Vetenskapsrådet är Sveriges största statliga forskningsfinansiär och har en ledande roll för att utveckla och finansiera svensk forskning av högsta vetenskapliga kvalitet. Nu söker vi forskningshandläggare som utgör ett viktigt stöd i detta arbete! Rollbeskrivning och arbetsuppgifter Varje år kommer det in cirka 7 500 ansökningar om forskningsbidrag till Vetenskapsrådet. Ansökningarna bedöms av cirka 900 aktiva forskare med expertis inom de områden som ansökningarna berör. Avdelningen för forskningsfinansiering ansvarar för att utlysa bidrag, se till att de ansökningar som kommer in bedöms samt att följa upp utfallet av varje års beredning och beslut. Som forskningshandläggare blir du administrativt ansvarig för ett antal av de beredningsgrupper som bedömer och prioriterar ansökningarna efter vetenskaplig kvalitet. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår att rekrytera ledamöter till beredningsgrupper, administrera och handlägga ansökningar om forskningsbidrag, att hålla i löpande kontakt med ledamöter i de beredningsgrupper du ansvarar för, liksom att vara mötesansvarig vid gruppernas möten. Du kommer också att delta i arbetet med att informera forskare som söker bidrag om ansökningsprocessen och de villkor som gäller. Anställningen är placerad vid en av enheterna på avdelningen för forskningsfinansiering, där du kommer ingå i enhetens ansvarsområde. Du kan också bli aktuell att medverka i olika projekt och andra uppgifter på avdelningen för forskningsfinansiering eller i samarbete med andra avdelningar. Arbetet innebär teamarbete med kollegor på myndigheten och mycket kontakt med forskare i olika roller. Verksamheten är periodvis styrd av deadlines med korta tidsmarginaler och ställer krav på att kunna strukturera och prioritera. Vårt myndighetsspråk är svenska samtidigt som de externa kontakterna till stor del sker på engelska. Vem är du? Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper. Kvalifikationer För att du ska lyckas bra i rollen behöver du som person vara flexibel, trygg och stabil samt kunna arbeta bra med andra människor. Du har en känsla för det praktiska, gillar att vara utomhus såväl som inomhus och arbetar lika bra i grupp som självständigt. Vill du bidra till en värld fri från sexuell exploatering av barn? Vi söker en utredare till Ecpat Hotline. I rollen som utredare får du en nyckelroll i vårt arbete med att analysera, identifiera och bidra till nedtagning av sexuellt övergreppsmaterial på barn, samt föreslå och genomföra insatser som motverkar sexuella övergrepp mot barn. Ecpat Sverige är en barnrättsorganisation som arbetar mot sexuell exploatering av barn. Det gör vi genom att sprida kunskap om brottsligheten och arbeta förebyggande så att barn och unga inte ska utsättas. Vi arbetar med opinionsbildning och påverkansarbete gentemot beslutsfattare samt samarbetar med myndigheter, företag och andra organisationer nationellt och internationellt. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: I rollen som utredare i Ecpat Hotline arbetar du operativt med att ta emot, analysera och bedöma tips om misstänkt sexuellt övergreppsmaterial på barn.
