ABOUT VERCEL: Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company. We free people and agents to ship what’s next. For more than a decade, Vercel has shaped how the web is built. As the team behind Next.js, v0, and AI SDK, we create products that help builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience. Now, software is entering a new era, and the next generation of products will not just be used by people. They will be built, extended, and operated by agents. We are building the platform for that future, trusted by companies like OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. Whether you’re building our products, supporting our customers, growing our community, or shaping our story, you’ll help define what comes next. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Solution Architect in the Field Engineering team, you will span both technical pre‑sales and post‑sales, serving as a trusted advisor to our enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle. In pre‑sales, you will qualify technical fit, design future‑state architectures, run evaluations, and demonstrate how Vercel unlocks measurable business outcomes. Post-sales, you will act as a technical quarterback, helping customers successfully adopt and standardize on Vercel by aligning the right resources at the right time. You will guide architecture and implementation decisions, identify when to engage Professional Services or Developer Success, and work across Product and Engineering to unblock customers and drive long-term success for critical AI and Web workloads. If you’re based within commuting distance of our London or Berlin office, the role includes in-office anchor days. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, qualify customer use cases, and shape solution strategy for key opportunities. * Design target architectures for modern Agentic workflows, and AI and web applications on Vercel, including frontends, APIs, data and edge services, and integrations with headless and composable ecosystems (CMS, commerce, payments, media, analytics). * Create and deliver tailored demos, technical presentations, and workshops that clearly articulate Vercel’s value and differentiate our platform. * Own and run proofs of concept and pilots end‑to‑end: define success criteria, guide implementation, remove technical blockers, and ensure executive‑level outcomes are documented. * Act as lead architect post‑sale for strategic accounts, guiding onboarding, reference implementations, migration patterns, and best practices for building and operating on Vercel. * Proactively engage with customers on performance, reliability, and cost optimization, using metrics like Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, and observability data to drive continuous improvement. * Collaborate with other members of the Field Engineering Team to standardise playbooks, reusable assets, and patterns that scale across customers and regions. * Respond to and coordinate security, compliance, and architecture reviews, partnering with internal specialists on areas like data protection and regulatory requirements. * Capture recurring themes, patterns, and gaps from the field and feed them back into Product and Engineering roadmaps as the technical Voice of the Customer. * Contribute to internal enablement and external content (reference architectures, example repos, talks, and blog posts) that help developers be successful on Vercel. * Some travel elements are expected relating to industry events, customer on-sites. ABOUT YOU * You have significant experience in a customer‑facing technical role (solutions architect, sales engineer, platform architect, Agency Software Engineer) working with modern web or cloud platforms. * You bring strong hands‑on skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks, ideally including Next.js, and are comfortable reviewing and discussing application code with engineering teams. * You understand web performance, caching, networking, and security fundamentals, ideally AI/LLM powered applications and Agentic workflows and can translate them into practical guidance for enterprise architectures. * You are equally comfortable discussing business outcomes with executives and implementation details with developers, switching context quickly while maintaining credibility. * You have a track record of owning complex technical projects, juggling multiple stakeholders, and delivering on time in fast‑moving environments. * You thrive in collaborative field teams, enjoy mentoring others, and value clear, concise communication and documentation. * You are familiar with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and how SaaS and edge platforms integrate into broader enterprise architectures. * You have empathy for developers and a passion for great developer experience, and you enjoy helping teams build accurate mental models of how platforms work. * Bonus if you have experience of building AI powered applications, or Agentic workloads, ideally leveraging tooling such as the AI SDK. BONUS IF YOU * Have production experience deploying and operating Next.js or other modern frontend frameworks on Vercel or similar platforms. * Have worked with organisations standardising on composable architectures (headless CMS, commerce, search, analytics, and identity providers). * Hold cloud or architecture certifications (for example, Cloud Solutions Architect certifications) or have led large‑scale migrations to cloud‑native platforms. * Are familiar with security and privacy standards such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, or HIPAA