OFFER Net Insight is a global technology leader powering large-scale live broadcast and media networks, connecting millions of viewers during the world’s biggest events. Since 2021, the company has been scaling a new Synchronization business powered by its patented Zyntai platform — already influencing the global 5G ecosystem. We are now looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join the Customer Success Synchronization group. This is a highly independent, senior role where you work close to customers, product, and R&D — with real influence from customer need to production-ready solution. You will design, deploy, and operate solutions, support customer onboarding, troubleshoot complex systems, and contribute directly to product development based on real customer feedback. The workload can be intense during onboarding phases, but the impact and learning opportunities are significant. Technical experience includes DevOps, Systems, Infrastructure, or SRE roles in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments Operating mission-critical, cloud-native platforms and distributed systems Strong Linux skills Automation, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines End-to-end systems thinking Strong communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts ABOUT NET INSIGHT Net Insight is a global leader in media networks, resource optimization, and streaming solutions.
