Tasks and Responsibilities: * Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment and machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure strict compliance to SOPs, forms and checklists in line with the quality management system. * Monitor production output and process efficiency to meet operational and quality targets, and achieve KPIs set by management. * Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts of raw materials, components, and finished products, as well as the transfer of materials in the ERP system. * Perform routine quality checks on in-process and finished goods to ensure adherence to specifications. * Ensure that products meet all customers’ requirements by eliminating non-conformance incidents and maintaining quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance through accurate documentation, inspections, sampling, testing, and audit support. * Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance personnel. * Receive incoming materials, verify shipments against purchase orders, and report discrepancies. * Prepare inventory for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation. Ensure shipment is fulfilled in a timely manner within the set timelines and specifications. * Actively participate in continuous improvement projects (e.g., 5S, Kaizen events, value stream mapping) to enhance efficiency, quality, safety and minimize downtime. * Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager. Skills & Qualifications (Essential): * Diploma in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing), logistics and supply chain management or equivalent experience. * 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in a warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment, ideally with a company in the technology/hardware space. * Must be able to lift up to 20 kg and stand for extended periods. * Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, able to perform repetitive tasks and multi-task well. The Role: Yubico is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our UKI, Nordics & MEA enterprise business. This is a true player-coach leadership role. Croissance des certifications : Veiller à ce que 100 % des membres de la pratique obtiennent au moins une certification Shopify Partner ou Shopify Developer dans un délai de 12 mois. Qualité des solutions : Garantir l’intégrité architecturale, l’évolutivité et la maintenabilité de toutes les solutions Shopify Plus livrées, mesurées à l’aide des scores de satisfaction client et des indicateurs de performance après la mise en production. Contribution au pipeline de ventes : Participer activement à des opportunités représentant un pipeline annuel d’au moins 8 M$ en commerce Shopify (non pondéré), avec un objectif de conclure plus de 3 M$ en nouveaux clients ou en expansions majeures. About the Role We are looking for an experienced HIL Development Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) architecture, development, modelling, integration, and system-level debugging. This role is focused on developing and maintaining advanced HIL environments used for vehicle system validation. We are looking for engineers who have experience building and improving HIL test systems – not only executing tests. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real-time simulation, ECU integration, automotive communication, and troubleshooting complex embedded systems. You will work closely with development, verification, and integration teams to secure robust test environments and support the validation of future vehicle technologies. Key Responsibilities HIL Development & Integration (Mandatory) Design, develop, commission, and maintain HIL test rigs and environments. Integrate ECUs, I/O systems, communication interfaces, sensors, and actuators into HIL platforms. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 12+ years of progressively broadening engineering experience, with a strong track record of success in the software development and delivery of complex, enterprise-class software. * 5+ years in significant leadership roles, including proven experience managing distributed engineering teams and large-scale application development for Windows desktop and Google Cloud deployments. * Strong business and technical acumen with a strong understanding of development processes and project planning and execution management. * Demonstrates a "high organizational IQ", successfully navigating and managing highly technical, geographically distributed teams. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to convey complex technical information effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders and audiences at all levels.