and have participated in customer security reviews. BENEFITS: * Competitive compensation package, including equity. * Inclusive Healthcare Package. * Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills. * Flexible Time Off. * We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed. Bannerflow is a fast-growing global SaaS company building a Creative Intelligence Platform that enables enterprise brands to predict, create, and optimize advertising across channels. We're on a company-wide AI transformation journey, where AI and agentic workflows are becoming a core part of how we build and innovate, with high expectations on adoption across all teams. We're now strengthening our Customer Experience team for the next phase of the business and are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who gets energy from solving complex problems and making customers successful, not just closing tickets. You debug problems. You own tickets. You make customers feel heard. With a 99% customer satisfaction score, our Customer Experience team is the frontline of what we promise customers and we're raising the bar. As AI reshapes how we build and how our customers work, this role is evolving too. We want someone who's excited by that, not intimidated. What you'll actually do You'll be the person customers turn to when something's broken, unclear, or not working the way they expected. That means: Handling support across chat, email, and video, owning tickets from first contact to resolution, no handoff limbo Troubleshooting and reproducing technical issues: reading console errors, using browser dev tools, and writing clear bug reports with steps, logs, and customer impact Triaging what's a you-problem vs. an engineering-problem, and knowing how to package the latter clearly Building and maintaining knowledge base content that actually helps people self-serve, and exploring how AI can make that content smarter and more scalable Bringing customer patterns and feedback back to product, CS, and leadership. You're the voice at the table Who you are You've done this before in a B2B SaaS environment and you know what good looks like. You don't forward problems, you solve them. When a customer is frustrated, you lead with empathy and follow through with honesty. You're a strong fit if you: Have hands-on experience supporting a technical SaaS product with enterprise customers Are comfortable in a browser console. HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript don't scare you Communicate fluently in English, in writing and on calls Follow up proactively and don't let tickets go cold Are curious about AI tools and how they can improve support quality and efficiency Thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and ownership is real Bonus points for experience in Martech, or familiarity with the Meta/Google ad ecosystem. You must be eligible to work full-time in Sweden without restriction. Why Bannerflow We live by three values: passion, collaboration, and challenge. You'll work with people who care deeply, push each other to grow, and know how to have fun doing it. Trust and ownership are real here, you'll have the space to do your best work without someone looking over your shoulder. We offer a competitive package including pension (ITP1), health allowance, parental leave top-up, health care insurance, and a hybrid setup. And with padel tournaments, hackathons, Friday beers and more, there's plenty of life outside the work too. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities. Are you + Bannerflow = true? If you're the kind of person who digs into a problem rather than bouncing it, and you want to grow in a company that takes both technology and its customers seriously, we'd love to hear from you.

We are seeking a highly autonomous, high-output DevOps & AI Engineer to design and build a pioneering AI-assisted system. This solo-developer initiative will automate the complex integration, merging, and migration of game project branches across versions, encompassing both Unreal Engine 5 and our proprietary APEX engine projects. You will be responsible for creating an intelligent system that not only manages Git and Perforce workflows but also integrates seamlessly with Jenkins for robust preflight validation and automated testing. Leveraging advanced LLM-powered agentic workflows, the system will classify, triage, and reliably resolve merge conflicts, moving beyond blind binary merges to intelligently interact with engine APIs and scripting environments. This is a critical role for someone ready to independently build a sophisticated backend agent framework and an intuitive frontend dashboard while leveraging an existing, mature CI/CD infrastructure. What you’ll do Design and Build an AI-Powered Integration System: Architect, develop, and deploy a comprehensive AI-assisted platform that automates game project branch integration across Unreal Engine 5 and APEX. The system will support both Git and Perforce version control and integrate seamlessly with Jenkins-based CI/CD workflows. Develop Intelligent Conflict Resolution: Implement advanced LLM-powered agentic workflows to classify, triage, and resolve merge conflicts. Focus on deep contextual understanding, multi-pass investigation, and intelligent decision-making rather than relying on blind binary merges. Engine and Scripting Automation: Leverage native Python scripting and engine APIs to interact directly with Unreal Engine, automate tasks such as Blueprint recompilation and contract-change updates, and extend these capabilities to proprietary engines such as APEX. Full-Stack