Coretura is a joint venture between Volvo Group and Daimler Truck, building a software-defined vehicle platform for the next generation of commercial vehicles. As Product Manager, you'll own the Vision & Perception/ADAS domain of that platform — shaping what gets built and why, in close collaboration with the people who decide when, how, and on what technical foundation it's delivered. The domain you'll own An SDV platform is a set of deeply interdependent domains, each complex enough to need real product ownership — which is why each is owned end to end by a dedicated Product Manager. Yours is Vision & Perception / ADAS: the sensing, perception, and driver-assistance capabilities that let the vehicle understand its surroundings safely and reliably. You'll give OEMs the foundation to build best-in-class Level 2 and 3 ADAS — highway pilots, blind-spot detection, and more — with the reliability they need at the lowest possible cost. Priorities are still being discovered and requirements will shift, so decisions often have to be made with incomplete information. This role suits someone who brings structure to ambiguity rather than waiting for it to resolve. The value you create You'll give the Vision & Perception / ADAS domain a clear, coherent product direction, turning a set of technical capabilities into a roadmap with a genuine end-to-end view. Working closely with the Portfolio Manager, you'll help turn a complete platform picture into an executable plan — weighing technical opportunities against risk and business viability so the offering stays competitive in the market. And because the platform's domains are deeply interdependent, you'll surface cross-domain dependencies early and shape competing customer needs into one product that holds together. What it takes Solid Product Manager experience, with real ownership of a technical product domain Direct experience in one or more of the following: computer vision/perception, sensor fusion, ADAS/autonomous-driving systems, or functional safety (e.g. ISO 26262) and ADAS regulatory/type-approval requirements Strong business acumen — ability to connect product decisions to platform strategy and commercial outcomes, not just feature delivery Comfortable across levels, from strategic portfolio direction to hands-on execution, with the technical literacy to engage credibly in architecture-level trade-offs Structured, self-driven, and confident making good calls under incomplete information Why Coretura? Coretura is building the software backbone for the next generation of commercial vehicles. A joint venture between Volvo Group and Daimler Truck, we're building a Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) platform that redefines how commercial vehicles are engineered, updated, and monetized — one platform robust enough to serve multiple OEMs, while giving each owner room to differentiate in their own markets. 10% of Europe’s CO₂ emissions are caused by residential heating and energy bills are out of control. Aira is here to change that. With our intelligent Aira Heat Pump at the heart, we’re making the switch to clean energy-tech easier and more affordable. Helping Europe turn off gas and slashing energy costs one home at a time. Founded in 2022, and with 1200+ employees and counting, Aira is driving the clean energy revolution by providing homes with modern clean energy-tech solutions such as solar power, battery storage solutions and heat pumps. With a state-of-the-art production facility in Poland, and HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, and hubs across the UK, Germany and Italy, Aira is well on track to install clean energy-tech into 5 million homes by 2034. About the Survey & Design team: The Survey & Design team is part of the Acquisition Area of Aira, which is responsible for the entire sales journey, from lead generation to installed heat pump. Our team sits right in the middle of this, with a critical mission: Build tools that help Aira qualify, size, and design the right energy solution for every home — tools that get more accurate with every installation we do. When selling a heat pump system, you need to know what size of heat pump should be installed and whether any radiators need replacing. If we over-estimate this number, the customer will be paying more than they have to. If we under-estimate this number, we could install a heat pump that is unable to heat our customers' homes. Getting it right is crucial for both conversion and fast, efficient installations. And Aira is uniquely positioned to solve this: we own the entire feedback loop, from qualification through to monitoring the installed heat pump. About the role: Your main stakeholders are our Design Engineers, who work in customers' homes, but our tools impact almost every role in the Aira sales funnel, from Qualification, Sales, and Design all the way to Procurement, Planning, and Installation. You'll own the product direction for these tools across all our markets (UK, Germany, and Italy), offices (Stockholm and Helsingborg), and the factory (Poland). You'll lead a cross-functional team of software engineers and a designer, with a high degree of autonomy. Key responsibilities: Lead a cross-functional team of software engineers and a product designer, setting priorities and deciding what to build, when, and why. Own the product strategy and roadmap for Aira's survey, heat loss, and design tooling, ensuring alignment with the Acquisition Area's goal of profitable, high-quality installations. Drive the team's long-term differentiator: an accuracy-and-learning loop that uses installation telemetry to measure and reduce heat loss estimation error at every stage of the funnel. Become the domain expert on heat loss calculations, balancing each market's regulatory requirements against Aira's business goals. Act as the bridge between deep technical work and the field reality of a Design Engineer working on an iPad in a customer's home. Drive the roll-out of our tools across all markets and make sure they're adopted across every user group. Define the metrics and track how we're progressing toward our goals. We expect you to have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, or a related discipline). 3 years of experience in a similar Product Manager role, leading cross-functional teams of engineers and designers. The ability to own a technically and domain-complex product. You don't need to be a heating engineer, but you must be comfortable diving into a quantitative, calculation-driven domain and earning the trust of expert users. Strong data and analytics instincts: defining the right metrics, designing measurement (and recognising when a metric is misleading), and using data to drive decisions. It would be a bonus if you: Have studied thermodynamics. Are a homeowner, as it helps you understand the challenges our users face every day. Have experience building tools for field-based, operational, or expert workforces. Can speak German or Italian. What is in it for you? Gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing scale-up, with a supportive and inclusive culture, and career advancement opportunities. Collaborate with diverse teams across international markets and launch products globally. Develop and grow personally and professionally in an entrepreneurial-minded environment. Thrive in a dynamic, solution-oriented culture, tackling challenges and driving meaningful solutions that make a positive impact on the world. Influence the company's success, with a visible impact on product development and market growth. Enjoy our brand-new office at Norra Stationsgatan 93 in Stockholm. Conveniently located near public transport, with Sankt Eriksplan and Odenplan stations just a few minutes walk away. At Aira, we champion next-generation energy as well as diversity and inclusion. We firmly believe that a diverse workforce fosters innovation and creativity, enhancing our ability to serve customers and communities effectively. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds, cultures and perspectives to join our team. Our commitment is to uphold equality and inclusivity, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to a better future for our people and the planet.

