Om tjänsten På vår anläggning i Tråvad hanterar vi spannmålsmottagning, torkning, rensning och lagring. Som medarbetare hos oss kommer du att arbeta med: Utlastning av spannmål Mottagning, torkning och rensning av spannmål Lastning och lossning av storsäckar med hjullastare Löpande tillsyn och skötsel av anläggningen Kontakter med kollegor, leverantörer och kunder Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid med start enligt överenskommelse. As a Reliability Engineer, you'll help take the plant from construction to stable operations. You'll oversee the installation and commissioning of cranes, conductor systems, monorails and other lifting equipment, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery. Once the plant is running, you'll improve the reliability and performance of our lifting equipment by developing maintenance strategies, solving technical challenges and driving continuous improvements. Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well. Oversee the installation and commissioning of EOT cranes, conductor systems, monorails and other lifting equipment. Work with contractors, OEMs and internal teams to deliver safe, high-quality installations. Prepare maintenance plans, spare parts strategies and documentation to support a smooth handover to operations. Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes and implement long-term improvements. Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Use maintenance and performance data to improve the reliability, availability and lifetime of cranes and lifting equipment. What you’ll bring Specific to this role, we would like to see that you can tick off a fair amount of the boxes below: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field. Hands-on experience installing, commissioning, maintaining or improving the reliability of cranes or industrial lifting equipment. Experience from heavy industry, manufacturing or industrial maintenance. Good understanding of crane systems, electrical and mechanical equipment, and relevant industry standards. Experience with reliability methods such as RCA, FMEA and preventive or predictive maintenance, as well as CMMS/EAM systems (e.g. SAP PM, Hexagon or Maximo). Good English communication skills. Gemkom Engineering and Machinery Filial is a newly established branch of the Turkish company Gemkom. It is a leading engineering and manufacturing company that operates in a number of areas and in various ways within the steel industry. We are participating in a project where Stegra AB establishes a steel mill in Norra Svartbyn in Boden where steel will be produced through an almost fossil-free process using hydrogen gas. Our mission is, among other things, to install machines used in steel production and includes work in mechanics, electronics and plumbing. We are seeking diligent Maintenance Technicians to join our team for the preservation and protection of mechanical equipment at a DRI plant. This role focuses on ensuring that machinery, currently stored or installed in open-air environments without HVAC systems, remains in optimal condition through rigorous preservation protocols. The Opportunity The High-Power Laboratory is accredited according to ISO/IEC 17025 as an independent testing station and is a member of SATS Certification and STL (Short-circuit Testing Liaison) and we are one of the few unique High-Power Laboratories in the world. As an Electrician in our Mill-wide Services team at Stegra Boden, you are responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of medium- and high-voltage electrical systems that support both production equipment and electrical distribution. The role is critical to the safe and efficient operation of substations, switchgear, and transformers. You work in full compliance with safety regulations, LOTOTO principles, and established work procedures to support the mill’s operational goals. What you’ll do: * Install, maintain, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on medium- and high-voltage electrical systems. * Inspect electrical equipment, machinery, transformers, switchgear, protection relays, and MV/HV substations to ensure safe and efficient operation. * Troubleshoot electrical faults using technical drawings, MV/HV schematics, protection documentation, and diagnostic equipment. * Repair and replace faulty electrical components, including wiring, breakers, control panels, switchgear, motors, and transformers. * Perform MV/HV switching operations in compliance with Swedish regulations, ESA requirements, and Stegra authorization procedures. * Ensure a safe working environment by following electrical codes, safety regulations, LOTOTO procedures, and proper use of PPE. * Document maintenance activities, switching operations, and LOTOTO procedures. * Collaborate with colleagues and other functions to continuously improve maintenance and reliability. What you’ll bring: * Vocational electrical education with experience in industrial maintenance; higher education within electrical engineering is considered an advantage but not required. * Relevant certifications and training for MV/HV electrical work in accordance with Swedish regulations (e.g. ESA and high-voltage switching authorization). * 3+ years of experience as an industrial electrician in heavy industry, preferably within steel, mining, pulp, paper, or similar process industries. * Proven experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and operating medium- and high-voltage systems, including switchgear, transformers, and protection systems. * Strong knowledge of LOTOTO procedures and a solid understanding of Swedish and EU electrical and work environment regulations. * High safety awareness with the ability to work independently in high-risk MV/HV environments and make sound decisions when needed. * Structured, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills. * Physically capable of working at heights, in challenging industrial environments, and handling MV/HV equipment and protective gear. * Good communication skills in English; Swedish language skills are considered a plus. Job Scope Why does the role exist? High level purpose of function. The Engineering Manager ensures the reliability of assets, continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, and deployment of automation solutions to support operational excellence, safety, and sustainability. Oversee a team of manufacturing engineers and automation engineers. Oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for existing products in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. Key Responsibilities Overall areas of responsibilities and activities Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Ownership of the development and implementation of the plant’s engineering and maintenance strategy aligned with production and business objectives. Recruit, lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers and technicians. Drive a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. Right now, we are looking for a Process Engineer – Hydrogen Production & Direct Reduction for our Green Iron Operations. The team is responsible for optimizing process performance, supporting safe and stable operations, and driving continuous improvements across our hydrogen production and direct reduction plants. Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following, but as we are a growing company with very few silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well. Provide day-to-day process engineering support to ensure safe, stable, and efficient plant operations. Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot process upsets, and lead root cause analyses to improve reliability and operational excellence. Optimize process performance through process modelling, heat and mass balances, debottlenecking, and energy efficiency initiatives. Support hydrogen production and direct reduction operations during commissioning, start-ups, shutdowns, and operational changes. Review and develop engineering documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, SOPs, and process control strategies. Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Automation, and OEM partners to improve process performance and implement engineering solutions. Drive continuous improvement projects, monitor production KPIs, and prepare technical reports to support data-driven decision-making.
