As a BMS Engineer based in Gävle, Sweden, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and support of Building Management Systems (BMS) within mission-critical data center environments. Working in high-availability data centers, you will ensure that critical building systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while supporting both planned maintenance and reactive service activities. SCOPE OF THE ROLE At Soho House, the Health Club Manager leads the successful launch and day-to-day operation of our Health Club, creating an exceptional member experience across fitness, recovery and spa. This is a pre-opening leadership role, responsible for delivering every aspect of the Health Club before opening day and establishing the standards that will define the operation long-term. ABOUT THE ROLE The Machine Learning Engineer will join a newly formed team focused on MLOps and ML Engineering within the data science team. This role is crucial for uplifting the existing ML infrastructure into a robust, scalable, and production-ready system, specifically supporting the increasing needs of the company. The engineer will design, build, and maintain the infrastructure, tools, and processes required for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous training (CI/CD/CT) of machine learning models. We are now looking for a Field Service Engineer to be based in China and serve as our technical expertise presence on the ground in China and Southeast Asia. About the role As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installations, training and service of our advanced X-ray systems at customer sites across China, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan. This is a unique opportunity to be Excillum's locally based specialist in the region, playing a key part in establishing our presence on the ground. You will be part of an experienced global Service and Technical Support team, with Field Service Engineers, System Specialists and Quality & Service Support, while working hands-on in the field, building strong relationships with customers and partners who depend on our technology. This is a role for someone who genuinely thrives on the road. You will likely travel more than 150 days per year, and we are looking for a person who gets energy from exactly that, from being on-site, solving real technical challenges and representing Excillum in the world's most advanced technology environments. Initially, you will carry out joint customer visits with experienced colleagues before taking on the regional assignment. You have worked with European companies or customers and bring an understanding of how to operate across both European and Asian business cultures. You are fluent in Mandarin Chinese, which is a requirement, and Korean is considered a plus. You hold a valid residence permit for China, allowing you to live and work there on a long-term basis. You likely come from industries such as scientific instrumentation, metrology, semiconductor equipment, medical devices or industrial automation. You hold at least a BSc in engineering, physics or a related field, or have gained equivalent experience throughout your career. What you’ll do Right now, we are looking for a Maintenance Lead for our Green Iron Maintenance team. In this role you will report to our Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Lead oversees maintenance activities within the assigned area, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment and facilities. The role leads maintenance technicians and contractors, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, and works closely with operations to maximise equipment reliability, minimise downtime, and support the implementation of Green Iron's maintenance standards and ways of working while driving continuous improvement. Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well. Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operation of equipment within the assigned area. Plan and prioritise maintenance work with Operations and the Work Planner to minimise downtime and meet production needs. Support technicians with troubleshooting, fault finding, and technical guidance during complex maintenance activities. Monitor equipment performance, identify recurring issues, and drive reliability improvements together with Operations and Engineering. Ensure maintenance is carried out safely and in compliance with procedures, including LOTO, Permit to Work, and risk assessments. Coordinate maintenance resources, contractors, spare parts, and documentation to support daily operations, shutdowns, and improvement projects. What you’ll bring Specific to this role, we would like to see that you can tick off a fair amount of the boxes below Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Several years of maintenance experience in an industrial process environment, including leading or coordinating maintenance work. Good knowledge of industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, and preventive maintenance practices. Strong technical understanding of rotating and static equipment, troubleshooting, and process safety. Experience with CMMS/SAP or similar maintenance systems. Good communication skills in English; Swedish is an advantage. Experience from hydrogen, petrochemical, gas processing, refinery, or similar process industries is an advantage. Professional certifications in maintenance, reliability, or safety (e.g. CMRP) are a plus.
