch: You use AI tools (Figma AI, Cursor, v0, Midjourney, ChatGPT/Claude, etc.) as part of your daily workflow and can speak credibly to what they're good for and where they break down. Critically, every design choice you ship should hold up on its own — AI accelerates your work, it doesn't substitute for foundational craft. * Product-Strategic Thinking: Track record of driving product direction, not just executing on briefs. You've influenced what to build with research, framed problems for leadership, and made business-impact calls — ideally in environments where you operated without a dedicated PM. * Deep Engineering Collaboration: Demonstrable history of shipping work in tight partnership with engineers — including backend. Pairing on implementation, working in design tokens, understanding the systems your designs land in, building consensus rather than shipping around resistance. * Design Systems Experience: Background building or meaningfully contributing to a design system in a production product. You think in components, tokens, and patterns, not one-off screens. * Customer-Led Approach: Comfortable running discovery directly with users, synthesising what you hear, and using that to make calls about what to build. You don't wait for research to be handed to you. * Nice to haves: * Experience designing for cybersecurity, developer tools, or other technical product domains * Background designing agentic or AI-native product experiences (not just AI features bolted onto existing products) * Early-stage startup experience where you've operated without a manager or established design function WHY JOIN US: * Define a New Design Space: AI agents in security is a genuinely new problem. The interaction patterns, trust models, and workflows don't exist yet — you'll create them. The work you do here will influence how this entire category gets designed. * Fast-Track to Design Leadership: This is a founding-trajectory role and we're hiring for someone who wants a long-term home, not a stepping stone. As the team scales, the natural path is IC → Lead → Head of Design. If you have leadership ambitions, you'll have the runway to grow into them. If you'd rather stay deeply hands-on, the IC scope grows with the product. * Ambitious Challenge: We're using generative AI (LLMs and agents) to solve one of the most pressing problems in cybersecurity — the gap between vulnerability findings and meaningful action. You'll be designing at the cutting edge of this field. * Expert Team: Work alongside hands-on leaders with experience in Big Tech and Scale-ups. Our team has been part of the leadership teams behind multiple acquisitions and an IPO. * Impactful Work: Cybersecurity is a force for good. The experiences you design will directly affect how security teams protect organisations worldwide. * Build an AI-Native Company: We're building a new company in the AI era with the opportunity to design everything from the ground up — including how the design function itself works. You'll help pioneer AI-assisted design practices and set new standards.
When an issue is too deep for any other tier, it comes to you. You are Legora's final technical authority on how the platform behaves in the real world, not just how it is specced to behave. In legal AI, that gap matters: a platform that behaves differently than promised is not just a bug report, it is a risk to a client's matter, their deadline, or their trust in the product. Your edge is investigative judgment and platform mastery, not writing code: you close the gap between what the product promises and what customers experience, before and after it ships. This is a parallel technical-authority seat working hand in hand with Product Operations, without the software development scope of an engineer. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own the hardest problems: Take the deepest technical escalations from across the function and drive them to root cause through rigorous log, data, and system-level analysis. * Validate the platform before it ships: Support beta testing and pre-GA investigations. Identify where real platform behavior diverges from the spec, pressure-test workflows under real conditions, and deliver findings to Product Operations with clear reproduction steps before they become customer-facing incidents. * Detect and declare systemic events: Identify when individual tickets share a common root cause and trigger coordinated incident response before volume makes the pattern undeniable. Own the signal that turns a cluster of cases into a declared Sev1 or Sev2 incident. * Be the AI subject-matter expert: Serve as the expert on platform behavior and AI output patterns, including accuracy, retrieval quality, document processing, and anomalous output. * Be the support function's voice in Product and Engineering: Bring the real-world pattern of platform failures into product reviews, release planning, and engineering discussions. Surface what the support tiers see that Product Operations does not, and advocate for the diagnostic tooling, observability improvements, and platform fixes that make the function faster and the product more reliable. * Drive technical root cause in incidents: Serve as the technical counterpart to the Principal Platform Advisor on Sev1 and Sev2 events, owning real-time diagnosis, Engineering liaison, and the technical path to resolution while the PPA holds customer coordination. Hand confirmed defects to Product Operations