At Voyado we build the technology that helps retailers communicate with millions of customers every day. Whether it’s a personalized email, an automated SMS after a purchase, or a real-time customer journey, the Communication Area is where those experiences come to life. Our teams build everything from customer-facing editors and automation tools to the distributed systems responsible for delivering messages reliably at scale. We’re now looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our engineering teams within the Communication Area. You don’t need years of Engineering Management experience to succeed here—we’re looking for someone with strong leadership potential, technical credibility, and a genuine passion for helping engineers grow. You’ll report to Beate, Engineering Area Lead for Communication, and work closely with Product Managers and Architects. About the role As Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for both your team and its delivery. Your primary focus will be creating an environment where engineers can thrive. You’ll coach people, create clarity around priorities, help the team navigate challenges, and ensure sustainable delivery over time. While you won’t be expected to write production code, we believe great engineering leadership comes from understanding what your team is building. You’re naturally curious about technology, enjoy diving into the product, and want to understand the technical challenges your engineers face—not because you need to make every technical decision yourself, but because it helps you become a better leader. In this role, you will: Lead, coach and support a team of Software Engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback and development conversations. Create clarity around priorities, planning and team ownership while enabling sustainable delivery. Foster an inclusive, collaborative and psychologically safe team culture where people can grow. Help the team navigate dependencies, remove obstacles and continuously improve ways of working. Contribute to cross-team collaboration within one of Voyado’s fastest-growing product areas. Who you are You’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping engineers succeed. You build trust by listening, asking good questions and creating an environment where people take ownership. You enjoy coaching others, but you’re equally interested in understanding the product and technology your team works with. You don’t need to be the most technical person in the room, but you’re comfortable participating in technical discussions and earning credibility through curiosity and good judgement. We also believe you have: Experience leading software engineering teams as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Team Lead or similar. A software engineering background that allows you to engage confidently in technical discussions. Experience working with senior engineers and enabling teams through coaching rather than hands-on implementation. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. An interest in improving ways of working while respecting what already works well. Excellent communication skills in English. It’s a bonus if you’ve worked within SaaS, distributed systems, retail tech, martech or CRM platforms. High Impact. Great People. Real Growth. You’ll join a company with strong momentum, modern technology, and a collaborative culture where ideas and initiatives are encouraged. At Voyado, we care about creating an environment where people can grow, collaborate, and enjoy the journey together. We move quickly, challenge ideas, and work closely across teams to deliver meaningful impact. Some of our benefits: 30 days of vacation Wellness allowance Personal development opportunities Summits and team activities Four days from the office and one day from home About Voyado Voyado is the Agentic Customer Experience Suite for retail. Fantastic! 🎉 Applying is easy — submit your LinkedIn profile or upload your resume. We’d love to hear what excites you about this role and what challenges you’re eager to take on. Be yourself, and let your passion shine through. A quick note about our recruitment timeline: As many of us will be taking some well-deserved summer vacation, this process will move a bit slower than usual. We’d still love to hear from you as soon as possible! Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you’ll apply! Additional information As part of our recruitment process, we conduct a background check on the final candidate. Making it personal with AI We believe you’ll position yourself best for success in the interview process by being yourself, with support from AI where it makes sense. Later in the process, you may even be expected to use AI. At the end of the day, what matters is meeting you — the person behind the application. There is no such thing as a perfect candidate; we’re all human, so please bring your authentic self. Don’t let AI over-polish your CV or answers to the point where we can’t hear your real voice, because that’s what we care about most.

