This is a longterm, full-time, hands-on service design assignment within digital services and experience design. 📝 JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is looking for a Senior Expert / Senior Service Designer for digital services. This is a design role at its core — hands-on service design, customer journeys, and service blueprints — not a Service Owner, Product Owner, or business strategist role. You will join an Experience Design team shaping digital services that enable productivity, uptime, and long-term customer value across complex B2B service ecosystems. You will lead service design initiatives from understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to shaping concepts, aligning stakeholders, and supporting implementation. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. * Portfolio must show your own design contribution, process, and outcomes — including research and insights, journeys or service blueprints, concepts or prototypes, collaboration, and resulting impact. * Hands-on experience with research, synthesis, journey mapping, and service blueprinting. * Strong systems thinking — connecting user needs, digital products, business, technology, and operations. * Experience navigating complex organisations and aligning multiple stakeholders. * Ability to balance customer needs with commercial and operational realities. * T-shaped designer: strong in experience design, with service and business design capability layered on top — not a traditional Service Owner / Product Owner / business strategist with limited hands-on design experience. 💫 YOUR PROFILE An experienced human-centered designer who thrives in ambiguity, creates structure, and turns complex service ecosystems into clear experience direction. Collaborative workshop facilitator with strong stakeholder alignment skills. Valuable experience includes B2B, industrial products, SaaS, connected services, IoT, telematics, fleet management, dealer ecosystems, or global digital products. 🏙 PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT west coast Sweden 💭 OTHER Applications must be submitted through this link 3135
