Finally, you are fluent in both Swedish and English with excellent written and spoken communication skills, while proficiency in another Nordic language or German is a valuable plus. As Partner Manager, you'll work closely with Tobias Forsberg, Head of Marketing, to build strategic relationships, develop joint initiatives, and expand Ongoing's partner ecosystem. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • At least 3 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, account management or technical sales within B2B software. • A track record of generating pipeline or revenue through partners or other indirect channels. • A solid understanding of software ecosystems and integrations, and the ability to explain how systems such as ERP, e-commerce platforms and WMS work together. • Professional proficiency in both English and Swedish.