BUILD SOMETHING MONUMENTAL FOR HEALTHCARE! At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care. We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you! ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an exceptional Senior AI Engineer to join us in building the future of healthcare in Europe. This is not a traditional ML role. We’re looking for someone who has spent the last few years deeply immersed in building real-world, LLM-native products - someone who has moved beyond prototypes and understands what it takes to ship fast, reliable, production-grade AI systems that users depend on every day. Today, our AI products are already used daily by thousands of healthcare professionals across Europe. Our AI scribe is live in production at significant scale, and we’re now expanding far beyond documentation into a broader suite of AI-native workflows and products across the healthcare experience. You’ll join a small, highly ambitious team building some of the most advanced applied AI systems in European healthcare. We believe AI will fundamentally reshape healthcare over the coming decade, and we’re building products that meaningfully improve how care is delivered at scale. This role comes with substantial ownership, not only over technical execution, but also over shaping new AI initiatives, product directions, and how AI gets deployed across the company. We’re still early enough that the right person will have enormous impact on both the product and the organization, while working alongside an unusually strong team of engineers, builders, and operators. This role is ideal for someone currently building AI-heavy products at a startup or fast-moving tech company, and who wants to work even closer to the frontier of applied AI. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Build and scale deeply integrated LLM-powered product experiences used daily by healthcare professionals across Europe * Lead new AI initiatives from concept to production, helping define both technical direction and product strategy * Design robust systems around prompting, orchestration, evaluation, retrieval, agents, speech, and model infrastructure * Own projects end-to-end - from early product thinking and architecture decisions to deployment and iteration in production * Work closely with product, design, and engineering to create AI experiences that feel magical while remaining reliable and practical * Continuously evaluate and integrate new models, tooling, and infrastructure as the ecosystem evolves * Improve performance, latency, reliability, and cost-efficiency across our AI stack * Help shape how we work with AI across the company as we continue scaling our platform and team WHAT YOU BRING * 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2–4 years spent primarily building and shipping LLM-powered products * Strong hands-on experience applying modern LLMs in production environments - not just experimentation or research * Experience building agentic workflows or complex multi-step LLM systems * Experience leading technical initiatives or owning major AI product areas with high autonomy * Experience working with evaluation pipelines, model monitoring, or AI reliability systems * A strong product mindset and intuition for building AI experiences that create real user value * Experience operating in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership and ambiguity * Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to build high-quality systems end-to-end * Experience with technologies such as Python, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, or similar modern tooling * Deep curiosity about the rapidly evolving AI landscape, and excitement to stay at the frontier of applied AI * A collaborative, low-ego approach and desire to work with exceptionally talented teammates Bonus Points * Experience with speech-to-text, voice AI, or multimodal models * Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries * Experience with fine-tuning and training LLMs LOCATION We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This role is based in our vibrant HQ in the Epicenter building in the heart of Stockholm where you will work primarily from our office to collaborate, connect, and build our culture. HOW TO APPLY We adopt a continuous selection process, so please make sure to apply with your CV in English. Our interview process consists of 4 stages: 1. Screening interview with Talent Acquisition 2. Technical interviews with some of our Engineering team 3. System Design Interview at our office - Join us in the Stockholm office for a lunch and a Product focused System Design interview to experience our culture firsthand, collaborate with our team, and see how you work in action. 4. Follow-up interview with our CTO & Co-Founder We're currently in the middle of vacation season, which means it may take us a little longer to review applications and get back to you. Thanks for your patience - we're looking forward to reading your application! BENEFITS * Competitive salary & company stock options * 30 days/year of paid vacation * 5,000 SEK wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) plus an additional 6,000 SEK yearly to spend on other health related initiatives * Generous Parental leave top-up for new parents * Private Medical Insurance to stay healthy * Mental health support through our partner Mindler * Pension program * Social and team-building activities (off-sites, after works, winter/summer parties) * An opportunity to make a real positive impact in the world of healthcare * Work with some of the best minds in AI, healthcare, and engineering. We review our benefits packages on a regular basis and might modify our benefits from time to time. CULTURE AT TANDEM At Tandem, we move fast, think big, and take ownership. Preferably, you are also fluent in either Norwegian or Swedish. Analytical and data-driven, actively measuring what works, constantly optimising the flow of information. You have the courage to stop doing what doesn’t. A collaborative networker who easily establishes trust, bridges the gap between teams, and coaches leaders to communicate with purpose and clarity rather than just volume. WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE? Your overall mission is to improve how information flows across Vend, moving the company away from scattered, ad-hoc messages and towards channels that work. Your work focuses on four main areas: Product manager for internal channels: You will evaluate what is currently working well, build on