About 0TO9 0TO9 is a profitable European fintech bank with an uncommon model: we don't just run a bank - we build them. Alongside our core banking operations, we act as a venture builder, co-founding entrepreneur-driven fintech companies and giving them capital, licenses, and infrastructure from day one. Each venture targets a different banking product or vertical. We move fast, we're already profitable, and the people around the table have some of the strongest track records in European banking and fintech. The role Your mandate is the legal and administrative backbone of an international tech group, corporate documentation, governance, compliance, and the structures that let fast-moving companies stay in order. This isn't a support role. You are the legal order. What you'll do Own corporate documentation and governance across the group's legal entities, board minutes, articles of association, powers of attorney, share registers, and filings. Drive and coordinate compliance processes, ensuring each group company meets its legal obligations in its respective jurisdiction. Support leadership and boards on contract reviews, NDAs, and commercial frameworks. Own the administrative processes tied to corporate structure and ownership, including changes from acquisitions, new incorporations, and restructurings. Build and maintain the systems that keep legal documentation actually findable when it matters. About you 3–5 years of experience in corporate law, legal administration, or corporate governance, ideally from a law firm, audit firm, or in-house corporate legal function. Comfortable working in an international environment with multiple entities and jurisdictions. Structured by default and used to owning processes, you don't wait for someone to tell you how something should be done. Strong written and spoken English; Swedish is a genuine advantage. Bonus: experience with M&A processes, multi-jurisdiction company registrations, or working in a tech or SaaS environment. Who you are You find it satisfying when the right document is in the right place and the corporate calendar actually lines up. You thrive in a company that moves fast, and you're the one making sure that movement happens with order underneath it. You don't need a rulebook. You're good at writing them. What we offer A central role in an international fintech group with real ambition. Genuine ownership of your function, not a prescribed lane to stay in. Colleagues who are good at what they do and respect when you are too. Hybrid work, based out of a beautiful Stockholm office.

We provide infrastructure for entrepreneurs ready to start and scale the next generation of financial products and platforms. Founded in 2025, we're already 75+ co-workers across Europe, and growing fast. Our name reflects our mission: from zero to success, from idea to impact, from now to what's next. The Role We're looking for a Senior IT Operations Engineer who enables our organization to grow. You'll be part of a team that delivers IT and cybersecurity to the companies in our portfolio, supporting them whether they're onboarding a new team, setting up a new office, or choosing the right tools. This is a senior role with real strategic weight. A relationship builder who enjoys being the face of IT toward colleagues and portfolio companies, proactive, approachable and service-minded.