Development and Workflow Orchestration: Independently build both the backend agent framework and an internal, project-specific frontend dashboard. Design and manage complex state machines for "Paused Integration" workflows, enabling human-in-the-loop intervention and continuous learning through self-reflection mechanisms based on human resolutions. Define and Track Success Metrics: Establish, monitor, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure AI effectiveness, including Attempt Rate, Escalation Rate, and Rollback Rate, ensuring continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and system reliability. Who you are: Version Control & CI/CD Mastery: Deep expertise in both Perforce and Git, with a strong understanding of their distinct workflows and underlying models, as well as hands-on experience designing and authoring Jenkins pipelines for robust CI/CD processes within mature development infrastructures. Game Engine & Asset Pipeline Knowledge: Working knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 project structures and asset pipelines, including a strong understanding of the challenges associated with merging game-specific assets such as .uasset files, Blueprints, and other engine-generated content. Applied AI/ML Practitioner: Proven ability to build practical applications using LLMs through APIs, including prompt engineering, context engineering, agentic frameworks, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Experience applying these techniques to areas such as code-diff analysis, semantic understanding, and automated conflict resolution, with a focus on orchestration rather than model training. Polyglot Developer & Systems Integrator: Proficient in Python, C# for engine tooling, and C++, with full-stack web development experience (e.g., React and Node.js) for internal dashboard development. Skilled at orchestrating complex systems and integrations across multiple platforms and APIs, including version control systems, CI/CD tools, Jira, and Slack. Autonomous & Strategic Thinker: A highly self-directed professional capable of independently driving complex projects, strategically leveraging AI orchestration to delegate work to specialized agent sub-systems, and designing resilient architectures with robust state management. Game Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in the game industry or engine development, with a strong appreciation for the unique technical and workflow complexities of game production. Note: Research shows under-represented groups in the industry might not apply to a job if they don’t check off every requirement. At Avalanche, we’re more about your drive to learn and interest in tackling challenges than what’s on your resume! So don’t stress if you don’t tick every box— shoot us your application anyway! When joining Tibber, you won’t just help scale a forward-thinking tech company – you’ll contribute to a real shift in how people consume electricity. With millions of smart devices connected to the Tibber platform (like electric vehicles and smart thermostats), we have one of the most unique energy trading portfolios on the market. We’re looking for a Senior Ai Platform Engineer to join us in making the energy transition happen – maybe that’s you? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Mission 🚀 As a Senior AI Platform Engineer, you’ll join the Agentic Enablement side of our Platform team and help build the technical foundation for how Tibber adopts and scales agentic systems across engineering. Your focus will be on the architecture, workflows and trust infrastructure that allow AI agents to safely support software development - from writing and testing code to reviewing changes, triggering workflows and knowing when to involve a human. This is a platform role, which means the engineers building agents at Tibber are your users. Your success is measured by how quickly and confidently they can move from idea to production without needing you in the room. This role is for someone who enjoys building reliable systems, thinking deeply about architecture and helping teams adopt new ways of working with confidence. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What you'll do ✅ * Contribute to the design and architecture of Tibber’s agentic development platform, including orchestration layers, platform integrations, feedback loops and escalation paths, and the developer-facing CLI and onboarding experience. * Take ownership of key platform components, from design and implementation to reliability and continuous improvement. * Help define workflows, quality standards and ownership models for how agents can write, test, review and support code. * Help shape safe and reliable agentic workflows, including human-in-the-loop boundaries. * Build trust infrastructure that makes agentic systems observable, secure, reversible and reliable in production. * Work closely with Staff Engineers and the wider Platform team to build on Tibber’s AWS, Kubernetes and infrastructure foundations. * Bring people along through clear technical communication, thoughtful collaboration and strong engineering judgment. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What we're looking for⚡ You are driven by impact and know how to turn strategy into execution. You're used to fast-paced environments and thrive when given clear goals and high accountability. We believe you'll thrive here if you: * Bring hands-on production experience building and running reliable agentic software systems. * Treat evaluation as a first-class engineering concern, you’ve built eval pipelines for non-deterministic systems, whether LLM-as-judge, regression suites, or golden datasets, and know that measuring agent quality in production is an ongoing discipline, not a launch checklist. * Bring hands-on production experience building and running reliable agentic software systems. * Have strong infrastructure knowledge across Kubernetes, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, and platform networking. * Demonstrate strong software engineering depth in TypeScript, with the ability to own and operate services end-to-end. * Enjoys to communicate technical directions and collaborate with engineering teams to enable adoption, and turn platform capabilities into real impact. * Apply a strong security mindset to agent permissions, least-privilege designs, and blast radius awareness. * Have working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), evaluation frameworks, or cloud capabilities like AWS Bedrock. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 💆🏻♀️💆🏽♂️The Tibber Mindset Tibber exists to drive energy independence - away from fossil dependency. Our tech helps hundreds of thousands of households shift their electricity consumption to more sustainable and affordable hours - from electric vehicles to smart thermostats, all connected to the Tibber platform. We strengthen the resilience of the grid. Not in theory. In everyday life. We win, fail, and grow together, staying curious and pushing for better every day. AI is shaping how we work - and we're on a journey to make it central to everything we do. The further we go, the more our Tibberinos matter - and yes, that's what we call ourselves! Started by two founders in 2016. Now 300+ Tibberinos across Stockholm, Oslo, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Førde. And we're still just getting started. You're welcome at Tibber for who you are. We hire for what you can do and how you think - not your background or where you've been. Diverse teams build better products, and we mean that.

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. AI is reshaping how enterprises buy, adopt, and expand work management platforms — and the conversation is moving faster in EMEA than most vendors are equipped to support. Smartsheet is building a market-leading AI narrative anchored in organizational intelligence, agentic workflows, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and this role exists to make that narrative land with EMEA field teams and the enterprise buyers they serve. As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager on the AI GTM Strategy team, you will be the in-region AI product marketing partner for Smartsheet's EMEA sales organization. You will translate the global AI narrative, product roadmap, and enablement infrastructure into regionally activated content, training, and field support — ensuring EMEA account executives, solution engineers, and customer success managers can lead substantive AI conversations that drive pipeline and expansion. This is not a generalist PMM role. You will own the intersection of AI product marketing and regional field activation across EMEA, working at the pace of a rapidly evolving product surface and a field organization that needs to be ahead of the market conversation. The role is hybrid, based at Smartsheet’s corporate offices in London, UK. You will report to our VP, AI Market Strategy. You will own: AI Narrative Activation — EMEA * Execute the regional activation of Smartsheet's global AI narrative across EMEA field teams, adapting messaging for market maturity, regulatory context, and competitive dynamics specific to European enterprise buyers. * Develop EMEA-specific AI positioning guides that address regional buyer concerns including data sovereignty, GDPR implications for AI-powered workflows, and compliance-sensitive adoption paths. * Maintain a living understanding of how AI messaging resonates differently across EMEA sub-regions (UK&I, DACH, Nordics, France, Southern Europe) and adjust field guidance accordingly. AI Sales Enablement — Regional Delivery * Serve as the primary AI enablement resource for EMEA field teams — translating global enablement packages (training decks, demo scripts, prompt cookbooks, competitive briefs) into regionally relevant, sales-ready formats. * Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver AI-specific training sessions, certifications, and deal support for EMEA account executives and solution engineers. * Build and maintain the EMEA AI content suite in Smarsheet’s Enablement platformHighspot: discovery slides, AI use-case messaging guides, MCP value narratives, and competitive positioning against regional alternatives. * Track enablement adoption through leading indicators including Gong keyword usage, Highspot engagement, and qualitative field feedback on content quality and deal impact. MCP & Platform Extensibility — EMEA GTM Support * Support the regional go-to-market activation for Smartsheet's MCP platform, including multi-connector capabilities, partner integrations, and agentic workflow positioning. * Develop EMEA-specific MCP use-case content that connects platform extensibility to the workflow patterns, integration ecosystems, and buyer priorities prevalent in European enterprise environments. * Partner with EMEA partner teams to align AI and MCP messaging with regional channel and technology alliance strategies. AI Customer Activation — EMEA * Develop and deliver regional AI activation programs that help EMEA customers move from initial AI feature adoption to embedded organizational intelligence workflows. * Partner with EMEA Customer Success to build