those strengths, and look at how we can make our internal channels even better. Content planning & editorial calendar: You will own the overarching content planning and editorial calendar, ensuring smooth timing and that we get the message out both internally and externally. Strategy & change communication: You will drive the internal rollout plans for our corporate strategy alongside the team and build clear communication plans for big internal initiatives and new projects. Internal employer branding and EVP: You will bring what makes Vend a great place to work to life on the inside. This means shaping an excellent onboarding experience with our physical Vend Onboarding Day, while ensuring our great benefits, upskilling and development initiatives are naturally woven into our everyday communication. To pull this off, you'll work alongside our Executive Communication Manager to align our company story, and team up with our Digital & Content Manager to turn your plans into videos, podcasts, and digital articles. You’ll also be a close sparring partner for our external comms advisors, leadership team, and experts across the company. The challenge to turn into an opportunity! Life in comms is rarely predictable. Things change fast, deadlines can be tight, and briefs aren't always perfect. Your biggest challenge here will be breaking old habits, moving us away from just dropping a quick Slack message or writing another intranet article. Instead, you'll bring in new ways of working, experiment with AI, fresh tools and formats, and coach colleagues to choose clarity and relevance over sheer volume. This is your chance to shape the future of internal comms at Vend. A few words from Kristine Eia Kirkholm, Communication Director Hey! I am Kristine, Director of Communication. We are a small, collaborative team that values clear and engaging communication. As a leader, I want you to challenge my thinking and bring your own perspective to the table. If you are a tech-savvy comms professional with an editor’s mindset and thrive on making the complex feel easy, we need to talk. Want to get a feel for our culture and what drives us? WHAT WE DO AT QLIRO At Qliro we deliver safe and simple payments. We are a dedicated partner to our merchants who serve their customers every day. We believe that if our merchants grow, we grow. We are a company of dedicated, friendly and highly competent people that together have redefined what Qliro and payments can be. We are now on a journey of scaling our business both here in Sweden and the Nordics. WHAT YOUR TEAMS ARE DOING: We are seeking a Product Designer to join our design team, working closely with two of our product teams: Checkout Experience and Web & App. As a Product Designer at Qliro you own the full design cycle — research, prototyping, and crafting engaging, intuitive experiences — across the products these two teams build. You work side by side with Product Managers and engineers in both teams to drive the design forward based on research and data, and you help shape our shared design framework together with the rest of the design team. • Checkout Experience owns the checkout flow for our merchants’ customers, building the best e-commerce checkout and payment widgets. It’s a fullstack team with a lot of humour, collaboration and drive. • Web & App builds the products where our merchants’ consumers follow their purchases. A self-organised, autonomous team with full ownership of features from discovery all the way to operating them in production — fullstack, with most of its focus on the front end. WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO: • Drive the end-to-end design process, from discovery to implementation, across the Checkout Experience and Web & App product areas • Break down complex UX and design challenges into safe, simple and tangible solutions • Partner closely with Product and engineering in both teams from an early stage — understanding technical limitations and keeping consumer value at the centre • Balance the needs of two product teams, prioritising where your design time creates the most impact • Make AI part of how you work — using it to move faster, explore more directions and raise the quality of what you ship. At Qliro we expect everyone to actively embrace AI in their craft • Help define our design framework and ways of working together with the other designers in the design team • Help grow an insight-driven design and product culture at Qliro WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM You are a talented Product Designer with a creative mindset on how to solve tasks efficiently. You identify areas for improvement and can work both along a long-term strategic plan and deliver quick fixes where needed. You’re comfortable serving more than one team at once — juggling different contexts, stakeholders and priorities without losing the thread. You have extensive experience with digital products in fast-moving environments and a good understanding of the financial world and the demands it places on a great user experience. • Relevant education and 3–7 years of experience in product design, preferably within a payments domain • Figma is your best friend • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong collaboration skills, a real team player • Experience within the financial industry, or a good understanding of financial systems through interest • Naturally curious and insights/data driven • Can create structure in chaos by being self-driven and action oriented • Strong proficiency in Swedish, both writing and speech WOW IN EVERYTHING WE DO Qliro is the place for you who are curious, passionate and love collaboration. Together we have the power to create wow in everything we do. Feel comfortable being you and bringing your own unique perspectives. At Qliro there is a place for you whoever you are — differences are a strength. We love flexibility and remote work, and we also believe in the power of meeting in real life. With a mix of working remotely and collaborating in the office, we believe in a flexible workplace that suits both you and Qliro. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOUR NEXT ROLE? WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR - APPLY NOW! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Qliro is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to gender, gender identity or expression, national origin, religion or other beliefs, disability, sexual orientation or age.
