Gruppboendet kommer ha 6 st lägenheter där servicemottagare i åldern 20-40 år kommer bo. Självklart kommer inte alla hyresgäster flytta in samtidigt, utan detta sker i olika etapper för att skapa så bra förutsättningar som möjligt.   Vi söker nu ett antal engagerade och motiverade stödassistenter som vill vara med och forma det nya boendet. Att starta upp en helt ny verksamhet ställer stora krav på oss som utförare. Du behöver därför vara en handlingskraftig, initiativ- och ansvarstagande person. Vidare bör du tycka om utmaningar, ha ett lösningsfokuserat förhållningssätt och vara beredd att ge det lilla extra. Som stödassistent kommer du ha ett omväxlande arbete där du på olika sätt stöttar servicemottagarna i alla förekommande sysslor i vardagen, tex. morgon- och kvällsrutiner, matlagning, tvätt och städ. Du kommer följa med på fritidsaktiviteter som tex. simning, pingis och dans. Du har fadderansvar och gör upp veckoplaneringar, du samverkar med externa kontakter så som daglig verksamhet, anhöriga, gode män och olika vårdkontakter. About the research project   Project: Practice-based school research in mathematics education Since 2017, Chalmers has been a part of the national initiative on practice-based school research within the framework of ULF (Education, Learning & Research, ulfavtal.se). The projects have been initiated and implemented in close collaboration with teachers at the training schools affiliated with Chalmers' teacher education program, Learning and Leadership. The overarching goal of the project is to further deepen the collaboration around practice-based school research together with our training schools. To make this possible, a postdoctoral position is planned with the assignment to, in close dialogue with principals and teachers, identify challenges within mathematics teaching, formulate research questions based on these, and carry out the research projects together with the school's teachers.
