Come join us as our Product Engineer We’re looking for a Product Engineer with a fullstack profile who wants to help us build the next generation of Mevisio and our platform. You’re comfortable working across the stack and have enough experience to take ownership of what you build – from understanding the problem to getting a solution into production. And AI of course, is already part of how you work. You use it to explore ideas, write and review code, debug, test, learn and move faster. Not because someone told you to, but because you genuinely like how it makes you and us faster and smarter! This is Mevisio Mevisio is a Swedish SaaS company building a platform that digitizes management and collaboration in the manufacturing industry. Our platform replaces the physical whiteboards traditionally used for daily meetings on the shop floor. Teams use Mevisio to visualize KPIs, manage activities, follow up deviations and bring real-time information together in one place. The platform is highly customizable and integrates with other systems, which makes the technical challenges both interesting and varied. Today, Mevisio is used by large manufacturing companies across the world. Why Mevisio We’re a small SaaS company with large international customers and a lot left to build. That means you’ll get close to the product, the customers and the decisions. You won’t only receive finished tickets and implement them. We want you to understand the problem, challenge ideas and help us figure out the best solution. Our values – People Matter, Aim High, Better Together and Customer First – guide how we work with our customers and with each other, which must be your core too. What will you do? You’ll work across our product – from frontend experiences to backend services, APIs, data and integrations. You’ll build new features, improve what already exists and solve technical problems that come from running a flexible platform used by manufacturing companies around the world. Because we’re a small team, you’ll be involved throughout the process. You might discuss a customer problem in the morning, figure out a solution together with the team and start building it the same day. AI is a natural part of our work. We want you to experiment with how modern AI tools can help to continuously improve the development process , work faster and better – while still taking responsibility for the quality, security and maintainability of what we ship. We want someone who is passionate about building a software factory, automated operations, and an AI-assisted product work! What does a day look like? We always start the day with freshly brewed coffee and some chat about what’s going on. After that, you might work on a new product feature, investigate a problem reported by a customer or discuss an upcoming solution. You could spend part of the day in the frontend, move over to an API or backend service and later use an AI coding agent to explore a solution, refactor something or help you test an idea. Some problems will have a clear answer. Others won’t. We want you to be comfortable figuring things out along the way and dig deeper when it’s needed. For lunch, we usually have a box or get something from the restaurants near the office. But lunches are most of the time eaten together. Music can be played at times too, and we would love to hear your favorite! What we think you will bring to us You don't need to have been developing software for ten years. We're looking for someone around mid-level, with a solid technical foundation and enough experience to work independently. We think you have: A few years of professional experience in full-stack software development. Experience building and shipping real web applications across both frontend and backend. A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering Physics or another relevant technical field is a plus. Solid knowledge of modern web development, APIs, databases and software architecture. Experience working with cloud-based applications and modern development practices. The ability to take a feature or problem from idea to production. Professional fluency in English. Experience from B2B SaaS, integrations or complex configurable products is a plus. Basic understanding of LLM principles and limitations, agent host architecture and security practices, MCP protocol And then there’s AI... again... We’re genuinely interested in how AI is changing software development, so this part matters to us. You already use tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar as part of your everyday development workflow. You’re curious about what these tools can do, but you also understand their limitations. You don't blindly accept generated code – you review it, understand it and take responsibility for what ends up in production. Maybe you've also experimented with agents, LLM APIs or AI-powered product features. That's a plus, but not a requirement. What matters most is that AI isn't something you're waiting to start using. You're already exploring what it means to be a developer in an AI-native world. Who you are You’re curious, pragmatic and like building things. You enjoy solving problems without needing every detail specified in advance. You take responsibility for your work, but you're not afraid to ask for input or challenge an idea when you think there’s a better way. You like learning new things and sharing what you discover with the people around you. And while you care about moving fast, you also care about building things properly. We’re a small team, so who you are matters just as much as what you’ve done before. Other perks and benefits 🚆 Centrally located office near public transit 🏖️ 30 paid holidays annually 💪 Attractive wellness contribution 📈 Pension plan 🪐 Opportunities for professional development 🔕 Flexible working hours and hybrid office setup 🎊 Regular social gatherings and team activities 💻 Latest tech gear ☕️ Coffee and tea every day Come join us and build the best solution out there! And let's have fun while doing it! NOTE: we already have an external partner in this recruitment why we kindly ask other firms not to contact us!