with clean reproduction steps and impact assessment. * Build leverage: Define and drive the diagnostic tooling, test frameworks, and automation that make every tier faster. Feed escalation trends back into product and process improvements, partnering with Product Operations to close the loop. * Raise the bar: Mentor and serve as final-filter reviewer for the specialists across the function. * Cover the clock: This role operates within a global follow-the-sun coverage model. Working hours may include occasional ad-hoc requirements outside the standard schedule. We will communicate any such requirements as early as practicable. WHAT YOU BRING * You have worked deep in technical support, solutions, or a platform-specialist role with a strong technical bent. * You are rigorous about the root cause, and logs, data, and systems are where you are at home. * You understand how LLM and AI systems behave, including how failure modes present to users. * You translate technical findings clearly for both Product Operations and customer-facing teams. * You are effective in cross-functional settings. You can represent the support function's perspective in engineering and product conversations and translate field patterns into product arguments that land. * You are composed under pressure and have experience working major escalations in parallel with customer-facing teams, without losing rigor on the technical investigation. * You think in patterns across cases, not just within them, and you act on a signal before it becomes a problem the customer names first. * A background in legal AI, document processing, or retrieval-augmented systems is a plus. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across regions, on work that crosses every major legal market. * Meaningful work: Your work shapes how the world’s leading legal teams adopt AI day to day. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and the tools to do your best work. * In-person environment: A workspace built for ambitious builders. We are hiring a Senior PMM, Pricing & Packaging to own how Legora prices and packages the Legora aOS platform — translating the depth of a vertical legal operating system into commercial structures that make sense to the buyers who evaluate it. Pricing is where positioning meets revenue. Legora isn't a seat-based horizontal tool being priced like one — it's an operating system with agents, workflows, and practice-specific capability that different buyers value differently. A GC evaluating in-house legal AI and a managing partner evaluating a firm-wide deployment aren't paying for the same thing, even when they're looking at the same platform. This role exists to make sure our pricing and packaging reflect that: capturing the value we create, staying legible to buyers and sales alike, and evolving as fast as the product does. The ideal candidate has spent the better part of a decade in pricing, packaging, or monetization-focused product marketing at high-growth enterprise SaaS or AI companies. They think in frameworks and are equally comfortable building a willingness-to-pay model and writing the one-pager that explains a new package to the field. They know how to partner with GTM, Finance, and Product without letting any one function pull pricing in a direction the market won't bear. What you'll do * Pricing strategy: Own Legora's pricing architecture across segments — in-house legal teams and law firms — ensuring price reflects value delivered. * Packaging architecture: Design and evolve how all Legora capabilities are bundled into packages that are easy for buyers to understand and easy for GTM to sell. * New product monetization: Define pricing and packaging for product lines as they launch, in lockstep with the teams building them. * Market & competitive intelligence: Collaborate with the competitive strategist on ongoing win-loss and competitive pricing analysis to keep our model sharp against how the market is evolving, particularly as AI-native pricing models mature. * Sales enablement: Build the guidance, talk tracks, battlecards, and deal-desk tools that help sales price and structure deals with confidence, including for non-standard or strategic deals. * Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Product leadership to land pricing changes without disrupting the pipeline or the field. * Buyer research: Run willingness-to-pay and value-perception research across in-house and law firm buyers to keep pricing grounded in how they actually make decisions. What you'll bring * 6–8+ years in product marketing, pricing, or monetization roles, with substantial time owning pricing or packaging strategy at scale * Deep experience pricing AI, SaaS, or workflow products for enterprise or professional services buyers — legal a strong plus * Comfortable moving between quantitative rigor (pricing models, elasticity, willingness-to-pay) and clear, persuasive writing that sales and buyers can actually use * A track record of shipping pricing or packaging changes that held up commercially and organizationally, not just on a whiteboard * Demonstrated ability to partner with Finance and Sales leadership without losing sight of the buyer * Exceptional writing. You should be able to point to something you've written and defend every word * Operates with conviction in ambiguous environments and doesn't need a large support structure to produce great work Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