Senior Product Manager — Growth 🚀 About Nivoda Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B marketplace transforming the global diamond and gemstone industry. We connect thousands of suppliers and retailers across 100+ countries, processing $300M+ in annual transactions — and we're just getting started. The gemstone industry is a $350 billion opportunity, and we're building the infrastructure to unlock it. We move fast, hire exceptional people, and give them real ownership over meaningful work. If you want to join a company at the inflection point of exponential growth - where your decisions show up in the numbers - Nivoda is your place. 🎯 Our Mission The traditional diamond supply chain is broken - opaque, slow, and inaccessible to anyone without deep industry connections. We're changing that. Nivoda's mission is to make the global gemstone market accessible to every business, regardless of size or location. We democratise access to inventory, pricing, and logistics so that a jeweller in Boston has the same power as a trading house in Antwerp. ⭐️ The Growth Team You'll be joining a high-visibility growth pod that owns some of the most critical parts of the Nivoda funnel. The team works at the intersection of data, design, and engineering — and operates with the urgency of a startup inside a scaling business. This is a new co-located team - right in Boston. There will be some flexibility, but we believe that working together in person will help deliver the most speed and impact. 🤔 About the Role As Senior PM for Growth, you'll own the metrics that determine whether Nivoda grows. You'll lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers to ship fast, run experiments, and relentlessly improve conversion and retention across the funnel. This isn't a role for people who want to write specs and hand them over — it's for someone who thrives in the middle of the action, connects data to narrative, and leads their team toward outcomes with clarity and pace. You'll report directly into the VP of Product and have a high-visibility seat at the table. The work you do will directly shape Nivoda's growth trajectory. You'll have autonomy to ship fast and lead the direction of your pod. 😎 What would YOU be doing? * Own key growth metrics across the funnel — from acquisition through to conversion and early retention — and drive measurable, sustained improvement. * Define and execute a roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term structural improvements to the customer experience. * Partner closely with engineering and design to ship experiments and features at pace — you know how to move fast without sacrificing quality. * Use data, customer research, and qualitative insight to identify the highest-leverage opportunities in the funnel and build a clear case for prioritisation. * Leverage AI tools to accelerate your own work — from writing specs, to running analyses, to generating test variants — and embed AI-powered features into the product where they create real value for users. * Tell compelling stories with data — whether you're presenting to the exec team, aligning engineering on priorities, or writing a one-pager that builds momentum. * Run structured experiments: define hypotheses, design tests, measure impact, and translate findings into product decisions. * Lead your squad toward outcomes, not outputs — you set the destination, remove blockers, and create an environment where the team does their best work. * Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand friction points across the funnel and translate customer insight into product improvements. * Monitor key metrics weekly, build dashboards, and maintain a shared view of funnel health across the organisation. 😉 What do we need from YOU? * 5+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrable track record of driving growth or conversion metrics at a B2B or marketplace company. * Strong bias for action — you default to doing, not deliberating. You ship, learn, and iterate. * Exceptional storytelling and communication skills — you can distil complex data into a clear narrative and align stakeholders at every level. * Proven ability to collaborate at speed with engineering and design teams — you know how to build trust quickly and keep cross-functional work moving. * Deep comfort with data: you're proficient in SQL or equivalent, confident building dashboards, and able to design and evaluate A/B experiments. * Experience using AI tools to accelerate product work — whether for research, spec writing, analysis, or feature ideation. * High energy for new problems — you're energised by ambiguity, not paralysed by it. You find a way. * Strong ownership mentality — you treat metrics like they're your own business, not a metric someone else will worry about. ✨ Nice to have * Experience in a marketplace or two-sided platform business. * Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) methodologies and self-serve models. * Background working at a high-growth startup or scale-up where speed of execution was a competitive advantage. * Experience building or optimising in-product flows, lifecycle messaging, or conversion journeys. 🌍 Our culture and what we offer Nivoda is a place where smart, curious people do the best work of their careers. We're flat, collaborative, and deeply invested in each person's growth. We don't have a lot of rules — we have high trust, high standards, and a shared obsession with impact. We believe great products come from teams that feel ownership, have context, and are empowered to act. If that sounds like your kind of place, we want to hear from you. 🎁 Our current benefits Flexible working hours and a vibrant company culture Competitive salary: $170,000 – $190,000 USD 💻 Remote work 🏥 Medical (United Healthcare), Dental & Vision (Guardian Life) benefit 💸 401K benefit (US) 🧠 Plenty of opportunities for growth and learning 🏖️ Unlimited holiday allowance 🚀 Chance to join and contribute to a company during its exponential expansion phase 🤝 Equal Opportunity Nivoda is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences — even if you don't tick every box. If this role excites you, apply. Please submit your CV in English. 📬 Not quite the right role? If this isn't the perfect fit but you're excited by Nivoda, join our Talent Pool and we'll reach out when a role that suits you opens up.