COME JOIN US AS OUR NEW GLOBAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE! You’ve worked in B2B sales for a few years and know what the job is about. Now you’re looking for a role where you get more freedom, more responsibility and the chance to find your own way of getting results. A big part of this role is simple: create activity. Find the next opportunity, start the conversation and keep things moving. But the biggest part of it? Enjoy it all! THIS IS MEVISIO The Mevisio Platform helps leaders and teams work smarter through visualization, better communication and more efficient ways of working. Many of our customers work according to Lean principles and use daily huddles to manage their operations. With Mevisio, the traditional whiteboard is replaced by an interactive digital platform where teams can visualize KPIs, activities and their daily work. The platform is highly customizable, which means our customers can adapt it to their own processes and integrate it with other systems. Our customers are found across several countries, with a focus on manufacturing. WHY MEVISIO We’re a small SaaS company with large international customers and plenty left to build. Working in a small team means you’ll have a lot of freedom, but also a lot of responsibility. There won’t always be a finished playbook or someone telling you what to do next. We want you to bring your own ideas, try things and help us figure out what works. We also care a lot about the kind of company we build. Our values – People Matter, Aim High, Better Together and Customer First – are important in how we work with customers and with each other. WHAT WILL YOU DO? You’ll work with large international customers, with a strong focus on growing our existing global accounts. Our customers can have many sites, teams and decision-makers around the world. Your job is to understand those organizations, build relationships and find where Mevisio could create value next. You’ll also work with new business. We expect you to create your own activity – prospect, reach out, ask for introductions, use your network and LinkedIn, and find new ways into the companies we want to work with. You’ll own your opportunities from the first conversation through to the deal. WHAT DOES A DAY LOOK LIKE? We always start the day with freshly brewed coffee and some chat about yesterday's activities! After that, you might follow up on an opportunity in Europe and then map out new contacts within one of our global customers. Later, you could run a discovery meeting or demo, work on a proposal, quote or prospect for new business or speak to an existing customer about their next site. Some days will be more focused on building pipeline, others on moving existing deals forward. The important thing is that you don’t wait for your calendar to fill itself. You decide where to focus, create activity and keep things moving! You got ideas of solutions yourself, and whenever help is needed - you bring the right people onboard, where you help out together! WHAT WE THINK YOU WILL BRING TO US We’re not looking for the longest CV, but you need enough experience to be comfortable taking ownership of your sales work. Most of all, it's about ambition, curiosity and of course, to have fun while doing it! WE THINK YOU HAVE: * At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, including responsibility for your own sales processes. * Experience with prospecting and creating your own opportunities, not only working with inbound leads. * Experience building relationships with different stakeholders, preferably within larger organizations. * A structured way of working and the persistence to keep several opportunities moving at once. * Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written. * Experience from SaaS, international sales or manufacturing is a plus. WHO YOU ARE You’re curious, structured and ambitious. You like getting things done and don’t need someone else to create your next task. You’re comfortable reaching out to people you don’t know, asking questions and trying another way when the first one doesn’t work. At the same time, you’re genuine and care about the people around you. You want to do a great job, but you also want to do it in a good way – for the customer, your colleagues and the team. We’re a small team, so who you are matters most of all! OTHER PERKS AND BENEFITS 🚆 Near public transit 🏖️ Paid Holiday 📈 Pension plan 🔕 Flexible working hours 👨👩👧 Work-life balance 🎊 Social gatherings 🏢 Central Office 🧑🏾💻 New tech gear ☕️ Free Coffee/Tee
