THE ROLE We're hiring a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to define and scale our member communications strategy. In this role, you'll build a best-in-class, global omni-channel lifecycle engine, optimizing the member experience while developing the strategy, systems, and playbooks that drive engagement across our hosting and traveling flywheel. You'll partner cross-functionally to connect a strong digital product experience with the storytelling and emotional connection of a lifestyle brand, creating personalized customer journeys that deepen engagement and drive long-term loyalty. This is a player-coach role: you'll be hands-on to build Kindred’s lifecycle marketing foundation before scaling impact through a team you hire and develop. As such, success in this role requires equal parts thought leadership and execution. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own hosting and travel activation communications experience: Own the strategic roadmap, execution, and optimization of customer communications across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and emerging lifecycle channels. Optimize existing programs, as well as leverage insights to iterate and launch new strategies to activate Kindred members across various audience segments. * Establish Lifecycle function. Establish cross-functional processes for campaign execution, measurement, and reporting. Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics to develop actionable lifecycle performance insights and evolve the data infrastructure that powers personalization, automation, and decision-making. Define lifecycle messaging best practices to deliver consistent, customer-centric experiences, and proactively identify and advocate for the people, tools, and resources needed to support the team's growth and long-term success. * Hone our GTM muscles. Develop messaging playbooks in partnership with PMM for new product launches and marketing campaigns, continuously improving with each iteration. Partner across Product, Engineering, Creative, and Marketing to bring together technical, creative, and lifecycle requirements and deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences. * Be a thought leader on existing members. Serve as the voice of the member by translating lifecycle performance into actionable insights. Regularly share results, learnings, and customer trends to deepen the organization's understanding of member segments, their journeys, and the behaviors that drive hosting, travel activation and long-term engagement. * Build a world-class lifecycle engine. Continually evolve the strategic direction of Kindred's lifecycle marketing discipline by bringing the latest advances in AI, personalization, experimentation, and marketing technology into our member experience. Champion new ways of working that improve efficiency, increase relevance, and unlock step-function growth. WHAT'S REQUIRED * 12+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing and CRM strategy, ideally in consumer marketplace, membership, or network-based products. * Proven track record in building high volume lifecycle programs that drive measurable business outcomes. * You've worked closely with PM’s, Brand, Data, and Engineering teams and have strong project management and communication skills. You can write actionable engineering requirements and creative briefs in the same week. * Analytical mindset, with proven ability to gain insights from high-volume, complex, and omni-channel existing programs, and turn them into actionable results. Strong point of view on lifecycle data infrastructure and pipelines. * Mobile-first experience preferred. Deep experience with mobile and app channels – push, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp – with a strong point of view on channel strategy. * Hands-on experience in building campaigns and workflows, and working knowledge of optimal build-out of canvases, customer segments, and automations. * Equally comfortable rolling up sleeves to execute campaigns on an ongoing basis as you are building a strategy * Scrappy and self-directed: you don't wait for perfect data or a perfect brief. You can make progress toward goals even when there’s ambiguity or a lack of existing process. * Must have experience with Braze, CDP integrations, AI personalization and localization tooling. In a trust-based network, growth isn't just about driving traffic, it's about understanding who you're actually winning with, why, and how to reach more of them. We're hiring a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to be the voice of the customer inside Kindred's growth engine. Your mandate: answer the question we don't yet have a definitive answer to: which segments are the right bets, and what does it take to win them? That means owning segment strategy, positioning, and go-to-market across Kindred's Identity Circles (e.g., solo female travelers, families), Affinity Circles (e.g., runners, design-lovers), and Org Circles (e.g., Google, Stanford) and building the structured testing framework to validate which of these are actually worth scaling. This role sits within the Growth org. You'll equip our channel and brand teams with the segment opportunity sizing, prioritization, audience insights, positioning, and GTM playbooks they need to execute more effectively. Service Deployments owns the full lifecycle of software changes at Stripe. The team's mission is to let developers roll out code and configuration changes safely without sacrificing productivity, with a goal of meaningfully reducing change-related production incidents year over year. The team operates a meaningful on-call rotation and owns the systems that sit in the critical path of every engineer's daily workflow at Stripe. Resource Automation owns the safe-by-default infrastructure change layer: automated remote execution, incremental Infrastructure as Code tooling, cloud resource inventory, and cloud account governance and IAM role management. You will collaborate with this team on projects that span the boundary between deployment orchestration and cloud resource management. WHO YOU ARE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a demonstrated track record of designing and shipping production infrastructure systems of significant scale and complexity. * Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous infrastructure projects end-to-end — from technical design through delivery — including managing cross-team dependencies and coordinating migrations across many consuming teams. * Deep expertise in distributed systems and deployment orchestration: strong foundations in how services are built, scheduled, and operated at scale, including rollout strategies, staged delivery, and failure modes. * Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container-based deployments, including service lifecycle management, workload scheduling, and the operational challenges of migrating large fleets from VM-based to containerized infrastructure. * Strong background in service reliability and operational excellence: demonstrated ability to lead incident response, reduce toil, and build systems that are reliable, debuggable, and maintainable by a team. * Track record of broad technical impact across multiple large systems: fluency across a complex codebase, force-multiplier effect through code review and mentorship, and the ability to set technical direction for a team rather than just execute within it. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS * Background in deployment safety systems: anomaly detection, automated rollback, progressive delivery, or similar mechanisms that reduce the blast radius of bad deployments. * Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka or equivalent) applied to deployment lifecycle observability and notification. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code at scale — Terraform or equivalent — particularly in the context of cloud resource governance and IAM management in AWS or Azure. * Developer platform or internal tooling background: a strong developer experience sensibility and the ability to build abstractions that reduce toil for the engineering teams that depend on your platform. * Change management and feature rollout systems: experience with feature flags, configuration distribution, or audit-log infrastructure that provides safety guardrails around production changes. * Familiarity with service mesh concepts (canary deployments, weighted routing, traffic-splitting) sufficient to collaborate effectively with partner teams on routing capabilities that enable advanced deployment patterns. Respiratory viruses kill 1 million people a year, cost us $600B annually, disrupt everyday life, and periodically threaten civilization. Recent breakthroughs may make it possible to develop and deploy broad-spectrum preventatives and air cleaning technologies that defend against common respiratory infections. Intercept is a $500M philanthropic initiative that aims to radically reduce the burden of respiratory infections, and eventually eliminate them altogether. WHAT YOU’LL DO Intercept is looking for a strategic, execution-oriented life sciences operator to join our team. We are laser-focused on making sure the portfolio of broad-spectrum preventatives needed to radically reduce the burden of respiratory viruses exists. Our goal is to advance 2+ products that meet our target product profile through Phase 2. We make both grants and investments, using the most capital-efficient tool to advance our target product profile. This role will focus on sourcing and diligencing pipeline opportunities to select the most promising broad-spectrum preventatives that meet our target product profile (TPP), developing views on the most promising approaches, identifying new cutting edge areas of science, mapping key technical and clinical/regulatory bottlenecks, developing plans to de-risk them, and managing the grant/investment process from intake to diligence to award select to post-award monitoring. There will be a need to borrow from past product development experiences to expeditiously advance the portfolio, including mapping out known and new pathways for acceleration from discovery to FIH trials and to accelerate projects towards key discovery or product development inflection points. We need someone who can (1) evaluate the quality and value of the science for impact vs probability of success, and (2) zoom out to synthesize what that means for our capital deployment plan and long-term goals. A successful candidate will be action-oriented and comfortable working independently (vs. waiting to be told what to do) and a great communicator who can translate complex science for diverse audiences. Intercept is a small team; you'll work with the entire team, under Intercept’s Head of Science, many partners, and wear many hats. Help ensure our CRM captures ~all known projects, and we have a process to systematically learn about/capture the best new projects early. * Support our RFP and investment process. Help publish our initial RFP, highlighting promising-but-underloved areas we're especially excited to fund. Drive projects from intake through investment/grant execution. * Portfolio management. Monitoring + how we help / accelerate post investment. Help determine what would let the top projects in the field move 2x faster beyond funding. * Map demand-side bottlenecks. Senior Product Manager, Banking Networks Adyen is a truly global company that processes billions in payments annually. Adyen's value goes beyond Ecommerce and In-Person payments with a broad offering of embedded payments and financial services like issuing, bank accounts, and capital; facilitated by Adyen's global banking licenses. Behind every one of these products sits a critical dependency: reliable, direct connectivity to the world's banking infrastructure. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and scale our global Banking Networks capabilities. You will lead the Banking Networks team responsible for integrating with banking partners worldwide, including banks, clearing houses, payment rails and providers (excluding North America, which is owned by a dedicated regional team). This role sits at the core of Adyen's financial products, owning the end-to-end processing of banking transactions across a wide variety of market infrastructures and use cases. You will build and maintain best-in-class banking connectivity that our financial products depend on, from local scheme integrations to real-time payment rails. You will work closely with Banking Products, Payouts, Payments, Merchant Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Commercial, and Operational teams, as well as customers, to understand their needs and translate them into product enhancements together with the development team. What you'll do Set Vision & Strategy * Define Long-Term Strategy: Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for Adyen's global banking network, grounded in customer value and measurable business impact. * Translate Strategy into Roadmap: Translate market infrastructure opportunities and regulatory requirements into clear priorities, actionable roadmaps, and success metrics. * Simplify Ambiguity: Simplify a complex, fragmented space of local schemes, clearing houses, and payment rails by defining clear, actionable integration and capability use cases alongside your engineering and commercial teams. * Own Product Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for banking network integrations and the underlying banking capabilities. Lead Through Influence * Act as Product Authority: Operate as the primary product authority for global banking networks across Adyen. * Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Adyen's core banking system, clearing and settlement flows, and the market infrastructures Adyen connects to. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Support, Sales, and Implementation teams to align our banking capabilities with evolving customer and regulatory needs. * Coordinate with the North America and Foundational teams: Align on shared standards, tooling, and roadmap dependencies to ensure a consistent global banking product. * Lead junior product managers in the team: Manage the focus and dedication (in functional matrix report) of the 2 PMs in the Banking Networks Global team. Who you are * Experienced Product Leader: You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in product management or an adjacent function within a fintech or financial services environment focused on payments.
