Som person är du händig och praktiskt lagd, har lätt för att lära dig nytt och ser möjligheter att kompetens höja dig när det behövs. Du har en god känsla för service och en helhets förståelse samt är bra på att samarbeta med andra. För rollen krävs vissa certifieringar/utbildningar inom specifika områden. B-körkort är ett krav och provanställning kan komma att bli aktuellt. För att få anställning måste du kunna visa upp ett utdrag från polisens belastningsregister, då arbetet bland annat kommer innebära att du att utföra arbeten på kommunens skolor och förskolor.