COME JOIN US AS OUR NEW SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST Do you enjoy being somewhere between technology, business and people? Understanding how things work, figuring out how they could work better, and then turning that into an actual solution? We’re looking for a Solutions Specialist to join Mevisio. You’ll work closely with our customers and sales team to understand real operational challenges and show how Mevisio can solve them. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the technical side and the conversation around it. THIS IS MEVISIO Mevisio is a Swedish SaaS company offering a low-code platform that digitizes management and collaboration in the manufacturing industry. Our platform replaces the physical whiteboards traditionally used for daily meetings on the shop floor. Teams use Mevisio to visualize KPIs, manage activities, follow up deviations and bring real-time information together in one place. The platform is highly customizable and can be adapted to different processes, organizations and systems. Today, Mevisio is used by large manufacturing companies across the world. WHY MEVISIO We’re a small SaaS company with large international customers and plenty left to do! Working in a small team means you’ll have freedom, but also responsibility. You’ll be expected to solve problems, bring ideas and involve the right people when you need them – rather than wait for someone to hand you the answer. We also care about the kind of company we build. Our values – People Matter, Aim High, Better Together and Customer First – guide how we work with customers and with each other. WHAT WILL YOU DO? As a Solutions Specialist, you’ll become one of the people who understands both what our customers are trying to achieve and what our platform can do. You’ll work alongside our Account Executives throughout the sales process. You might join an early customer meeting to understand how a factory works today, identify their challenges and then translate those needs into a solution in Mevisio. You’ll configure the platform, prepare and run demos, discuss technical possibilities and integrations, and help customers understand how Mevisio could work in their environment. Sometimes the answer is straightforward. Sometimes you’ll need to investigate, test things, ask questions and bring in colleagues from Product or Engineering to find the right way forward. You’ll also be an important link back to our product team. By being close to customers, you’ll see recurring needs, challenges and ideas that can help us make Mevisio better. The role includes some international travel to meet customers and understand their operations first-hand. WHAT DOES A DAY LOOK LIKE? We always start the day with freshly brewed coffee and some chat about yesterday’s activities. After that, you might prepare a tailored demo for a manufacturing customer, join an Account Executive in a discovery meeting or configure a solution using our low-code platform, JavaScript and JSON. Later, you could investigate a technical question from a customer, discuss an integration with Engineering or work through a new use case to figure out what is possible. Some days are more technical. Others are spent talking to customers. You need to enjoy both. WHAT WE THINK YOU WILL BRING TO US We’re looking for someone who is technically curious, understands business and enjoys solving problems together with customers. We think you have: * A technical or engineering degree, for example within Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, IT or a similar field. * A few years of experience from solutions consulting, presales, technical consulting or a similar customer-facing technical role. * Experience from, or a good understanding of, the manufacturing industry. * The ability to understand a customer’s business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions. * Experience working with different stakeholders, from operational teams to technical and senior decision-makers. * Technical experience with JavaScript. Experience with JSON. APIs or integrations is a plus. * The ability to explain technical concepts in a way that makes sense to people with different levels of technical knowledge. * Professional fluency in Swedish and English. German is a plus. WHO YOU ARE You’re curious and like figuring things out. When a customer asks, “Could Mevisio do this?”, your instinct is to understand why they need it and then explore how we could solve it. You’re comfortable taking responsibility and working independently, but you also know when to bring others in. You enjoy working closely with customers, genuinely care about solving the right problem and like sharing what you learn with the rest of the team. You don’t need to know everything from day one. But you need the curiosity to learn, the technical confidence to dig into problems and the ambition to keep getting better. -We’re a small team, so who you are matters just as much as what you’ve done before. Other perks and benefits 🚆 Near public transit 🏖️ Paid Holiday 📈 Pension plan 🪐 Development opportunities 🔕 Flexible working hours 👨👩👧 Work-life balance (we use a hybrid work set up) 👟 Gym around the corner 🎊 Social gatherings 🏢 Central Office 🧑🏾💻 New tech gear ☕️ Free Coffee/Tee We hope you feel excited about the position and we would love to get to know you more!