AI-specific customer engagement frameworks, including AI readiness assessments, use-case workshops, and adoption milestone tracking. * Source and develop EMEA customer proof points, case studies, and reference stories that demonstrate AI-driven business outcomes in regionally relevant contexts. Competitive Intelligence — AI in EMEA * Maintain current competitive intelligence on AI positioning from competitors active in EMEA markets * Develop EMEA-specific competitive battle cards and objection-handling guides that address how competitors position AI capabilities to European buyers. * Provide regular competitive briefings to EMEA field leadership on shifts in competitor AI messaging, product launches, and market positioning. AI Thought Leadership & Market Presence — EMEA * Support Smartsheet's AI thought leadership presence at EMEA industry events, analyst briefings, and regional marketing campaigns. * Develop regionally relevant AI content (blog posts, webinar scripts, event presentations etc) that builds Smartsheet's credibility as an AI-forward platform in European markets. * Partner with EMEA demand generation to integrate AI messaging into regional campaign strategy and execution. How You Will Drive Business Value * Accelerate EMEA pipeline influenced by AI positioning by ensuring field teams can lead credible, differentiated AI conversations with enterprise buyers from first contact through expansion. * Improve EMEA win rates in competitive deals where AI capabilities are a decision factor by delivering sharp, regionally relevant competitive positioning. * Drive AI-led expansion within the EMEA installed base by equipping Customer Success with activation frameworks and use-case content that open new AI-driven conversations in existing accounts. * Build Smartsheet's regional brand as an AI leader in the European enterprise work management market through concentrated field activation, customer evidence, and thought leadership. * Other duties as assigned You Have: * 8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment, with meaningful time spent in or supporting EMEA markets. * Direct experience translating global product narratives into regionally activated field content and sales enablement for European enterprise audiences. * Working knowledge of AI and automation concepts sufficient to engage credibly with technical buyers, solution engineers, and product teams on AI-related topics — you do not need to be a data scientist, but you need to understand the conversation. * Familiarity with the European regulatory and data sovereignty landscape as it relates to enterprise AI adoption (GDPR, AI Act, data residency considerations). * Strong writing and messaging skills — able to take complex AI product capabilities and turn them into clear, buyer-resonant value claims that work in a European context. * Comfort working directly with Sales, Customer Success, and field teams across multiple EMEA sub-regions to validate, iterate, and activate positioning in real time. * Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to bring structure to complex, fast-moving environments while juggling multiple high-stakes relationships * Experience with competitive intelligence and the ability to maintain current, actionable competitive views in a fast-moving market. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. * Fluency in English is required * Ability to work in the UK on an ongoing basis Why This Role * Own the AI go-to-market activation for one of Smartsheet's most strategically important regions at a moment when AI is the primary differentiator in enterprise buying decisions. * Work at the intersection of product marketing, field enablement, and AI strategy — a rare combination that builds career-defining expertise. * Join a high-velocity AI GTM Strategy team with direct line of sight to executive leadership, product strategy, and commercial outcomes. * Shape how a leading enterprise platform shows up in the AI conversation across Europe — not as a feature checkbox, but as a platform that makes organizations measurably more intelligent. STAFF FORWARD DEPLOYED ENGINEER, AGENTIC SDLC - (EMEA ONLY) AN OVERVIEW OF THIS ROLE GitLab’s Forward Deployed Engineering team is a field-situated product engineering function focused on strategic customer outcomes, artificial intelligence (AI) adoption, and direct contributions to GitLab’s product. This isn't a traditional field engineering, solutions architecture, or professional services role. As a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work closely with customers while maintaining the technical standards and contribution discipline of a Staff-level product engineer. You'll work where strategic customer urgency, complex technical ambiguity, and GitLab product execution intersect. You'll partner directly with strategic customers and teams across Product, Engineering, Support, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Solutions Architecture (SA), Customer Success Architecture (CSA), Customer Success Management (CSM), and Professional Services. You'll diagnose and resolve high-impact adoption blockers, contribute production-quality fixes and features, and turn what you learn into repeatable patterns for GitLab and its customers. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS Strategic customers sometimes encounter challenges that are too broad, deep, urgent, or cross-functional for any single team to own from start to finish. These challenges may involve product gaps, performance degradation, scale bottlenecks, AI governance, adoption blockers, architectural constraints, Git usage patterns, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) complexity, application programming interface (API) automation, security requirements, or operational instability. Forward Deployed Engineering provides technical stewardship in these moments. The team doesn't simply observe, report, or escalate. You'll engage directly, diagnose the underlying technical problem, collaborate with the right teams, contribute code or technical solutions where appropriate, and transition the outcome into normal ownership once the customer is stable and the learning can be reused. WHAT YOU’LL DO PRODUCT CONTRIBUTION * Contribute production-quality code to GitLab’s product and adjacent systems. * Develop bug fixes, features, integrations, tooling, and performance improvements when strategic customer outcomes require direct engineering work. * Work within GitLab’s product and engineering processes, including issue discovery, merge request creation, testing, review, documentation, and maintainability. * Partner with Product and Engineering so customer-driven solutions support long-term product direction rather than becoming one-off customizations. * Turn blockers discovered in the field into durable product improvements, reference architectures, documentation, and repeatable implementation patterns. STRATEGIC TECHNICAL STEWARDSHIP * Engage with strategically important customers when adoption, retention, executive confidence, or public trust is materially at risk. * Diagnose complex problems across GitLab product behavior, customer architecture, Git internals, CI/CD workflows, API usage, observability, infrastructure, networking, and cloud environments. * Coordinate across Product, Engineering, SRE, Support, SA, CSA, CSM, Professional Services, and customer technical teams to drive resolution from discovery through handoff. * Provide recommendations grounded in data, traces, and systems analysis to improve GitLab usage, workflows, automation, and architecture. * Create durable outcomes without establishing permanent dependency on Forward Deployed Engineering. AI ADOPTION AND AGENTIC SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE * Drive governed, measurable, and production-oriented adoption of GitLab Duo Agent Platform with strategic customers. * Identify and resolve AI adoption blockers involving governance, usage controls, auditability, security, compliance, operating models, workflow design, and integrations. * Develop customer-safe adoption patterns for the agentic software development lifecycle (SDLC), AI-assisted development, intent-based review, AI governance, and human-in-the-loop software delivery. * Partner with Product, Engineering, Field, and Customer Success teams to turn AI adoption learning into reusable guidance and product improvements. THOUGHT LEADERSHIP * Create technical narratives grounded in customer experience and product reality that can help shape the industry’s approach. * Contribute to Well-Architected Frameworks, whitepapers, webinars, reference architectures, technical strategy memos, and adoption frameworks. * Guide ideas through discovery, formulation, validation, amplification, and adoption across GitLab. * Partner with SA, CSA, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Product Marketing Management, CSM, Support, and executive stakeholders to make technical thought leadership a shared company capability. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Staff-level experience building, operating, or improving complex production software systems. * Experience contributing to large, mature product codebases with high standards for testing, maintainability, performance, and security. * Strong Ruby on Rails or Go experience and the ability to contribute directly to GitLab’s product and adjacent systems. * Experience with AI-assisted software development, agentic workflows, AI governance, model evaluation, context management, prompt and workflow design, or AI adoption in enterprise environments. * Experience diagnosing complex system behavior across application code, data stores, infrastructure, observability, networking, APIs, and customer usage patterns. * Deep knowledge of modern DevSecOps workflows, including Git, merge requests, CI/CD, security controls, compliance needs, and enterprise software delivery. * Experience working with strategic customers or senior technical stakeholders in ambiguous, high-impact situations. * The ability to coordinate across product, engineering, field, and customer teams without formal authority. * Strong written communication and sound judgment, including the ability to create technical narratives and distinguish reusable product work from customer-specific customization. STRONGLY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Direct experience with GitLab as a platform, including GitLab.com, GitLab Dedicated, or GitLab Self-Managed. * Production experience with Ruby on Rails, Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, Vue, TypeScript, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, or observability tools. * Deep familiarity with Git internals, repository performance, large-scale Git usage patterns, or GitLab Runner behavior. * Experience creating technical thought-leadership materials, such as whitepapers, technical talks, architecture frameworks, requests for comments, public technical writing, or internal strategy documents. * A background in performance engineering, site reliability engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or distributed systems. * Experience working in open source or highly asynchronous engineering environments.