Mentimeter is an engagement tool with a clear goal in mind. To turn presentations into conversations. Through real-time interactivity and clear visualizations, we get people to participate, engage and become more productive. Transforming all those passive meetings, airless classrooms and drawn out trainings into valuable and memorable moments. We truly believe that you achieve the best results by doing things together. And that successful leaders need to adopt a curious and collaborative mindset in order to get there. So with you at Mentimeter, you’ll be a big part of the ambition to help over 1 billion people listen, learn and work better together. SUMMER HIRING NOTICE: DUE TO SUMMER VACATIONS, WE WILL BEGIN THE REVIEWING AND INTERVIEWING PROCESS FOR THIS ROLE FROM AUGUST. HOWEVER, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE ROLE At Mentimeter, strategy turns into product in our Areas – groups of teams led by a Product Director, with you owning the engineering alongside them. You'll be one of two Engineering Directors at Mentimeter, sitting in Area Leadership: you own how we build – technical direction, architecture, quality, and engineering leadership – and co-own your Areas' outcomes and trade-offs with your Product Director and Design Director peers. In practice, that means leading 5–8 teams of typically 2–5 engineers each, through your Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers, building a product used by more than 300 million people. Your accountability is the performance of the Product Areas: clear team missions, strong engineering leadership, healthy delivery, and outcomes that ladder into company, technology, and product strategy. This is a senior, high-impact role in a company growing into a multi-product business at global scale. WHAT THIS ROLE IS It is a technical leadership role. Together with your Staff Engineers – the bar-setters who lead the craft inside the teams – you own technical direction and architectural coherence across your Areas: the standards for how we build, and an engineering-quality bar that holds. You set and evolve that technical strategy with them; it does not arrive from somewhere else. It is also a business leadership role. You reason about customer outcomes, capacity, and investment, not just engineering. Build-vs-borrow-vs-buy calls land on your desk, and we expect you to ground them in a business context. It is a role where you lead through leaders. Your job is to grow Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers who grow great engineers. If your instinct is to be the smartest engineer in the room, this will frustrate you. It is not a delivery management role. Delivery belongs to the teams, not to you or your Engineering Managers, and we place heavy trust in them to run it. EMs grow engineers; you create the conditions: ownership so unambiguous that escalations are rare, and decision boundaries so clear that autonomy actually works. It is not a role where strategy is handed to you. You grab ambiguity unfazed and create clarity for others, in a company that keeps changing shape as it grows. It is not a hands-off role either. This is not a role for leaders who think of themselves as engineering adjacent. You stay close enough to the technology to challenge and be challenged. WHAT YOU'LL DO TURN STRATEGY INTO OUTCOMES * Translate company, technology, and product strategy into clear team missions, boundaries, and success measures. * Keep technology and product strategy tightly aligned: shared priorities, shared trade-offs, shared outcomes. * Own the Areas' outcomes together with your Product and Design peers, from planning through delivery. OWN HOW WE BUILD * Own technical direction and architectural coherence across your Areas – the systems hang together as teams move fast. * Set the engineering-quality bar with your Staff Engineers: the standards for how we build and review, held consistently across teams. * Move your Areas toward agentic development – make AI part of how every team builds, and own that shift as an outcome, not an experiment. CREATE THE CONDITIONS FOR AUTONOMOUS TEAMS * Give teams unambiguous ownership, a clear mission, and known decision boundaries. That is what autonomy is built on. * Build a native product-engineering culture where engineers participate in discovery and work from customer and business outcomes. ALLOCATE CAPACITY AND INVESTMENTS * Allocate engineering capacity across teams, and rebalance as priorities change. * Make trade-offs at Area level rather than inside individual teams, and decide where engineering effort creates the most value. * Drive build-vs-borrow-vs-buy decisions with long-term business impact in mind. Budget, headcount, and tooling follow strategy. LEAD THE LEADERS * Coach and grow your Engineering Managers and the Areas' Staff Engineers, and hold them accountable for the growth of their engineers and systems. * Raise the leadership bar: calibrate how your leaders show up across their teams, and step in early when a team needs more. * Build the next generation of engineering leadership through hiring, feedback, and honest development conversations. KEEP DELIVERY HEALTHY * Balance speed, quality, and technical investment so the Areas deliver without heroics. * Resolve cross-team and cross-Area dependencies before they become bottlenecks. * Spot weak signals in team delivery and technical direction, and course-correct early. * Make technical debt visible and deliberately managed, not discovered in firefights. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE * Every team in your Areas can explain its mission, ownership, and success criteria – and has the autonomy to act on them. * Engineering investments clearly ladder into product, technology, and company strategy. * The architecture stays coherent as teams move fast, and the engineering-quality bar holds across your Areas. * Your Areas are visibly further along on agentic development – AI is part of how every team builds, and you can show the shift. * Product and Design pull engineering into decisions early – because they want to, not because they have to. * Your Engineering Managers grow visibly, and engineers' craft grows because of them. * The Areas deliver against their goals, and hold that pace under pressure. * Issues surface early; late-stage reversals and escalations are rare. HOW YOU LEAD, AND HOW AI RUNS THROUGH IT You lead with heart and bravery: you care personally about people and decide courageously, in line with our leadership commitment. You balance care and challenge, supporting your leaders while holding a high bar. You multiply through others. And you are AI-native. Not as an initiative, but as an instinct. AI runs through how you work, how you think, and how you lead – and you are actively rethinking what an engineering organization looks like when AI is part of how every team builds. Pushing the craft forward is part of who you are: you want to be at the forefront of the move from a software development lifecycle to an agentic one – from SDLC to ADLC. We are working this out in practice at Mentimeter, and you will help set the patterns the rest of the company learns from. WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE * You were an excellent engineer before you were a leader: deep fluency in code, systems, and your domain, now extended into how AI changes all three. That foundation carried you into leading teams, and then into leading the leaders of teams. * Five or more years of engineering leadership at scale: you have led Engineering Managers and senior staff across an organization of 50+ engineers, with a track record of growing them and the business. * Experience owning engineering across multiple teams in a product company, ideally at Area or department level. * A habit of turning strategy into team scope, priorities, and measurable outcomes. * Experience allocating capacity and making investment trade-offs across teams, not only within one. * Strong product instincts: you work from user and business outcomes, not delivery tasks. * A track record of owning technical direction and architecture across multiple teams, and keeping it coherent as they scale. * Commercial judgment: you ground investment calls in business context. * Experience leading through change: restructures, migrations, and ever-shifting priorities. It is beneficial if you have * Experience from product-led B2B SaaS. * Hands-on experience leading teams through the shift to AI-driven engineering. * Experience reshaping organizations as they change along with their needs. NOT REQUIRED * Swedish is not required. Daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts 50+ nationalities. * A cover letter is not required as part of your application. At Mentimeter, we believe in fair and transparent compensation that grows with you. The salary range for this role is SEK 88,000–SEK 102,000 per month. It’s intentionally broad to reflect the different stages of growth within the role: from early development to deep expertise and meaningful impact. Where an individual is placed within the range depends on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements. All of this comes attached with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including pension contributions. Learn more about our benefits by visiting our Benefits & Perks page AI and Hiring at Mentimeter At Mentimeter, we believe AI helps us work smarter - but it never replaces the human assessment, curiosity, and personal connection that define our culture and our hiring. We use AI as a sparring partner: to bounce ideas, bring new perspectives, support structure, and make our work more efficient. But the meaning, decisions, and interactions always come from people. * AI does not screen or decide on candidates. * There is no automated filtering, ranking, or decision-making in our recruitment process. Every application is reviewed by a person. * Hiring teams may use AI to support their work - for example, to structure notes, prepare interview questions, or organize their thinking. AI strengthens our work, but it does not define it. At Mentimeter, we’re not building an AI-driven hiring process - we’re building a people-first culture, where technology helps us listen, learn, and grow together. Culture at Mentimeter At Mentimeter we believe in giving everyone a voice - regardless of who you are. So we build a platform that does just that. Our platform is not only our product but also our organization. A platform where people feel safe, where differences are embraced, a place where you can have fun. We strongly encourage applicants who are people of color, LGBTQ+, women, people with disabilities, and/or formerly incarcerated people, and a college degree is not strictly required. In order to give everyone a voice, we need to be as diverse as our users. Learn more about our culture by visiting our Culture page. Review our Privacy Policy for more information.
